Somehow I counted weeks in a silly way, so I thought this was week 8 but it's still week 7. LoL. Plant is doing great anyway, She's big, exceeding 70 cm diameter, With so many colas at canopy level I expect her to yeld very big fo an Autoflowering strain, The training succesfully shaped her resulting in 10 branch reaching the top canopoy level. To me the key to a good training is timing, much more than continuous adjustment. This plant was bent just one time on main stem and one another time little later the branches. We had rainy days so I used a dehumidifier for a day or two, now it's dry again outside so no need for it anymore. She's still thirsty like a bitch as she drinks 5 liters of water every two day. Maybe I'll make a drip sistem for my next grow, watering has been boring lately. I'm not giving her anything to the end now, she's doing fine like this. The humus coupled with slow release fertilizer is doing a great job. She has some nitrogen excess to me, but she's the only plant to show it in a batch of 6. The issue seems very small to me anyway. Day 48 checked trichomes, some is turning milky already, can't wait for the buds to ripen :) Ciao Bottanico

I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

Week 3 finds me a little confused, should I transplant BB2 into her final home today? What’s going on with BB1? Somethings up with her leaves. Is this the pre veg stage? Wait another week before moving them? Any help would be great. 👾 Addendum: what a crap ass week. Cal mag deficiencies, leaf miners and woke up this morning to find my gro pro co2 tub had fallen and took out one of BB3’s leaf. If anyone knows anyone who works for that company, let them know their design sucks monkey ass. Hopefully next week is easier.

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

The last week before cutting, I still fertilized for the last week, I focused on the expressway sugar and the loading of carbohydrates well. Still No-till Living soil Microorganisms 💚

🇺🇸Grow Journal🇺🇸 – Mother Gorilla – Vegetative Stage – Week 4 The plant has recovered from last week’s defoliation, although I have noticed a slight decrease in its vigor. I believe this is normal, but it’s still progressing and growing. Environmental Conditions • Humidity: 70% • Temperature: ~78.8°F • pH Level: Still between 5.8 and 6.2; it had slightly increased, so I adjusted it back down to 5.8 • VPD: Still between 0.4 and 0.8, which is fine Most of the heavy work was done last week, so this week has been more about maintaining progress. I’m continuing to train the plant using the SCROG method, carefully tucking branches underneath the net whenever possible. I also did a light defoliation to maximize light penetration for the new developing branches that are forming new growth sites. I’m still waiting for my new nutrients, which should arrive this week. That means I’ll finally be able to switch to a proper nutrient solution. So far, I’ve only been using Formulex, which has worked fine, but I believe it’s now time to transition to proper vegetative nutrients. Regarding the roots, they still seem to be developing well (secondary rootlets). For now, everything is going smoothly. The plant has recovered from defoliation and, most importantly, from topping. I will continue training it carefully, and we’ll see how it evolves over the coming week. Looking forward to next week—we’ll keep a close eye on the progress. See you next week! Je pense que c’est normal, mais elle continue d’évoluer et de pousser. Constantes environnementales • Humidité : 70% • Température : ~26°C • pH : Toujours entre 5.8 et 6.2 ; il avait un peu augmenté, donc je l’ai redescendu à 5.8 • VPD : Toujours entre 0.4 et 0.8, donc tout est bon Le gros du travail ayant été fait la semaine dernière, cette semaine est surtout consacrée au suivi et à l’entretien. Je continue tranquillement le palissage avec le SCROG, en replaçant les branches sous le filet lorsque c’est possible. J’ai aussi fait une légère défoliation pour maximiser la pénétration de la lumière sur les nouvelles petites branches qui forment de nouveaux sites de croissance. J’attends toujours mes nouveaux nutriments, qui devraient arriver cette semaine. Je vais enfin pouvoir passer sur une véritable solution nutritive. Jusqu’à présent, j’ai uniquement utilisé Formulex, ce qui convenait, mais je pense qu’il est maintenant temps de passer aux engrais de croissance. Concernant les racines, elles ont l’air de bien se développer (radicelles secondaires). Pour l’instant, tout suit son cours. La plante a bien récupéré de sa défoliation et surtout de son topping. I guess I can't put it off any longer.... This plant officially needs some yoyos. She can no longer hold herself up, and I have too many colas leaning against the wall. These buds are exquisite! The contrast of the trichomes against the purple bud is stunning! I want to make it my mission to grow all the purple FastBuds strains! They're just breathtaking! The smell in this tent is phenomenal. If only I could upload the smell! 🍇🍇🍇

Che ve ne pare? Ha iniziato prefioritura giusto una settimana fa, la prossima credo sia molto interessante. La pianta non mi ha portato nessuno problema fin ora, neanche in ambito fitofagi. È in forza e pronta a mordere e la cosa che piu mi appaga è il non usare fertilizzanti chimici o organominerali. La strada ora è tutta rosa e fiori contento e soddisfatto qualsiasi sia il risultato. Concimazione con compost autoprodotto + My banana biobloom/macerato e compostato+ algabloom a stimolazione. Grazie per la visione,per info rispondetemi.

Bending ULH1, and give her a dose of 1l: (3ml/l TopVeg+1ml/l Green Explosion) , after the Nutrients dose it got a little more darker. The broken leaves are being replaced by the new branches leaves, so the storm was just a little pain ... Vigorous mode: ON Watering ULH2: It is getting more colour :) . I think it is starting to root well and eat the nutes stored in the soil.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.
