 Even with 18/6 and TWO full weeks beyond week 10, I’d have waited another 7-10 days to ripen the Trichomes to my liking (>1/3 w/ vanishing abscission). As is - I know we’ve more mass - they’re both trichome laden - the smoke test will tell. This week was explosive! I bumped up the grow nutrients and added the Bud Ignitor at 1/4 strength. I also increased the water amount progressively building up to a half gallon by the end of the week. Mid week I stepped the exhaust fan up and increased the light to about 175w. I started the “new to me” training method as well getting some nice light down into the side shoots and lower canopy. Rings were left on during light cycle and misted with plain water and rings removed before lights out. This week I also dropped the tower fan to the floor and brought the clip fan down a foot above the canopy and am running on the same schedule as the humidifier. Which is set to be on 20min before lights on and off 10 min after lights out. Thanks for stopping by and happy growing!!! 🌞

I would ideally have let these go for another week (if not 2 for the imperium) but my cuttings are in serious need of transplanting due to cold temps and becoming rootbound so will see how they fare on the next run given a full 10-12 weeks

Good morning everyone! First off I want to say a special thank you to grow Diaries for Choosing Tutorial "how yo build a scrog" for Second Place! Now for the update I discovered two males in my grow both of them are Blue Hawaiian. I decided to inspect the root development sence they were going to be destroyed anyway. I was really upset on the how they look. Normally I transplant at least 4 times before I reach my final pot. On this grow I experimented by transplanting from a solo cup to my final pot and also another by just placing the seed directly into the soil. You can see from the pictures that the roots did not develop much at all. I will not be using that method again. On another note for those of you that have experience using molasses in your feeding schedule for your plants can you chime in and tell me what you would use and how you would mix? There was a change of plans this week I got in 5 clones of an exotic strain I've been trying to get for a few months finally the guy gave in lol. I switched most of my plants to the flower tent to make room for my new strain. I decided to try and make fem. Seeds with 2 of the ladies ( og kush and gg#4) Using colidal silver. Feed plants my first compost tea I've ever made plants seemed to love it. My gg#4 in the dwc is growing like crazy she's catching up to it's mother she also got thrown into flower.

8/12/2023 - Day 39 Veg: she seemed to be handling the topping well. I'm also seeing more signs of the lower branches starting to grow, which tells me the topping has helped. Other than her slow growth, she looks healthy. 8/16/2023: watered again today using water at about 6 ph. Mixed in Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Silica, Calmag, BuildASoil Big 6, Pure Protein Dry, Rootwise Mycrobe omplete, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and some Dr. Zymes Eliminator. The plant is finally getting big enough to start bottom watering soon, so this will likely be on of the last top watering until flower. Also, I defoliated a couple leaves that were blocking the lower branches, and super cropped the top, to promote more growth in the lower branches. 8/18/2023: Installed the first layer of trellis netting today

Bruce Banned #3 fast grew well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. I thought I had messed her up,but she did a lot of filling in at the end. Strong aroma and nice resin. I am looking forward to the smoke report for her. Well, another week has passed and it has been growing not exactly as I expected, but they warned me about using only base fertilizers with an inert soil and a higher ambient temperature, I could have a not so good result, well, it's one more experience and I liked it and let's see how it will be until the end of the cycle because the next one I already ordered a starter kit from the advanced nutrients line!
