Sky Walker ~~~~~INDOOR~~~~~ DAY 77 Above Dirt 💬SATURDAY - 11.11.23 These ladies continue to blow up, I moved them into a 4x4 space under the Mars Hydro FC-6500 I am going to look at some defoliation and pruning, they will be moved over into 7-gallon pots, then some final tie-downs added into the training, also started a compost tea today, see recipe below. 💬SUNDAY - 11.12.23 - The ladies like their new space, today I defoliated, topped, and pruned out the lowers, and insides, once these girls are moved over into their new pots, will be flipping these massive bushes! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🌱Sky Walker 👨‍🌾🏽Sativa Jones 🌤️@Medicgrow420 SeedBank Seeds 📝@gaiagreenorganics 📝Bokashi Biochar ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 📝 Skywalker OG Strain is a top-shelf Indica dominant hybrid. It is a cross of Original Amsterdam Blueberry, OG Kush, and the indica strain Mazar from Afghanistan, and is best known for its super potent effects and sky-high THC levels. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 📝 Compost Tea 3 Gallons of Dechlorinated H20 3 Cups Malibu Compost 2T Molasses 2 T Alfalfa Meal (DTE) 2 T Kelp Meal (DTE) 1 T Bat Guano (DTE) 1 teaspoon Rootwise Bio Elixir 1)- I used a small paint strainer to hold my composts, placing an air stone right in the bag and zip-tie it nice and tight - this allows air bubbles to really agitate the micro matter off of the compost and into your tea 2)- I like to mix in the molasses (microbe food) and start my main air stone, the dry amendments and Rootwise can be just measured in the bubbles 3) - Keep the temp of the water warm to 75F/85F - too cool and the microbes reproduce too slowly and too hot will kill them. I do not delete my teas and let the plant pots dry out slightly before feeding.

Well this little girl is forming very much like kush buds would , very dense and thick bud with very few white pistel hairs , A very attractive bud too watch form , she is packing on bud like there is no tomorrow as you can see from the pics and drinking the pot dry every 3 days of 8 pints , the colour from this plant is truly a sight indeed and the smell she is giving off is like a mouthful of blackberry jelly and icecream back when you was a kid , i am very excited about this one and cannot wait too try her ,

🌱 Sour Diesel — Week 8 (Flower Week 3) — Strategic Reset Week ⸻ 🔁 Quick Recap — Where We Are • Genetics: Sour Diesel • Timeline: Week 8 from seed • Flowering: Week 3 • Height: ~60–70 cm (compact structure) • Room Temp: 28°C • RH: 65% • Feed EC: 2.9 • pH: 6.5 (kept above 6.0 intentionally) • Lighting: LED • Action this week: Strategic defoliation This plant is not tall — she’s compact, dense, and structurally tight. Which means airflow and internal light penetration become critical early. And that’s exactly why this week mattered. ⸻ 🍃 The Defoliation — Not Aesthetic. Architectural. This was not cosmetic trimming. It was: • Removing large fan leaves blocking interior bud sites • Cleaning inner congestion • Opening airflow channels • Resetting light distribution across the canopy • Helping the entire room environment (not just this plant) The room needed air — this plant was advanced enough to handle stress. That’s key. Week 3 of flower is the transition window: • Stretch is slowing • Bud sites are set • Energy shifts toward stacking At this stage, a strategic defoliation: • Improves transpiration efficiency • Reduces microclimate humidity pockets • Prevents internal leaf-to-leaf condensation • Encourages bud site activation below the top canopy This was structural architecture. Not haircut vanity. ⸻ 🌡️ 28°C in Flower — “Too Hot?” Let’s Go Deep. People panic when they hear 28°C in flower. But here’s where most growers confuse: 🔥 HPS vs LED Heat Behavior Under HPS: • Radiant heat warms leaf surfaces directly • Leaf temperature often equals or exceeds room temp • 28°C air under HPS can mean 30–32°C leaf temp • That pushes VPD dangerously high Under LED: • Less infrared radiation • Leaf surface temp is typically 1–3°C LOWER than room temp • So at 28°C room temp, leaf temp might be 25–26°C And VPD calculations depend on leaf temperature, not air temperature. ⸻ 🌿 What Is Leaf VPD? VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) measures the difference between: • Moisture inside the leaf • Moisture in the surrounding air But if you calculate VPD using only room temp, you’re missing the real transpiration dynamics. With: • 28°C air • ~25–26°C leaf surface (LED) • 65% RH Leaf VPD sits in a very workable mid-flower zone. Not extreme. Not stress-inducing. Not shutdown territory. We’re driving metabolism, not cooking terpenes. ⸻ 💧 Why 65% RH Isn’t Dangerous Here Context matters: • Good airflow • Opened canopy • Compact but cleaned structure • Early-mid flower (Week 3, not Week 7) At this stage: • Pistils are forming • Bud density is still moderate • Transpiration is active High humidity becomes dangerous when: • Bud mass is dense • Internal airflow is poor • Late flower resin traps moisture We’re not there yet. And we just improved airflow with defoliation. ⸻ ⚡ EC 2.9 — Aggressive but Intentional That EC is strong. But: • Plant is compact, not oversized • Sour Diesel can eat • pH 6.5 keeps availability wide (Ca, Mg, P balance) The key will be: • Watching leaf tips • Monitoring runoff behavior • Watching for clawing or salt stress Right now, if she’s praying and stacking, she’s handling it. ⸻ 🔍 What To Expect Next Week (Flower Week 4) After defoliation: You may see: • Slight pause (24–72 hours) • Increased vertical bud push • Better lower-site activation • More defined pistil clustering • Stronger apical dominance response If recovery is clean: • Buds begin early stacking phase • Internodes tighten • Resin production initiates at bract level If stress appears: • Slight leaf droop • Tip burn acceleration • Reduced upward leaf angle But based on structure and timing — this looks calculated, not reactive. ⸻ 🧠 Why This Week Matters Long-Term This week determines: • Airflow pattern for late flower • Mold resistance later • Bud density uniformity • Final trim efficiency • Light-to-bud conversion efficiency This wasn’t about now. We loved this old meme

