Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Aug 10: looking good after yesterday’s defoliation. Added malted barley and Power Bloom as top dressing. Aug 11: note that it is a bad idea to take flash pics of photoperiod plants but I do this just before I use the 730 nm far red light. Seemed to be okay doing this last year so I’ll do it a few times this year. Aug 14: watered in morning but Bruce was wilting by late afternoon. Cannabis plants perk up quickly after watering but one should avoid reaching that point. It was hotter than expected today.

Day 49-56 (June 18th - 25th) (Day 51) Slurricanes and tuna are doing excellent despite their hail damaged leaves. I’m seeing good growth and decent dry downs. One of them looks like it’s been ravaged by pests but I still can’t find any evidence or signs of a pest. I’m suspecting caterpillars so I’m going to grab some BTK killer and also some all purpose insecticide sometime this week if I have time. The clones are all really lagging so they won’t be flipped until July 15th at least. I’m still not seeing normal growth on any of them yet. It’s still quite gnarled and twisted. (Day 52) The slurricane and tuna roots are starting to poke through the bottom of my pots. This is usually from underwatering, a thick soil or a hot root zone. I’m going to give everything except for the autos a good watering with some runoff. I am going to start incorporating 5mm sand into all of my soil mixes to help make the soil more loamy and give it some better drainage. I will also top dress every container and bed plant I have. (Day 53) I was at a local department store today and I was shocked to see pallets of Destiny dark matter soil selling for 60% off! I bought 10 bags for a hundred bucks. At any hydro store that would have costed me 250 at least. I might go grab more because it looks like no one is buying it for 60% off even. (Day 54) I’m going to be harvesting both of my indoor crops today and tomorrow or the next day I am going to be reusing the soil-coco blend for the slurricanes. I’m first going to till it, add a gallon of sea compost, a gallon of Destiny soil and a few cups of 5mm sand per container. I will use the excess for 5 gal pots. I will be amending with: 5 tablespoons of nature’s pride bloom 4 tablespoons of kelp meal 2 tablespoons of Gaia green AP 2 tablespoons of glacial rock dust 2 tablespoons of oyster shell flour 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 1 tablespoon of rock dust blend 1/4 teaspoon of langbeinite (Day 56) The autos are really making a comeback now. I was under the impression that I was working against the clock and they would start flowering after 3-5 weeks. I guess if they’re stunted from the cold they will delay flowering. I don’t see any pistils or signs of flowering yet so I don’t think they’ve officially started flowering yet I didn’t get a chance to do my transplant this week or pest control. I will get to it ASAP because my photos are drinking almost a liter a day

Неделя пролите очень не заметна, так как заболел и почти не лазил в бокс, даже не поливал 3 дня и не тренил, но вот под конец недели собрался с силами и немного провёл дефулиацию и немного подогнул самые высокие ветви, а так глаз начинает очень радоватся, запаха в боксе нету вообще, но стоит доатать хоть один из бокса и тут начинается легкий запах на всю комнату)

Sweet Orange XL voní skutečně jako sweet orange...OMG miluji tu vůni Jednou zalévám pouze s RQS tabletami easy bloom booster (jedna tableta na 8 litrů) EC 0.7-1. Podruhé RQS tablety easy bloom booster (jedna tableta na 8 litrů) + hnojiva od Biobizz EC 1,5-1,7. Zalévám každou z rostlin tak, aby měla dostatečný odtok vody ze spodku květináče.

This week I defoliated the Honey Melon Haze and the O.G. Kush. It's the first time I try this. The broken stem of the O.G. Kush seems to grow pretty well so far. Nice! Humidity goes from 50-55% during the day to 80% after the night without dehumidifier (too noisy during the night). I poor 2l of tap water during each watering for the 26l pots and 1l for the 10l pot. The two Mandarin Punch Auto grew a lot this week, the stretch has surely started! They are now even taller then the Honey Melon Haze and the O.G. Kush. Plants heights at the end of the week: Honey Melon Haze : 50cm O.G. Kush : 44cm Mandarin Punch #1 : 54cm Mandarin Punch #2 : 52cm Tomorrow, I will switch to 12h of light to start the stretch of the two photoperiod plants.

Just stretching a little. I think she got done stretching slowly since I don’t need to adjust the light anymore since some days . So now to thicken up those bad buds 😎 I love the colors already but no big smells so far. Gave around 4L of tap water on day 4

Well I having been laggin with update but I think am up to speed now...well u kno the fitess of the fitess must survive....still been having so water lag issue with the older one so finally decided to change the pot but she still managed that bit of stress good well see what happens in the rest weeks to come.....the other two are 6 weeks this week ...the one that got hst not by choice the crown is barely hanging on have some tape holding it managed to push a seed....this strain seem to be very resilient.....look at dem resin and this is jus the 2nd week of flower....until next time happy growing

This week was half veg half bloom. I may have to find a new home soon so I've decided to flip all my plants into flowering by the middle of week 08. This lovely AK-420 is the smallest plant in the room, but probably the cutest. Her tight nodes are ready to explode with flowers and her stalks, hidden beyond large leaves, are strong enough to support heavy buds. She had a slight Calcium deficiency that was treated immediately and the recovery was quick. I'm confident she will become a nice bush. She no longer has the canopy ring, in order to "let her breath" and grow vertically. Wait & see! 😎

After so much tender loving care, I came home today to find how two puppies kept themselves busy while I was attending my daughter's graduation!! Evidently, Thelma and Louise had a blast digging a hole and uprooting my baby Strawberry Banana plant. But do not fret, for Susquihanna doesn't like to lose. So I put my Strawberry Banana back in place, filled in the hole and put another row of fencing up to protect my Strawberry Banana Plant. I am a Newbie, but from what I understand, Sometimes growers/contests are interested in seeing the good, the bad and the ugly. So, today is an ugly day with no new growth or excitement to report. I am hoping next week I will have a plant to report on. For now, enjoy my videos of Thelma and Louise playing; the double fencing that I put up; and pray for my dear little Strawberry Banana Plant--that she may come back from her listless life and THRIVE. First plant got a bunch of lockouts from the feed so I did an emergency flush..don't wanna mess with it anymore or cause nutrient burn on plant #2 so just water for the upcoming week. Will probably skip Cha Ching all together...not sure yet. Doesn't seem to me that either plant even needs it. Growing super frosty thoooo! Buds filling out I doubt they will get much thicker but I don't care...pretty exciting to watch them grow into their final form. I think these will be my best plants grown to date!!! :) Did a good amount of defoliation to get more light to the lower buds. Also cracked open my Mother Earth Coco Coir block for my next two grows and topped off these 5 gallon pots..the plants definitely seemed happier with that fresh layer added! Getting closer to the finish line!!

Meine Schätzchen sehen sehr gesund aus. Sie bekommen alle 2-3 Tage 5 Liter Osmose gefiltertes Wasser. Aus Erfahrung immer etwas vorsichtiger als zu viel. Dazu werden Sie alle zwei Wochen mit den angegebenen Nährstoffen versorgt. Ich bleibe gespannt, aber rein vom Wachstum ist Sie top, alle 8 h sehe ich schon eine Veränderung in der Blattmasse und Größe.

Been a smooth week for the gelat og. I am loving her node spacing and branch structure. She is building some buds and doing her thing. I gave her a 10 gallon flush and fresh nutrients. Started them on some liquid Koolbloom. Just going to keep the lights beaming and the juice pumping. Nutrients per gallon .75 tsp maxibloom .2 tsp liquid koolbloom .5 tsp calimagic .25 tsp armor si .1 tsp 90/10 humic/fulvic acid
