🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Quite a week!! I did a light defoliation on day 30... I just did a heavy defoliation again on day 36.... I hope they handle this well!! I watered them on day 31 & 33... I I fed them a half dose of all 3 nutrients on day 35... They are starting to stink!! The Cloudline T6 works great!! I also LST'ed them on day 30... they seem to be opening up pretty good... even though I was really late applying the LST.... still learning!! Alana is 16" tall and Anna is 20" tall... Alana grew 6" this week!!! Incredible! I've been battling some humidity lately... it's been in the low 60's for the most part... that's part of the reason I so heavily defoliated today! Otherwise, this grow is going really well!! You'll notice I moved them into the flowering 4X4 tent... I needed to make room in the veg tent.... I germinated 2 Seedsman Strawberry Cheesecake Auto seeds and I'll start their diary tomorrow! Cheers!!

Day 85 - Starting week 13 and this is by far going to be one of the longest grows I’ve had to date. Going to give her some straight pH’d water tomorrow but still not sure when she’ll finish up. Thinking about 2-3 weeks left but could be longer. Day 86 - Looking really bad today, waited a day longer than I should of for water but gave her 2 gallons of 6.6 pH water today. The buds are getting pretty heavy and causing her to lean quite a bit so will be hooking some of the stem yo-yo’s to help keep her up. Day 87 - Looking a lot better today, leaves are perked back up for the most part. She’s definitely starting to fade and hopefully she’ll make it another two weeks cause the buds are for sure not ready yet. She’s to big now to really pull out every day for pictures so just leaving her in the tent unless she needs water. Day 88 - No really update today, just letting her go to try and use up all the nutes in the soil and leaves and by the looks of her, she’s using them up quickly. Looking forward to her bulking up her remaining couple weeks. Day 89 - She’s still dying off and buds are swelling massively. Can’t really explain the smell coming from her right now but it smells good. Checking trichs all the time but still a few clear in there and pistils are still popping like crazy. Day 90 - Almost the end of week 13 and thinking she’s gonna be chopped sometime during week 15. Gave her 2 gallons of plain 6.5 pH’d water today so she wouldn’t completely wither up on me. Other than that, not much else happening. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and she’s still plumping up. She’s definitely starting to fade out on all the fan leaves so I’m hoping she’ll make it another week and a half or so. If she’s gotta go longer, I’ll let her go as long as she needs to. I’m hoping I didn’t start flushing her to early.

8/20 D37 Pics : Ceila 22"x21"x15" Side and Top and she is not really much bigger than the rest weight wise Full tent, this is why I just ordered a bigger boat... they just keep growing. I am going to have them on bloom nuets and water until the new tent is set up in a couple of days hopefully. The five gal pots are a real keeper just need a bigger tent for flowering, the 4x4 with sperate seedling and mini veg area will be fine. They are looking better not being so jammed up and the light can even be moved up as the side coating is excellent, plenty of light. Climate conditions inside the tent are ridiculously easy to control just from the increased area inside may hold plenty of fans, humidifier, or whatever else is needed. Not to mention being able to stand inside the tent with the plants. The smaller tent is being given veg duties for the next rotation. Fed Rchrg/Bio-bloom-grow just no deficiencies at this point to address, everything seems fine 8/25 D42 End of week First real haircuts for all , leafy strain but easy to work. Tried to get as many sites uncovered completely as possible yet keep the total under 5% so as not stress the plant too much. Worked on the bottoms (heh) of the plants so nothing will restrict air flow or hijack nuets, Will replace these pics with better later, color correction is not as strong as we would wish.

Almost 2 weeks into flower and I’ve been busy tucking and trimming. Stuffs exploding in growth. Did a second defoliation at day 13 into flower and this time I decided to switch it up and try going opposite of what I normally do. This time I removed a very large amount of foliage and really opened up everything instead of just removing what I absolutely had to. Hopefully I didn’t stress them to much but they didn’t even seem to mind it anyway. Couple days later and didn’t even look like I did anything, except fill more screen out... lol going strong still anyway! Cheers 💨

Week 6 Well, I finally have 8 tops 😎. Now it’s just a matter of keeping her growing strong and training the tops into the right position. After that is accomplished it’s show time. I am going to guess that it will take a 7-10 days for me to get her where I like it at which point I’ll let her get a few nodes taller and then flip. Main-lining takes some extra time but it is worth it imo. Cooler internals are: 6.0 pH 0.4 EC 65 F solution temp. The tent is running 71 F lights on and 68 F lights off. Humidity is 36-38%. Onward!! 😎🍻

I haven't defoliated much at all through this entire grow, so I decided to do a thorough defoliation and cleaned out the entire lower canopy. I also removed the sucker branches and adjusted the nutrients for early bloom. I'm using Recharge and florakleen to flush between nutrient changes.

Start of the week my first grow light arrived! I got it setup right away and then decided to transfer them into a bit bigger pots. 2 were still looking terrible and 2 were doing okay. One was tall and straggly so I had to try to prop it up after I transferred it. I placed them in a closet and then periodically checked on them throughout the week. A few days into the week I realized how bad the growlight I had ordered actually was. So it was time to decide.. option 1 was to let the plants just try to survive outside. Option 2 was order a better light and return this one. Option 3 was purchase a tent setup with light. After a bunch of research I decided on spider farmer and ordered a kit from them! (https://www.spider-farmer.com/?ref=Bigbuds420) to receive 3% off. The kit was set to arrive in a week. The decision was made to keep them as indoor. 2 would be outdoor, 2 in the tent.

This week is special, i got the New System from ac infinity. I need to get comfort with everything, but its realy high Qualität. For now we can get the best vpd for the lady, so i hope the best for the flower.

80 days later, its ready to flower. (This is actually 1 week into floration) Seems like a lot of time vegging, doesn't it? The thing is that I had no place for it to flower, as I had only 1 bucket. Now that is solved, as I made a second bucket for vegetation.
