The plant responded very well to fim it is growing steady I wish I can leave her vegetating for another week but the other plants in my tent are growing at an incredible rate of speed so I have to rise this one in order to catch up with the rest canopy that's why I flip them to flowering schedule 12/12 I have been defoliatin in order to prepare them for maximum light penetration into the canopy for the flowering cycle . Ok so I’m not afraid to say 7.7oz shocked me on the wet weight, I had a goal of 1oz dry being a first time grower, factoring mistakes, this and that so I guess we’ll see if what comes as I read up to 75% in weight can be lost in drying and curing….so fingers crossed I hit my goal 🤞 I harvested based on the 1st photo, I cut a small piece of bud off the main cola at the bottom to really check it under a scope and saw red headed trichomes, so checked the lowest flower and had the same results (photo 1), this was after I’d asked a question earlier based on a photo I took on a leaf and was advised to check the buds instead…so thanks for that info there 👍 Also a big thanks for the comments the looks at this diary. Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks and seeing how the rest of this little venture pans out…I guess we just have to stay tuned😊🤘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 12 Oct 2021: Harvested 16 Oct 2021: Plant seemed completely dry today which surprised me a little so I snapped stems and yus sir they were ready to be trimmed down….icky sticky, earthy, diesel, piney smells were the hints that were hitting me as I was trimming away, I have a lot of airy buds, which is on me! As a First time grower, until I actually got growing and started to understand the complexity and importance of keeping cannabis growing in stable conditions with par values on lights, feed schedules, trying to keep negative pressure in the tent with passive intake vents, adding lights, humidifier, dehumidifier, more fans…a learning experience indeed and not one I’ll be shying away from. Anyway there’s me blabbing on…..dry weight time 👀 38g/1.3oz and roughly 13g trim so I am extremely happy that even though I’ll probably lose about 8% of this during the cure, I think I made my 1oz goal of smokeable bud 🤘😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 A smoke report is due in 4 weeks when it’s had a bit of time to do what it needs to do!

Stretching is slowing down now. I defoliated reasonably hard 2 weeks ago , now I know I should have gone harder but this is my first time growing this strain. I've got one pheno that's looking like it will be done in the next week or two . I have one pheno that has very few stigma which is something I've only ever seen before on super lemon haze crossed with mimosa evo . You can see them in the video. Keep growing 💚

Week 7 for gelato 41, She's been topped a few more times now as you can see she's really pushing her size, I'm still stretching her out size ways. Nothing too crazy to report from here besides I've been giving her an extra 4/5h in sun light to start to harden her off a bit before moving her outside to her final pot (which may be end of this month but we'll see)

Week 6 and my girls are finally in flower! 😍 And wow, the girl on the front stretched out a lot and it seems she's also a couple of days more mature than her sister! That also helped me to take some cool photos in a really short span of time! Hopefully the ones I took are enough! Don't forget to check the timelapse of well!! My girls now are taking flower fertilizers and I did some more aggressive LST on them, plus a very selective defoliation for both girls. I want the light to spread as much as possible to get some big flowers in the future! Sadly, not everything was good! I noticed some magnesium deficiency on the girl that's on the back. Perhaps I was giving them a water that was too high in pH? Or what else could it be? Maybe a root lockout? No idea but I decided to lower the pH of this week and see how she evolves. W10F and the end is near. The bud sites are small and internodes are spaced far apart. I neglected them and let the light intensity get too high during stretch. They are pretty frosty though. Fade has started and they are displaying nice colours

Hello!, Day 60 Flower I just done the my first harvest ever. Gelat og has cool looking buds, After seen the BUD ROT on one single bud in day 59 yesterday , Today in Day 60 i just cut the plant down for Dry. Going to WASH the buds with H202 (half of them) and going to dry for 10-14 Days and in to Jars for another 14-21 Days as I learned from fellow growmies. Alweer het einde van week 3 bereikt zonder problemen. Na de snoei aan het begin van de week, hadden de dames zich de volgende alweer hersteld en waren de topjes alweer fors groter. Ik ben echt tevreden over de genetica van de Powerplants. Ze drinken inmiddels ook veel meer bij de 0,5 liter per dag staan de potten de dag eropgewoon weer droog! De voeding gaat naaar e.c. 1.8 en ik voeg op iedere 10 liter ook 10 ml (Fmax) xl cell bij. Ik ben benieuwd of er mensen ervaring hebben met een hogere dosering? Antwoorden graag in de comments! Ik had nog wat spiegeltjes over en die heb ik maar aan het cob frame bevestigd om het strooilicht terug te kaatsen. Baad het niet, dan schaad het niet zeg maar. Ook de ventilatie een upgrade gegeven met een grote zwenk ventilator aan het plafond. Ik ga denk ik ook maat wat roof wantsen aanschaffen als pestcontrol, voordat ik last krijg van ongenodigde bezoekers!
