Week 7 of flower Day 47 Flower Day 72 from seed. ~Week Average~ Temp: 72-82f RH: 35-42% PH: 5.9-6.2 Notes: I gave them one feed of over drive during this week and then just water. I started to look at trichromes and noticed mostly cloudy some amber. So I’ve decided I will do one more feed with flawless finish in two days. Then I will flush until the ladies are to my liking. I am super happy with the trichrome production of the Walter white she sure does put on! The smell is lemony, citrusy, and creamy. Will update ASAP! Happy cultivating!🤙🏽

Week 5 and here comes the fun part: let flower begin. These girls are hungrier than ever, like they'd grow forever if I let them. For a lot of you this might be "normal," but as a newbie I'm honestly blown away. I've never had plants this healthy and aggressive since I started growing. As expected, the tent has turned into a jungle. The only one still a bit "bullied" is the Runtz, she's been the shy one since day one, but she's catching up and finally found her rhythm. I'm slowly pushing VPD up and trying to sit around 1.1-1.2 kPa, and I added another fan under the canopy to keep airflow moving through this thick forest. Leaves keep expanding, calyxes are swelling, internodes are stacking, and they're clearly competing for light. First time in coco and I'll say it: this changed the way I look at growing. I've also been defoliating gradually to open up sites for the upcoming flowers. In one session I probably removed up to 15 leaves per plant, and they didn't even flinch. Still turgid, still pushing. I can't wait to see how this flowering run develops. Only downside is the limited space, I wasn't ready for this level of growth, especially after my past soil struggles. Took her down at day 94 in her 14th week. I did notice budswelling and density increasing in this final week. She was exposed to heat wave temperatures above 95f degrees in the greenhouse, yet took it well. I just had to water heavier than normal and at a daily rate....a rate of about 1/2 a gallon a day. She was flushed for 2 weeks using only TPS signal, ph water, and unsulfered molasses. She smells earthy, bold, and sweet....like a bold caramel latte. As soon as the leaves started fading i figured it was time for the chop. Next week (15) will be the actual harvest info, as she is in drying now and weights cannot be supplied at the moment.

Pretty good tester from mephisto. I found two different phenotypes with my 4 plants. Two were purple and a bit more earthy while the other two were normal color green fading to light green/yellow with bright yellow pistils and a sweet mango sugar smell.

The girls have been very busy making golf balls this week! The cookies are also starting to frost up 🤗 At the beginning of the week there was not much to do, the girls had stopped stretching and were settled in. In my 2x4 tent, all I had to do was tuck fold the leaves to open up the bud sites. I basically did the same for my big tent. Simply moved some leaves from blocking sites, and plucked just a few that were rather large. They are still needing to be watered every 72 hours or so. I have been keeping to a feed, water, feed schedule now that we are into flower. I just started to notice that some of the tops are showing some nutrient burn, just a little, and not every plant. This tells me I have hit their limit with the nutrients, somewhere between 700 and 750 ppm. The last watering I did, I watered to about 10% runoff, trying to make sure that there are no salt or mineral buildup that can cause lockout or other issues. At the end of the week, day 21, I defoliated both tents, not too much, but enough to open up the bottom growth a bit. Also tidied up the lower portion below the trellis, as this just wastes energy and yield from the main colas in the long run. No real issues or problems so far, Happy Gardening Folks! 🇨🇦👊❤️😎💨
