Enjoying her progress over the last week. Lowered humidity today a tad to slightly increase vpd. Also lowered light a few inches and may do so again. Will keep it here until we progress in flowering. Bubble og they seem to be over taking my little seedling tent almost half the seedlings I have are bubble og. I don't plan on keeping them all I'm only going to flower either 6 or 8 of the 12 seedlings. They all have a very uniform apreance and height. They are growing better than early early seedlings. Not fast or anything but health growth now. They all have very dark leaves might have some black leaves at harvest Last grow I overwatered and had to toss them because growth got stunted and a bunch if fungus knats got to the soil. This time I'm trying promix potting soil wish I had tried promix hp but the store close by isn't a hudro store and that's what they had. So this time I'm being very cautious with the watering I'm only useing a spray bottle I'm currently giving 45 spray per solo cup every few days when it dries out. This promix soil seems to hold water decent so the 45 spray there is 0 water coming out the bottom the cup yet. Here soon I think I'm going to double the amount of spray to 90 and start letting the soil get dry dry before watering again. Probably will hold off on any nutes quite yet. I'm going from 24/0 to 20/4 light schedule this week. There getting to the point they won't strech as much is 4 hrs of darkness and I'm rasing the light intensity a little it's been around 150 I'm upping it to around 175. Most likely by the end of the week I'll probably be pushing 200 or close. Hopefully I can get them into the big tent soon At this stage I like to alternate having the fan blowing on them I feel it gives them time to recover and get stronger instead of wind stress. Also every few days I will turn the plants so they are facing away from the light making them grow back towards the light I fell it makes them stronger

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Looks like the Gorilla Zkittles is pretty much ready the colours are amazing definitely keeping this pheno. Nothing changed this week apart from a change to water, calmag & canna flush @pH 6.2 I have noticed thee THC glands are brown already you can visibly see them absolutely insane cant wait to smoke it.

Day 70 - She grew 4cm this week. Her flowers are not as developed as any of her tent mates, looks like she's going to take her time flowering. That's ok. I'm happy to wait 😀

I have transplanted into Dutch buckets. Filled with perlite. And all are now in the Greenhouse. Doing great. These are watered 4 times a day for 1 minute. This girl is looking great and growing fast. Preflowers are out. She is the tallest.

I went away for a week and forgot to switch the lights over to 12-12. They had an extra 5 days veg! Things are getting too big for my tent now! I’ll top it and see how it goes.

These Blue dream matic Autos are gonna be some absolute monsters! Here we are at 37 days and were sitting at almost a week into flower, qnd the plants are over 17 inches tall. Looking at a great yielding strain here! Starting to get a good amount of smell to them! Super healthy plants, and super heavy stalks. First round of nutrients came at 35 days. They were moved to the hps at 32 days. General hydro, flora trio at 5ml each per gallon. They EXPLODED overnight. This week, i will begin some light lst and defoliation. Also, this week I will be hanging my brand new HLG Diablo 650R. These 5 blue dreams will be moved from the hps to the Diablo.

18.06 A way more late update of this grow as I usually provide for two reasons - first I didn't had any time to control or keep care of this grow during the last weekend, second: due to the first point I run into a problem I needed to identify before I update my journal. As you can see in the video there is one plant with some kind of brown leave tips and yellow sugar leaves. I am not 100% sure why this happened but I think it could be some kind of wind burn. I didn't noticed that one slot of my power strips wasn't working anymore, this slot was turning on and off some fans. So the fans just blow straight at least for two days in a row against the plants. Beside that I raised the speed of my main fan a bit a week ago and the plant that is the nearest to this fan show the signs on the leaves I notice here. So I fixed the fans and observed the plants a bit more in detail the last days. The problem didn't developed further so I think this is fine now. There can also be some other reasons, as I wrote last week I changed a bit my nutrient scheme but since I wasn't above EC 2 at all I am not really comfortable with this theorie. Anyway, I closed the tank from sunday to monday so the plants just had what was left in the autopot system and used that until the next light schedule. Afterwards I changed my nutrient scheme back to the classic Hesi scheme. The plants are really well, the trichomes are still clear so I think we have at least until 3 weeks to harvest. The plants will become next week full scheme, afterwards I will check the trichomes again and decide if I start to reduce the scheme or not as we come closer to the harvest.

The hairs are really showing right now and a slight fruity perfume is filling the grow closet. The bright colors glisten and captivate and I just stare and stare. In between dunk feeds I do regularly top pours. The plants are still short. Not much of an early flower growth spurt. But the bud sites are looking healthy and sticky already so I expecting some top shelf, even if it’s not much of it 🤣