Fast grow from day 7 till today day 14. I have added a humidifier to help get my RH up cause it was too low. It is still not as good as i would like, but its okay. I started doing some LST and leaf tucking on Day 12 on the biggest plants and those i felt like could benefit from it. Today i lowered my lights so now my MH 600w light is down to 50cm from the canopy and the LED is at 45cm. I also bought a Lux meter (Urceri Cloc – Lux Meter) to measure but im really confused about it after it showed that the LED puts out way more Lux than the 600MH but its supposed to be better at measuring HID light and not catch all the light from the full spectrum LED but still the LED seems to work better. You can judge yourself with the video ill post with this update. The 2 biggest plants is under the 600W bulb though, so there is alot to take in count at this moment. Also i removed one more plant, so now the total is 16 plants and i will continue experimint with the height of the lamps. I would love some feedback 😎 Day 15: I took both lights up to 64cm.. Changed the MH bulb to a Full spectrum Bulb which gives more light to my girls Day 20: posted new pictures, its going good until now, i just wish they were a little bigger but i have many different phenotypes it seems. When they go into flower i may add 400w more hps, but only if they will get big enough

La gorila glue con sus hojas llenas de resina, he cultivado 6 semillas antes de la misma variedad y puedo ver hasta el momento una cepa estable. Las big bud entraron en mayor observación dado a que dejaron de engordar dos. La Mack va como avión, a pesar de todo lo que se podo al entrar a floración estiró hasta igualar a la Gorila y llenando los brotes de cogollos

DAY63 WEEK9 = Impatiently waiting till harvest time 😘 Beautiful to enjoy the plants ripening and finishing 😍😍😍 Congrats to BIOTABS, because their tablest are really superb 🙏 I'm super satisfied 😁😁😁 Wedding Gelato, Triple G, and Cookies Gelato are completely ripe.👍😃 All their buds are rockhard 💪😖 👉 Cookies Gelato have become completely purple with beautiful piled buds and orange pistils, and looks delicious. Smells of berries and 😵 👉 Wedding Gelato has round buds (easy to trim) with mixed colors : gold, brass, brown, yellow, red and green colors with orange pistils 😊 Fine and accessible smell, pleasant and no overbearing 😄 🙏 👉 Triple G will be the hardest to trim, because of her quirky shaped buds. She has big internodes and big buds scattered across her tall sturdy stalks. Beautiful buds, a pleasure for the eyes. Her smell is pungent, sometimes narcotic even. She will get you stoned in no time 😋 👉 Liberty Haze could have another week. But she lacks some nitrogen; watch her leaves turn yellow, and make her taste sooo soft 👻 She hasn't any purple or red colors, only green and yellow. Her buds are leafy, not that firm, but volumineus. She's soo sweet, with hints of lime. 😘 I defoliated the plants in week 3 because I had to treat the plants against spider mites. Because of this, the plants had fewer leaves, the light could penetrate much deeper and now the lower buds are ripen as well 🙏. I will continue to apply this technique in the future. 👍👍👍 These will be the last pictures before harvesting 😍

