Layla was my pride and joy. First plant of the year put her outside. She grew wildly beyond my expectations pushing 12 ft tall before just beginning to flower. I was so proud.... A violent storm came and broker her in half. She is likely dead now as i wasn't home and it happened with the plant broken for at least 12 hours before i tried to fix it... I tried to re set her in the exact same spot and use a splint and duck tape to secure it along with multiple ties. Its only been a day but the leaves are all looking wilted and dying....

Ended up cutting all of the front left plant this week and majority of the back two plants. Guna let the lowers get some light for a few more days. Really noticing all the tiny ass buds. Hopefully I'll make something out of them. First run with a net and I just left way too many branches/bud sites for this size of plants they were. Buds look good though. Flushing last plant and will be cutting in a few days.

Germinated 6 seeds on 2021-06-10; 4/6 popped on 2021-06-11 Approx. 12 hours soak in glass of water, 35 hours germinating with the paper towel method. Total : 47 hours

Now I see why they call it "Fat Bastard." It's now the tallest after being the smallest in the tent. Sheesh! Black Strap colors are just amazing. Peach Crescendo needed some more light cause of its height. Had to put it on a bucket so it's canopy can reach the other girls. My mistake. But we gotta keep mo along.

Day 45-52 (Day 46) I just realized I forgot to zip up a small flap in the tent for at least 5 days or so. This probably made the added co2 useless. All the plants are slightly clawing and almost look overwatered, which is normal for plant at this stage but I wonder if the lower co2 levels are contributing at all. I couldn’t help myself today and did a small defoliation. Hopefully this doesn’t stress them out too much. I took about 15-20 leaves per plant. I really want some of this larf on the bottom fill out more. Even by 10-15%. (Day 47) Wow. I just noticed that #5 is putting on a thick layer of late frost. I’m guessing this has to do with all the mid flower feedings. Unfortunately the density on this girl lacking big time. Especially on the lowers. This could be genetic but there is too many variables at play to say for sure. If this stuff smokes proper I will continue to feed in mid flower. Plants are really starting to fade out here now. #3 in particular has some odd red coloring in a few of the leaves. (Day 48) I watered in 2 gallons on each plant making sure to get some decent runoff from each. Sucks that #3 didn’t fill out. The genetic potential was definitely there, something just went awry after that tea I gave it. I have at least 2 or 3 clones of that I will try outdoors. It’s been a very P hungry plant too. The stems were purpling like crazy, even in veg. Some people say this can be fixed with a microbial product like Mammoth P or Tribus which I might try for my next grow. #6 isn’t really filling out much either unfortunately. Tops look decent but everything under that is pretty leafy and airy. #1 and #7 are the clear winners here. #1 especially is picture perfect. If I wasn’t working on another project after this I would clone just #1 and run another scrog like this from clone. (Day 50) I was plucking some leaves today and I found a confirmed banana sticking out of one of the main colas on the stubby pheno. I didn’t defoliate this one too much so I wonder if it was caused by stress at all. I hope I don’t find anymore because we only have 10 days left here. (Day 52) My family member trimmed up the m39. It looks super scraggly but has some decent crystal nonetheless. That’s partly why I would never use an amazon blurple for flowering. It just doesn’t have the same canopy penetration that a light like mine does. Although for a budget setup they’re pretty awesome.

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.

Hi everyone, Weed brothers We have reached the end of a new chapter by testing a new variety. This phenotype was not very exposed to light and still managed to give the best of it despite having a very small pot. Strepitous colors and lots of shades

Late week 4, Ill guess i made some mistakes and gave them too much water at some point but we will see if the girls will turn back into strong monsters and rehab a bit.. Continue with watering every 2-3days (sry folk iam sure not a pro at growing...but let's see what i can do

********* Week 12 - February 24 to March 1, 2020 (Days 78 to 84 from seed coming out of medium) Well this is not the update I was expecting to provide! She did go into darkness on Sunday night and came out on Tuesday evening. Everything was ready and did the final video and pictures. When scanning the pictures though there were still a lot of clean trichomes!!😩😪 So made the decision to keep her going for another week and back into the flower tent and fed her some sweetener again😀😀 If I had another seed of her I would have stayed committed for comparison but I didn't want to pull this one too early and will ride it out. For the most part then the week was really just about keeping her in a dark part of the tent and gave the medium a couple of feedings. She has responded well to this extra time and when reviewed on Saturday she had become more frosty and the trichomes finally went all cloudy. There are more amber in her now as a result of waiting but the trade off was that more now became cloudy than became amber👍👍 Next update will be a harvest!! Green Poison has been wonderful to help along as she has aged. She has many stems with a lot of bud sites that have filled out. Her smells have been more earthy and floral and I am excited to see how they change as she cures. Three week flush👍😁😁 Thanks for the opportunity Sweet Seeds! Again, not much to add as this was simply a week of letting her ripen, keep environment cool & dry, and not worry about nutrient issues😀 Little more detail: Feb 24/20 - Day 78 - In the dark today Feb 25/20 - Day 79 - back into Flower tent.....she is not ready for harvest yet. Feb 26/20 - Day 80 - 3L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L = 80ppm and 6.1pH - Some of her hairs have turned a dark red. They are drying and not much can be done. Feb 27/20 - Day 81 - Nothing today Feb 28/20 - Day 82 - 2L plain water. No additives and didn't pH. Feb 29/20 - Day 83 - nothing today - take down tomorrow. . YEAR 5 - 2nd quarter ----------------------- The 5th season continues with 3 Gorilla Punch from FB and 3 Original XXL from GB in the same tent. A disappointment: with 6 plants, they yield 179 g, less than the previous 5. But in only 10 weeks. Green Brand did better than Fastbuds for a first try.

It’s the last week of flowering, and I’ve moved the plant into 48 hours of darkness to help boost trichome production before harvest. ✨ The plant has developed an incredibly deep purple color and is covered with trichomes—so much so that it sparkles under any light. The scent is amazing, filling the room with a sweet, candy-like fragrance with a touch of diesel. 🍬 When I trimmed a few leaves to prep for harvest, my scissors actually turned purple from the resin! That’s a first for me and shows just how rich and sticky the trichomes are on this plant. 😮✂️💜 I’m so excited to see how it looks and smells once it’s fully dried. This grow has been unforgettable! 😁🌿✨

This cross between Cherry Pie and Chemdawg and do-si-dos It smells vaguely like brain cake. However, chempie has a stronger aroma than brain cake. strong terpenes of linalool, and the smoke was quite harsh and powerful with each hit. The nicest form and most substantial buds in this crop

A sweeter more candy tone overall compared to other earthy purples like the LSD-25 beside it. Great colour and cluster of bud sites on the main cola all fighting for light/chunk space so should end up with a nice amount of bag appeal/photo subjects nearing the end. Big thick white pistils with some starting to orange as it enters the 6th week of flower. Can't wait to see how the main nug looks. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil.
