Salutations, fellow cultivators! It's time for our Week 3 Veg Report, and let me tell you, the Epsilon F1 is turning into a botanical masterpiece. This week has been all about finesse and guidance as we've introduced some gentle training techniques to keep this green goddess on the path to greatness. First things first, let's talk about the art of bending and guiding. Picture this: a ballet of leaves and stems, a choreography where we gently encourage our Epsilon F1 to embrace the contours of the pot. I've been bending and guiding her with the precision of a dance instructor, keeping her close to the soil as if whispering, "Roots, meet Earth." Why, you ask? Well, my friends, it's all about maximizing exposure to light and ensuring an even canopy. By keeping her low and wide, we're promoting more bud sites and creating a lush, green carpet of potential harvest. It's like sculpting a masterpiece with each bend and twist. Now, let's talk about the environment. Room temperatures and humidity remain the same as last week – a cozy haven for our growing beauty. Consistency is key, and our Epsilon F1 is thriving in this stable atmosphere. Happy plant, happy grower! As for the feast, we're sticking to the nutrient regimen that has brought us this far. The Aptus Holland super soil mix continues to work its magic. Micromix Soil, Substrate Buffer Powder, All-in-One Pellet – it's like a gourmet meal for plants, and our Epsilon F1 is dining like royalty. And let's not forget the star players – Mycor Mix, the microbial maestro, ensuring our plant has the best support crew in the root zone. These endomycorrhizae are like the backbone of our operation, fostering a symbiotic relationship that's pure botanical harmony. Our Epsilon F1 is not just growing; she's thriving, loving every minute of the training sessions and nutrient banquets. Shout-outs to Royal Queen Seeds for providing the genetic canvas for this masterpiece, and major props to Aptus Holland for crafting nutrients that turn our grow space into a botanical symphony. Stay tuned, dear readers, as we continue this journey of horticultural excellence. The Epsilon F1 is on track to be a green goddess of epic proportions. Happy growing, and may your gardens be evergreen! As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey

Hey there, fellow cultivator! Super stoked to share the deets on my latest pheno hunt sponsored by the awesome Anesia Seeds. Massive shoutout to them for hooking me up with a bunch of killer genetics, including Future#1, Zoomiez, Apricot Oreo, and the almost mythical Red Banana Pudding. It's like Christmas came early with those seeds! So, here's the lowdown on my germination game. I went old-school with the water soak, letting those seeds party for about 42 hours until they cracked and showed off their taproots. Then, I gently transferred them to a cozy root riot in a small pot, sprinkling some Aptus Holland Mycormix magic to give those roots a VIP welcome. All this went down in a mini greenhouse dome, 'cause these babies deserve a superstar entrance. Now, why the water dance and the root riot ritual? Buckle up for the benefits ride: Water Soak: This gets those seeds in the mood for germination. It's like a wake-up call for the sleeping beauties, ensuring they're hydrated and ready to kick off their journey. Root Riot with Aptus Holland Mycormix: Think of this as a five-star hotel for your roots. The mycormix acts as a friendly guide, helping the roots explore the soil universe. It's like giving your plants a GPS for optimal growth. Greenhouse Dome: It's like a VIP club for your seedlings. This microclimate ensures they stay cozy and protected as they sprout into the world. Massive thanks to Aptus Holland, my main sponsor and the rockstars behind the only organic mineral line I trust. These guys know their stuff when it comes to plant nutrition, and my green buddies are gonna thrive, no doubt. Huge gratitude to Future Of Grow for the LED love. Those photons are gonna be like disco lights for my plants, giving them the energy they need to flex and flourish. And let's not forget Grow Diaries! This is where the magic unfolds, and I'll be documenting every twist and turn of this grow journey. Big shoutout to the community – you guys are the real MVPs! So, here's to a groovy, green adventure ahead. Thanks, Anesia Seeds, for trusting me with these genetics. Let the grow games begin! D64. We're at the start of the fourth week of flower, and today was a busy day. First, I had to remove the old lights before swapping in the light from my auto tent. All while trying to avoid trashing the plants in the way too full tent. Not an easy task. The entire mission, with changing the light in the auto tent as well, took a couple of hours. I wish I could keep the Greenception lights in the tent as they're high-quality lights, but the Kingbrite has a much lower profile and thus takes up much less space. Space that I desperately need considering how insanely much these girls stretched. One of the tops on the second girl has unfortunately already been bunt by being too close to the light, and I'm sure I will run into light bleaching and probably foxtailing as the grow progress, but I hope I will be able to pull it off with the Kingbrite light. I also added some wire support to the branches that I super-cropped, as they looked somewhat sad after all the abuse to the canopy while swapping the lights. ------------------------------ D66. It looks like the girls have FINALLY stopped stretching. Phew! Yesterday, I gave each girl 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.2 with humic acid and EM-1. Today, the green lacewing larvae (Chrysoperla Carnea) arrived, and I dispersed them in the tent to deal with the thrips. ------------------------------ D68. All is well in the tent, but now when the thrips are (hopefully) under control, it's time to address the VPD. It has gotten seriously out of wack due to dropping temps, plus I increased the humidity to make the environment more inhospitable for the thrips. The temps were low due to the light change as the new one is running a lot cooler, but the temps have also dropped outside. The heating in the lungroom has been off until now, so I turned that on and lowered the humidity threshold on my exhaust fan. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent, generating extra heat and decreasing the humidity. So far, the VPD has increased from a terrible 0.4-0.5 to an acceptable 0.9, and I'm hoping it will increase further as the ambient RH drops as we move into winter. ------------------------------ D70. We're at the end of the fourth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. The VPD has gone up to 1.0, which is a nice improvement to what it was only a couple of days ago. I haven't scouted yet for thrips, but I will give the lacewings a couple of days to do their thing and then look closer. However, I went to WAR against the spider mites we have in our ornamental plants in the apartment. I sprayed all plants with my homemade pesticide (capsaicin, alcohol, horticultural soap.) since I had it at hand. If that fails to knock the spider mites back, I'll bring out the neem oil instead. The infestations aren't bad (yet), but it would suck to get mites into my tents, so better to be proactive. ------------------------------

The stretch is starting to slow down (thank goodness because the Vanilla Frosting is about ready to grow through the light lol she STRETCHED). Overall I am very happy with how each is developing. The front right Hella Jelly is starting to give off a great candy nose. I’ve been defoliating like a madman to keep airflow high. This week brought a lot of rain and high humidity to my area. I have a new dehumidifier coming for my lung room, which should be getting here Tuesday. It should be strong enough to keep the humidity low enough to finish flower strong and avoid any bud rot or powdery mildew…Until then, the inline fans are cranked, the wind is blowing and I’m plucking leaves like crazy 🤪 Happy Growing!