She has been Chopped 20/07/24 Saturday Buds wet weight 937g Wet trim and larf 167g Over all 1104g That's over a kilo from a auto 😁👌💚 Very pleased!!! The buds have been wet trimmed and I have updated picture. I have now hung all buds in the dark dry tent for 7-10 days. I do not weigh the base what's the point. But here is are buds hanging, and the chopped base pic- with root zone 😍 Check back for cure and smoke review in a few weeks. So disappointed my other 3 terp tree.co seeds failed. I will try this breeder one last time and hope the photos come strong and germinate 🤞 Thanks to everyone who has followed my journey with this one, it's been fun. So now week 6 started 3 of them are in Flower Girls Scout Cookies still stressed from the Thrips All of them hadn't any nutes till now Because I added Floganic to the Biobizz Allmix Soil. Just tap water with a pH of 6,8. I think I gonna add nutes the next 10 days I will start with 30% Bio bizz grow and bloom and 100% Topmax. That's my second grow and my first one with topping and Fimming just want to learn all of the growingcircle. Día 13/10/20 día 37 de floración Nuestras nenas continúan estables, el único cambio es la bajada de temperaturas, sobretodo de noche aunque con la ayuda de un calefactor la mantenemos en 23 grados. Poco a poco los días pasan y se va a cercando el lavado de raíces, por lo que ya no subiremos demasiado la ec de las niñas, no te lo pierdas!! Día 15/10/20 día 39 de floración Continuamos vigilando las nenas, hoy ha tocado una inspección detenida y un aspirado de la sala para minimizar riesgos. Por otro lado la nutrición sin cambios, sigo con el riego por goteo programado para riegos de 1,5 min cada. 6 horas durante el día. Ahora solo falta seguir controlando a espera de cosechar los resultados, te lo vas a perder?? Día 17/10/20 día 41 de floración Hoy rellenamos el tanque de nutrición, al final se queda con 1.85 ec y 6.1 de ph, esta será la ec más elevada que utilizaremos en nuestro cultivo. La mantendremos así durante unos días hasta que toque hacer el lavado de raíces para asegurarnos de cosechas unas flores con un aroma y sabor sin contaminantes (algo de lo que ya nos aseguramos desde un principio al utilizar zyco)

Flowering started, plant stretching, have defoliated to allow light to lower canopy, light smell in the tent, good smell on touch of stems. Very light purple colour in centre of leaf fan/top of fan leaf stem

On week 5 of actual flowering the plants are coming along nicely and HSC GSC is looking the best so far but its still early :) WW is slow to start flowering just small amount of pistils so far small buds looks more like week 3 or 4 as far as flowering progression.

WEEK 2 DAY 14 Since last week the babies have taken off! They didn’t have much light until yesterday when I added another 100w led and since then I’ve seen a huge difference ! They are looking super healthy the roots said fuck the pot and grew right through it I’m actually super interested in seeing how these grow up.. The 3 clones that were separate last week are now moved into one single pot to further develop the experiment. They are on the same feed as the mother with flora grow/micro/bloom and cal-mag . And In the last picture you can see my ghettos man way of cloning .. going to see which 2 out of 4 are better rooted and I will move those to a pot in about a week or so. Monster yield of sticky bud, took 12 weeks from seed, but took over a whole 1.2m tent, lot of maintnwnce so happy its harveat day. Used simple nutrients, foxtailed a little in the end, but slmost every bud in the net weigh around 100g Each, plus whats remaining on the plant

The tent made steady progress this week after the top-dress on the 17th had time to take effect. Oracle OG began showing slight improvement in leaf color, still pale overall, but newer growth looked healthier and more even. Blue Bitch continued thriving, holding her deep green color and pushing dense branching across the canopy. Strawberry Cola Sherbet showed the best response to the amendments, developing fuller leaves and stronger vertical growth. Soil moisture evened out midweek, allowing for a balanced watering with Cal-Mag and silica. Temperatures stayed around 77–81°F with humidity near 55–60%, keeping the environment stable for recovery and pre-flower prep. This was a transitional week focused on color correction and canopy management, setting the stage for the flip to 12/12 in early Week 9.

Missed last weeks updates but havent had much interaction with the plants lately. They look fine with that though. 🤷‍♂️🏽 Veg tent is a little overfull so I tried to point out which ones were the white widow for you. The other in there are glueberry clones in the back and moose n lobstah clones in the front. Might document the m & l clones not sure yet.
