The girls are packing on weight and smelling really good, I’ve got 1 really nice pheno that has an amazing cookie smell. One of the girls has faded because I forgot to order more food for them but I have got some now and re-amended the pots last night, hopefully she’ll get her colour back soon.

Beginn woche 3. Sind tag 22 in blüte. Seit tag 14-15 ca. Riecht sie von tag zu tag besser und stärker. Freu mich schon tierisch auf den lemon weihrauch geschmack. Das uplifting soll ja auch nicht zu verachten sein. Ich lass mich mal überraschen wie sie sich noch weiter entwickelt. Obwohl ich sie nach 7 tagen schon in die blüte geschickt habe und die erste woche auf MH blieb. Zeigt sie trotzdem was sie so kann. Beim nächstenmal wird sie bis zum limit gebracht. Week two is upon us ! I have a new pocket size humidifier and it works great!! The low temperatures of my nights already bring out some purple on the leaves. Im pleased to see this so early in its lifespan. Although i have to be careful not to stunt her with too cold nights. I mixed a 1/4 of the recommended dose of nutrients for her first feeding. By doing so im reducing the risk of nutrients burn. To be honest i will get a few burnt tips on the firs set of leaves but id rather have a bit too much then less at this stage. The first leaves will drop first so i wont mind them being less attractive. The internode distance is good for a indica so far and i am pleased of the results so far. The glasses i use are yellow tinted and apparently they do a good job at correcting the colours for spotting deficiencies

Still running into def. but they are still holding strong, great resin production and strong sweet sour smell on the sour alien livers and a pungent lime smell to the alien vs triangle 2 more weeks fore the sour alien and id say 3 more weeks for the alien vs triangle.

This girl is phat. Real thick stalk and massive leaves. I topped her twice, which I had reservations in doing given her weak start. She bounced back incredibly so she also got some LST to open up the canopy. It's flower time for this lady and I'm excited to see her stretch and fatten up!

Day 64: new week! Maybe a little overwatered but I think it’s alright! I think I will turn the autopot off for a day tomorrow! This is the light that I’m using for this grow! 10 out of 10 on these lovely ladies. They popped up after being soaked for 48hrs then 48hrs after being planted we had sprouts. Excited for these as it's been a little while since I last grew it. Week 21 of the Pineapple Upside Down has been a slow, steady week of adaptation. Nothing dramatic happened, but this phase is crucial, because the plant is still adjusting to the new light spectrum. At the start of the week, I had bumped the PPFD up to around 500. But it became obvious pretty quickly that she wasn’t handling that intensity well. The apex looked tired, the leaves were curling downward like a soft saddle, and the whole plant was signaling that the metabolic shift wasn’t complete yet. So I made the decision to step the intensity back down to 300 PPFD. A gentler light, less metabolic pressure, and a better environment for the plant to recalibrate after the spectrum change. These adaptation phases always take time— forcing it only delays the recovery. Over the next few days, I started noticing some very subtle signs. The apex seems to be lifting again, and the leaves that were curling now look like they’re slowly opening back up. It’s still too early to confirm anything, so I’m keeping expectations realistic. Right now, visual impressions are all we have, and the plant still needs space to stabilize. For this stage, the strategy is simple: no adjustments, no extra stress, no forced progression. We keep the light at 300 PPFD and let her rebuild her momentum naturally. Only when she gives a clear, confirmed sign of vigor—not just a hint— will we start considering the transition to flower. So Week 21 was a quiet-looking week, but an important one metabolically. The plant is processing the spectrum change, resetting its rhythm, and hopefully setting the foundation for a clean, strong pre-flower phase. We’ll check back next week to see if the recovery continues and whether she’s finally ready to move forward. 😎
