Below are a few things I’ll go over for this weeks update ◻️ Growth ◻️ Nutrients ◻️ Pests ◻️ Thoughts ‖ SHORT VERSION ‖ Some of the girls grew about ~12 inches or ~30 centimeters, this surprised me! Never saw that level of growth before. I gave them a bloom booster to help with their transition to week 2 - 3 of flower, this should kick in the bud development. I inspected the little ones and noticed signs of Thrips, annoying buggers. I treated them with neem oil and a time released pest fumigator strip (last 3 months). I gave all the girls Flower Fuel a granular bloom booster I got off of amazon last year. I never had issues with it though I haven’t used beastie blooms or other common bloom boosters on the market. The week after next (week 7) I’ll add powdered amendments to keep them going till harvest. I may even amend at week 6 so they get a head start on breaking down all the organic materials. Everything is ph’d to ~6.5, the girls are looking healthy and will be ready for feeding soon. ‖ PESTS ‖ Found a few thrips around, still managing the white flies okay but I’ll need to tackle the thrips immediately to prevent stunted growth and stress to the girls. I use neem oil, green cleaner (not the kitchen disinfectant) and a slow release fumigation strip that helps with most pest. ‖ FINAL THOUGHTS ‖ This week has gone well, again I was surprised with the growth rate during this week. The stretch period is still going for some of the girls so I’ll keep updating on their individual growth stats for the next couple of weeks. I’ll need to inspect my plants a bit more carefully so I don’t miss any signs of stress, pests , etc. I may be partially blind but I can still make a better effort in spotting these potential issues, I’m still learning :) Well, it’s been a great week, got some work ahead of me. Still week 5 9/19/20. Started some low stress training with pipe cleaners and floral wire. Leaves look a little damaged, tiny brownish spots.

9/19 tied up some of the drooping branches on the bottom that have fallen from their own mass/weight. Shes been smelling so so awesome this whole time. Each day more frost, resin and trichomes cover the buds 9/22 looked at trichomes through magnifier. They're magnificently long with big heads. Not very many amber heads though. Like maybe 30% clear, 60% cloudy and 10% amber. Thats just a rough guesstimate, I may change that ratio later

9/17 - Day 30 Flowering! Both shooting pistils with Mace pulling ahead of GG's schedule even more. GG started showing what appears to be a P deficiency on largest fan leaves. Took it as a sign to feed for BAS nutrient tea and bottom feeding some Buddha Bloom. Mace shows some mag def, increased calmag. 9/18 Added slight LST to GG, mostly to guide the main cola/stalk away from growing straight into the light. Elevated blumat res to increase warer rate. 9/23 - Day 36 Humming along! Added pics.

Week 16 and two of the plants are almost ready for harvest, probably next week I’ll be trimming, Grape Diamonds and Cotton Candy Grapes. After that I believe that the rest should be staggered for a good harvest in two more weeks.

I noticed some white blotches on a few leaves. Never really dealt with PM, but decided to spray them with some serenade. I also sprinkled with a little more White Dutch Clover seed on top soil. GOOD NEWS: I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. I went with the 3k spectrum and switchable UV/IR since all my autoflowers bloom under this light. $306 USD after all is said and done. Had issues with RH this week have 2 humidifiers now a 1100 and 2200 eva dry and seavon. Seavon is better!!and cheaper!! Jet fuels growing tall buds as to where the plat punch is filling in most likely do to the indica dom on plat punch and all the sativa fuel strains in jet are just amazing it just pushes hard the whole time really great strain to grow. Tried TNB naturals co2 seems to have done something i have plumping wherever i put the bottle doesnt matter if its under the plants remember air gets sucked out the top so its going to pull air from below to the top with co2. Directly under plants no good toooo much moister off in the corner by a vent! 2 led lights going one 600watt using only red and whites the a 1500 full blast all colors veg and bloom. The bloom on the 1500 is only red its a Templay light no red and white but its working getting a little more stretch on that side of the tent. Found good info on using mutes drain to waste.. Alot of salt present (this is against whats commonly mentioned online) around the roots makes the plant compete with the soil or medium and produces shit tons more sugars and essential oils this goes actually for all plants grown hydro or drain to waste. If u feed one time then not the next ur stressing ur roots out hard thus stunting ur growth especially in late bloom. My plan is to feed until 8 to 10 days prior to planned harvest of 63 days in flower from switch. Then FloraKleen every other day with blackstrap

Ph problems. Having difficulty monitoring ph . Not been much around to watch plant about a week or 2 . Aero garden set up a lil bit difficult to get into reservoir to check ph daily. Going to change system to deep water culture RDWC.

Overall I would say really successful first crop 1 plant 71.36g and I've smoked about a q the last couple of days before weighing as I ran out😂🤣 also considering I had to cut the biggest cola due to rot and a couple others medium snips I'd say really nice yield, looking really nice, smells amazing, does need a little cure to get the taste there a little more is a little harsh but not too bad at all, had fun growing this, just ordered 3 seeds of barneys runtz muffin and got a free wedding cake so that's me sorted for round 2 will be back soon, still got the strawberry amnesia to finish drying, 3rd day in so far so will be uploading that once done, hope anyone following or even glancing through has enjoyed viewing :)

Now that was a great week indeed. she has really spread out nicely being held down with some yoyos. will be transplanting the ladies in the next day or 2 here and then flower in about 10-14 days is my guess. They are a little smaller then usualy for this time, maybe a week behind but i think i messed up on the calibration schedule again damnit. I swear you can not calibreate you ph tester too much, do it every 3-4 weeks is my reccomendation. I think the ph maybe a little low, i'm not postive 100% on the issue but dont really matter, she is very healthy

Plants are looking good so far, added about 2ml/gal to the reservoir this week and plants responded well. They are all keeping short and stocky so far and should be able to start LST training in a few days I think. I also turned up the light to 750w and the air temps are now hovering between 24c-25c. Water temps are creeping up though in the 21c range, gonna wrap the buckets tonight in foil insulation and build a water cooler for this setup soon as well. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

Defoliated and given the last nutrients before harvest, planning to cut in roughly 2 weeks. Depending on weather conditions and trichomes. Bud shots are the best of each strain. Mango Kush: has the most buds overall. Some of them seem a to be not very dense though. Little whispy buds start low on the branch and then progress to some fat tips. White Widow: seems to have denser buds but much less. The plant has always wanted to go straight up and has very rigid branches. This strain should probably get training early on to maximize bud potential. Green Crack: has big buds at the tip of each branch but they aren't very long. Though the buds seem very dense and heavy.

Fo' Twenny here with an update on our little Gorilla x Cookies cultivar from Expert Seeds! 9/16 - Day 12: She is a beautiful shade of green and looks happy. I was one square pots short and when I bought this one, I accidentally got the 7" x 7" instead of the 6" x 6". It will bug me, because I am weird, but I planted her in it anyway. I put 1 tbsp Mycos, .5 tsp Recharge, and .25 tsp of Azos in the whole at the root zone. Sprinkled some White Dutch Clover seed after transplanting. Watered with plain water. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce!
