WEEK4/1F Die Guava befindet sich parallel zur Blütenbildung auch ordentlich im Stretch. In der Höhe hat die Guava gut um das doppelte zugelegt. Zur Stabilisierung und dem Schutz vor zu viel Wind hat die Guava eine kleine Stütze an ihre Seite bekommen. Mit der direkten Sonne ohne den Schutz vom Mini-Gewächshaus hat sich die Guava super arrangiert. Zum Ende der Woche war das Wetter recht durchwachsen und es gab leider etwas weniger Sonne und leider auch etwas Regen. Dafür soll es aber Dienstag/Mittwoch kommender Woche ordentlich Sonne geben💪🏼 Gegossen wird immer nur nach Bedarf. Bei dem Regen Ende der der woche brauchte natürlich nicht viel gegossen werden.

I wish I would of taken pics of them before I trimmed them up because they were a massive bush!!! At this point im satisfied with the number of potential cola's and size of the branches. I can already see preflowers coming from some of the nodes which is crazy because i've never seen any of plants in history doing this. Its also the first time i've taken veg past 3-4 weeks but mainlining does extend the veg time some. Today i've switched to 12/12 so next week will be the first update of flowering!!! quite excited to finally get to this stage.

We've reached the end of this journey, the result was good, a very good strain to cultivate, a little sensitive at first, but then it reacted very well. The buds had a very good aroma, dense and resinous, now just wait for the drying and curing process to complete the cycle.. ✌️✌️✌️

So the soil plants have reached the flushing stage. Hit the with the last dose of kleanse two days ago and then a big bath of straight ph water this evening. Will flush them for about another week. The plan is to cut the four soil plants down next weekend. The trichromes are all cloudy and starting to get some Amber’s. The buds especially the tops are all dense and sticky. All four plants even tho being same strain have very unique characteristics. But all have the same sticky gas smell. The frost production is pretty amazing with the cyco I was a little nervous about the bud density at first but they really packed weight in the last few weeks. The hydro plant is about a week behind but man is it big AF! It’s got as much bud as two of the soil plants easily! The roots have been kinda out of control but it will be fine with how late it is. The hydro buds already have more density I. The buds compared to where the soil plants were at this stage but so that is exciting. I have a good feeding of the flowering nutes in the res now. Green Crack is wack!! Both ladies got the chop and are drying now. Both packed on considerable size during their last week, hopefully it translates to higher dry weight. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight and smoke report.

So I've switched to the big bloom fertilizer from fox farm. Staying with the same amount and feeding schedule on both plants. But I will only be recording plant ones progress from here on out. I can see where quite a few bud nodules have formed. I've started every other day to slowly remove all the large fan leaves on the plant. I want all the new nutrients from the new fertilizer to go to the nodule spots instead of in the fans. So far I think it's looking really good at this age.

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/9- Here we go into the eighth week of vegetation for the two 'Testers' from Dutch Passion/SSSC and they are both growing fast and the 'Tester B' is getting tall! 6/11- Daytime temperatures outside are now hitting 90℉, and the greenhouse temps are pushing 100℉. I have plenty of air circulating using 4 fans and I'm probably going to put a shade tarp over the greenhouse if the weather continues to get any warmer. 6/13- Daily waterings continue with 2g of well water that is ph'd to between 6.2-6.7 @ 72℉ along with weekly Compost Teas. Despite the excessive heat, both 'Testers' have shown absolutely ZERO signs of any stress whatsoever which is a testament to the superior genetics in both! 6/15- Eight weeks of veg are in the rear view mirror and I'm looking forward to the coming weeks to see how these gorgeous ladies begin to slowly transition into their 'pre-flower' stage.
