Happy gardening. 07/21/2018 Wow unseasonably cold last night got down to 48° brrrr. No signs that the cold bothered the girls posting photos in a min.. And video. Phew took me awhile to upload. 07/24/2018 Mid week update Back to hot and, steamy summer weather. #1, tops are just about 39.5", going to try to get all super cropped to about 30", I expect that they will be double their size at harvest.👍. On a side note hours of light will soon be at 14.5 hope they initiate flowering,as it will give me almost 3 months of flower!👊 #2 is 43.5" looking like a Christmas tree,still some supercropping to spread out the lower layers. #3, is 35.5" And no training just picking her dead,yellowing leaves #4, is 41.5" also no training #5, is 30" , and still stinkiest 😎 of all gonna take a clone today.

They bounced back really nice from the topping last week, did some more defoliation and let them heal from the HST. I'm considering topping them again but I don't know if it's time for flowering?!

Plant is way heavy i dont do a trim when wet so i dont weigh it when its first chop. Will weigh when dry get a good weigh in. This stuff has a strong lemon smell but also tries to take ur breath with something else. Will be interesting cant wait must be patient. Do my drying in 60°f and 60% rh for 14 days or close to. Looks so juicy like disco balls!!!

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! What a smell coming off these babies in veg. Had to turn fan on with filter. Stinking up my house without it. Plants are doing great with scheduled auto water and now lights being at 18 inches at 70w. Didn't realize how intense these lights were. Still short and stalky but starting to stretch now. Showing minimal pistills in 2 of 4 plants. Will start flowering in week 6 Runoff till about 20%. 1500EC in reservoir. Runoff is around that range so all is good. Topped 3 out of 4 plants this week. Was just going to bend main stalk but not much room to do so.

They were all very slow to start compared to all the other strains I grew and seemed to dislike everything I was doing. Real problem children.... They were runty until about the last 2 weeks of their lives, then really packed it on and ripened quickly. I was really surprised they weighed as well as they did, but they all really fattened up with I added the other QB, bringing the total wattage to 360w in the 5 sq ft space. Didn't keep separate weights, but the total was 168g...roughly 40g's per plant. Final thoughts: Of the 6 DD's I've grown over the past couple of years, they are consistently a pain in my ass, and poor-producers.. but it's top-shelf bud. It's prolly the wife's favorite flavor, so I gotta grow a little every season... Aroma: 9/10 Flavor: 9/10 Potency: 8/10 Yield: 6/10 Bag-appeal: 8/10 Ease of growing: 3/10

The leaves are yellowing on one of the plants because it got hot and I forgot to water them for a couple days, two plants are flowering now and it doesn't have pollen sacs like the one with yellowing leaves has, the height measurement wont be 100% accurate as I don't measure my plants when I water them.

09/26/2020 Got my first confirmed female, I had to cull one of the 2 in green pot, he had to go. The female is looking very good nice growth short internodal took the topping with ease. Top dressed with 3 tbls of blood meal gonna veg a little longer and maybe top again (get some clone moms going) I pray the cross went well🙏Starting to smell her (mom) across the yard!😊 she got a nice sweet candy like smell

The Fruit spirit looks gorgeous. The only thing bothering me is that the leafs are getting packed in one place. Is not growing on hight that much. The Blue Cheese automatic started I believe it’s 3th week and looks good and healthy. The Triple G is still a seedling and it had some problems in the beginning as the seed cover kept staying on it until it went out of the soil, so it was looking like it’s going to die, let’s hope for the best. This week i made the first topping of the Fruit Spirit. Once i get the new stems growing I’m starting the LST. I started taking them out on the sun from time to time.

Growing well this week. She's just starting to smell too 😋 I've not done a thing to her apart from feed/water and turn her pot 180 degrees through the week.

Great start to week two of flower! Started with my weekly water change (every Monday) and some maintenance on the plants. I did a larger defoliated and lollipopping to just about everything under the SCROG net, hoping to maximize yield. Room conditions are awesome, about 80 degrees with ~60% humidity, real happy with VPD. With these ideal conditions, I've been pushing nutrient levels pretty high with an EC of ~3.2 - 3.3. Also got about 7 inches of growth in plants, still have this whole week to stretch.
