These girls are really starting to go nuts! We have come to the end of week 5 and they are already starting to pack on the bulk. I had a little issue with nute burn earlier in the week. I think it was because I was allowing them to dry out to much. I backed it down from 975 PPM to 700 PPM for 4 days and now I am back up to 800 again and they seem to be happy. I also think that my light is just a few inches to close. Its at about 16 right now and the leaves at the top are just not looking their best. It's a 340W light so backing it up a few inches shouldn't be to big of a deal. I moved it back to 20 inches from the canopy. Hoping this helps a little. The humidity here has been absolutely WILD! Tent fluctuates between 55% and 65% and I can't make it budge without the dehumidifier which raises the temp way to high. Outside the humidity hasn't dipped below 70% in over a week. Very strange, hoping that I can keep the room clean and keep enough air moving through the tent to avoid bud rot. FINGERS CROSSED

This Canuk lady has been a GEM! It’s just about time to cut this girl down. She’s been a very nice plant to grow! I’ve just been giving her plain water for awhile now so she is yellowing out and fattening up! She will be coming down this weekend I’m guessing 😀 I will definitely run this genetic again! 3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

Things are starting to turn around. The girl is looking much better overall. Starting to see some nice color and growth. I've beed watering mostly with plain ph'ed water. But I've also started adding a little Cal-Mag (from Symbys) and Recharge once per week.

The plants keep growing and the first pistils have appeared a little bit more than one week after the 12h/12h switch. It looks like some of the leaves close to the fan received too much wind so I moved the fan to the other side of the crop to see if it's better, it seems to work. The Blackberry Cake branches grew much this week and unfortunately I didn't see that the LST strings were too tight 😒 Now I removed them but they left some marks on the branches. It already happened to me with previous grows but the plants recovered 😎 It has been two weeks since the 12h/12h switch, I think I can expect some small flowers during next week 👊 Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Blackberry Cake : 50 cm Jack Herer : 47 cm Cashew Kush : 56 cm

I use a new EC meter wich shows higher numbers, so now my water shows 1500ppm with 1.2 grams/L drypart and 1ml/L calmag, the thing is if the runoff is about the same as what goes in yr all good.

Its been a busy week in Fat Zappa's Garden, hence another late update. I am no longer concerned about the gold patches on the plants, there has been a little more since the past update, particularly around the edges of some of the leaves but not much at all and it certainly doesn't appear to be anything serious so my fears have eased much in that regard. The three older ladies in this grow are coming to the end of day 32 as I type this update, and have grown into fairly big plants over the past week or so. Despite having low stress training applied every two or three days they now stand around a foot tall. Not quite as tall as their Fastbuds label mate, the Wedding Cheesecake I am growing in Canna Coco and the same dry amendments, which stands an inch taller than these three sisters, but then she is nine days younger. These three girls are certainly more fuller plants though, and the past few days have seen the white hairs begin to appear, particularly on the bud sites, which have also began to turn light green, and the stem on one of these girls begin to turn more 'vine like' in texture. Remaining on a schedule of about 2.5 litres of dechlorinated, aerated water of PH 6.4, day 28 also saw the garden revitalised by their usual tipple being replaced for an aerated compost tea of 2 cups of Worm Castings, 2 tablespoons of Alfalfa Meal, 2 tablespoons of Kelp Meal, and 1 tablespoon of Bat Guano in a cheese cloth bag, and placed in a UK 5 Gallon bucket with 2 tablespoons of Molasses mixed into the dechlorinated water I had aerated for 24 hours, and then brewed it for about 26 hours. It may just have been a well timed coincidence, but I do feel like the plants have shown a spurt of growth since receiving it, particularly the runt of these Mrs Banners, who received her first session of low stress training on day 30. Prior to this spurt of growth I was not going to perform any LST on her cos she just seemed way to small but has really filled out in the past week, although remains a very short specimen compared to her sisters, and the Wedding Cheesecakes who are 2 days younger than her. I am starting to think something may have gone awry when I mixed my soil up, as the two pots which I struggled to germinate the initial seeds in, one which failed completely, have not seemed to thrive as much as the other four plants. When I mixed the initial mix into the 5 Gallon pots I did it in two batches, yet filled the all the pots a scoop at a time along a row so it does seem strange. I think next time I will mixed the medium with the dry amendments and castings a pot at a time to gain more control and see if things improve. Also, in preparation for feeding the compost tea I did have a trim around the bottom of the larger plants as watering has become more difficult with all my wires and tucked leaves etc, which I immediately regretted, but actually, like I say, the plants seemed to have had a boost over the past few days so I am happy no harm has been done. The lights are now running at the full 450w and set to around 25 inches from the top of the canopy. I have also increased the airflow through the intake fan, the canopy fans are both on high, my two 40 watt fans are now running on medium, and my AC Infinity T6 turned up to three on the OFF setting. My heater and humidifier remain on full on the environment has remained stable despite the ramping up of the light to full blast. Lastly, day 32 began with a top dressing for all these plants, with the larger ladies showing signs of pre-flower. They got heaped portions of 1/2 cup of Worm Castings, 1/3 cup Dr Forest Organics 284 Bloom, and a table spoon of Dr Forest Organics Veg dry amendments which I mixed in as best I could with all my LST wires etc, and then watered at PH level 6.4. I'd like to mix the PH up a little more between 6.2 and 6.8 but it always seems to come out 6.4. I will endeavour to update the pages for the two Wedding Cheesecakes as soon as time allows. Had a good week with some good growth. They started off a little slow due to transplant mistakes but once I figured it out and fixed it they took off. I think the unknown bag seed might be a male check the pics. I wanted to top them but most they seem to want to stay short. I'll top in a day or two. They are drinking plenty between feedings and they seem to love the grow big. I'll step it up today when I feed and see how they like it. Dont have many pics yet had to move my grow and havnt had time to take proper pics but these are not bad.

Gushers has been bulking strong. She has about 2 more weeks left. She has a very sweet Aroma to her. I did a solution change a few days ago on her. Everything has been going great. The NTfucks are looking great! Even the more rigid one got looser, so it's easier to work with it, it also showed signs of pre-flower, I guess it's because I stressed it quite a lot last week. I'm really looking forward to seeing them flower!

Der Samen ist aus haze Gras entsprungen kein breeder. Wahrscheinlich amnesia oder silver haze. Zumindest rauche ich diese Sorten meistens und daher denke ich der Samen stammt von diesen Sorten ab. Letztes Jahr war es das selbe und es waren Photoperiodische sativa strain. Falls jemand weiß welche Sorte es wird kann mir gerne schreiben. Heute umgetopft in seiner endgültigen Größe.
