Another week down. As some of you will see, from the three purple kush autos one defiantly has the characteristics of a “purple kush plant” it is very small with odd shaped buds and almost purpley/black. The other two are monsters with no purple traits. I did loose a plant at the start that was also stunted, which likely would have produced another “purple budded” plant. Anyway it has been hotter than hell here, and they pretty much survived a hurricane and tornado, so I think these girls will finish out the summer just nice. I gave them a feed of some cal mag and some fox farms tiger bloom. Other than that they be chillin. Enjoy the weather! Cheers.

Flowers starting to form towards the end of the week, but first they were lollipopped at the beginning of the week. This was just the first of 2 leaf strips from under the canopy, to allow better air flow and to remove the lower, unwanted flowering sites. These would only grow into fluffy nothingness if left throughout the whole cycle, and would probably even shoot some nuts due to stress from lack of light/airflow, especially as im not using the most powerful lights 😅 Nutes increased with the adition of sugars and a slight pk boost to promote healthy growth now they're getting hungrier. All looking healthy and filling out nicely 🦊

So this will be the last pictures before Harvest. The blueberry Kush is definitely ready with mostly amber colored and cloudy trichromes. The white Rhino similar, but more cloudy colored trichromes. The Caramelicious is the same as white widow about 60/40 cloudy/amber trichromes. I flushed them twice 3 gallons of purified water each fed them yesterday plain tap water ph'd to 6.3. I'm excited to see what each yeild once harvested and dried. Today Marks Day 101, it will be day 103 when I chop. This was my first grow ever and I feel like I've learned alot yet still don't know shit, lol. Thanks to everyone who helped answer my questions it helped in keeping me from panicking and over reacting. I never knew this plant required so much energy and attention. They look si strong and healthy. They have quite a strong smell, very pleasant. All good for now

Growth has been good even with serious power / lighting issues. But with effort the plants had very little down time. The heads are starting to look thicker and continue to stack and grow. Some of the plants are more frosty then others but that is pheno variation more than anything. Really looking like we may have a substantial yield in the next 5-6 weeks. The plants are being watered heavily with 2-3 day long dry periods and it seems to make the growth after a feeding just insane.

Last week of veg, starting 12/12 tomorrow as I'm starting to worry about space.. hopefully stretching isn't too much of an issue.. we shall see. I'm still not happy with my defoliation, I've been mostly removing large/damaged leaves and sucker branches off the bottom of the plants. I've been experimenting with the fan and scrog placement, placing one large fan oscillating below the canopy and two clip on fans above the tops and mostly using the scrog as a support for branches during flower as I somewhat failed to actually scrog.. Once again, any advice much appreciated and happy holidaze!

The Plant didnt grow much in high and is growing just above the Earth. Maybe i sat it to deep, or its the Genetik i dont know lets see where it goes.

Plants were looking terrible this week. I use a humidifier and I am In a hard water area. Well I wondered why the exhaust fan I had to keep adjusting and researched and the hard water had clogged the carbon filter. Ordered a new one costly mistake. Anyone know exactly what the brown patches are. I assumed a calcium deficiency due to lockout as I was adjusting ph to 6.3. So I flushed through with 6.8 and they perked up the next day. I added calmag to be safe. Also suffering cold temps at night so could have been phosphorus deficiency lockout (only guessing) so I have increased temps at night. Never had these issues in veg before.
