This week these ladies got their first real dose of neglect. I have to get a root canal and been in a bit of pain missed their feeding they looked a little rough. Fortunately about 4 hrs after feeding with GoldLeaf 1 Part Fertilizer they were back to their happy selves. Pictures for this week are from the day after feeding. They definitely were moderate drinkers in veg now we hit flower they are taking in more daily. Also note I feed periodically throughout the day on feed days in this tent to see if their is a difference doing it this way rather than a all at once approach. For sure this strains genetics are strong. She is really blowing up with growth. Almost a foot tall and extremely strong structure.

Hola! Bueno, ha comenzado otra semana -creo que la última en vegetación- y el crecimiento de la planta es asombroso. Actualmente tiene 66 cm de alto. La lámpara está a unos 12,5 cm de distancia de la misma, y ya no me va quedando mucho espacio para subirla. Ha comenzado a tener un débil olor, el cual es muy rico. Tengo mucha fe en este cultivo. Realmente el sistema hidropónico me está sorprendiendo. Saludos!

Germination is going fast only put it in on Friday and it's Sunday today tap root right out. I do have a gorilla cookies diary already going that's in soil this one will be in coco . Hello world! It was the last week before the harvest for my strong and hardy bush dark phoenix. I continue to clean the substpat with water with the right level of ph Today is the last day of the purge. At the end, the water off plant was close to 200 ppm, which corresponds to the level of my drinking water. I'm watering the last time today and turning off the lights for 2-3 days, making the flowers extra stressful, and directing the remnants of fertilizer and salts to the root system. Please watch photos and video of the last week. The flowers turned out to be very dense and medium-sized with about a tangerine. Smell with northern notes, menthol, citron, earthy smell. 🍀😇🤗👌

Obama runtz x gas tax sad to say both seedlings are super crappy so far. If it was not for the gas tax parent being the best flower ever then I wld just toss these but sometimes the crappy slow growing plants end up being super dank It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

So here we are, at the end, a few months later. I was so happy that I'll finally grow a plant without any training at all, just to see the full and uninterrupted genetic expression. It was a blast to grow her, I can't wait for the plant to dry and give it a few weeks of curing but she smells great already. I also wanted to thank Divine Seeds for the contest strain and Bio Tabs for great Bio fertilizer. You can judge for yourself because I'll let the photographs speak for themselves. Speaking of photography, I went with a moody style this time, because she has a great structure. I've trimmed her a little bit here and there and I've left a few big fan leaves on both sides for better looks. The big fan leaves reflect the light so well, it make the whole plant shine. Another week of epic growth: the Haze sisters put on 20cm, and their myriad buds grew considerably, though I worry that I have allowed far too many buds to form - each plant has several dozen, which I suspect may stunt their growth?

I ended up over watering while flushing from the nute burn, as i finished the flush i did a calmag feed and my deficiency got worse. Not sure what’s going on here!! But buds are stacking nicely and getting dense. The tall plant looks to be a week or 2 ahead of the bushy plant
