Back on track! Giving them some nitrogen has them drinking water at a much quicker rate and the flowers are adding some new growth in all direction. I think they’ll be a week or two behind the original forecasted finish date and while the leaves may not be the prettiest these little northern lights autos are going to have that great smell and taste we’ve all come to love.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. She is a large plant. There is still a couple of weeks left in his flowering. Summer ends in this part of the world and temperatures are low. Although the.orange is not cold, the minl is 17 C. I am happy with this strain of ripper seeds

This week, I gave my plants more fertilizer to test if they show any signs of burning. Now, I'm stressed out! I think I should give myself some seaweed to relieve the stress 😂 The girls show signs of calcium deficiency. I sprayed a small amount of calcium and magnesium on them to help them recover faster. I’m not sure why the new leaves are very pale. Could they be lacking iron? I think the high soil moisture might be causing issues with iron absorption, but I’m not completely sure. I’ll wait and see what happens this week. Considering that I use regular water, I expected them not to have a calcium deficiency.

Still doing some. Slight trimming and wwe are on to the races. These girls will begin to stack on weight going forward. Gorilla zkittlez is a big cultivator

Outside girls now inside, hope they will add up a bit of weight, during first 5 days i didn't noticed any changes in bud size, but pots are getting lighter, all leaves praying and i don't see any budrot - so all is good !!! Thinking to give them 3 weeks or so ... Fifth day of the week. Found budrot, had to chop again BIGGEST cola, budrot loves big ;))) But other girls ok, drink 6.5 water, trichs are still clear mostly... Max 3 weeks, min one ... Would love max, but one more budrot and all are chopped. Happy Growing !!!

Después de 70 días de floración obtengo estas flores tan increíbles que huelen pfff. Es una variedad un poco complicada de cultivar pero, que al final si da sus frutos. Bastante contento con este primer cultivo de la temporada de indoor.
