Lemon tree strain is growing big for a seedling

They continue to be very hungry. Mid week I had to change the reservoir and decided to go with full flower nutes from canna. They seem to like it and the flowers start to stretch along the colas. So far so good, I am really curious how they Turn out in the end. Plants have been defoliated heavily one last time to enable more light in the lower canopy.

🇺🇸 Grow Journal – Week 13 Week thirteen. The plant seems in good shape overall, even though it’s starting to show some light discoloration on a few leaves. I don’t really know what’s causing it. Maybe it’s because the plant is growing and needs more nutrients now. Or maybe there’s some kind of nutrient blockage starting to appear. The substrate has been running for thirteen weeks, so it could be getting a bit loaded. I’m thinking a flush might help — just to give the root system a reset before moving forward. This week I also worked on defoliation and topping. We’re now at sixteen apexes, and I think that’s enough. It’s probably the last topping, because if I wait much longer, the plant is going to get too big and it’ll be harder to manage once she stretches. Aside from that, everything looks fine. However, I did notice a big drop in pH in the reservoir, which is strange. I added Athena Balance, just like always, but the pH keeps going down. I don’t really understand why it’s dropping so much. Other than that, everything’s okay — nothing special to report. The plant looks stable, and we’re getting close to the flowering stage.

This week is really important for me as I changed the light to 12 Hours. It’s time for the Fruit Spirit to get into flowering. I am a little worried as the leaves look strange. The Blue Cheese Automatic is almost ready to harvest. Looks like this full moon will be the last. It smells amazing 🤩 3G growing strong 💪

Pistils are slowly turning brown, trichomes cloudy and buds are ripening. Started flushing the soil this week for the next 7-14 days depending on the progress of the plants.

The first week of vegetation is here, and it’s been a bit of a mixed start for my two plants.🌱 One of them is looking a little droopy, while the other has developed slightly yellow leaves. I’m not entirely sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve decided to give both plants their first dose of nutrients to help prevent further damage and hopefully get them back on track. I’ve been checking on them daily and keeping a close eye on their progress. I’m staying hopeful that they’ll bounce back and show improvement by next week.🌱

day 68, i know im a week ahead but whatever. She's chugging along nicely, kind of. To be honest she's looking a bit overcooked in my opinion lol, i thought the light may be too close but nope, light meters reading between 50,000-70,000 which is normal, plus the 70k is at the tip of those big colours. Super frosty, smells delicious, its mostly the 2 big colas at the back that need to hurry up, i've included photos. She's had 2 flushes now, last one was a few days ago. So hopefully she'll finish up nicely. No more nutrients, definitely looks like the leaves are starting to deplete themselves of food and may start dying soon. I'm guessing she may be done at day 75? hopefully. gotta remember shes about a week behind because of the time she was stunted. Just a quick update and a bunch of photos :) oh! and a video.

I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Ok, so photos are finally in flower, autos will have to do with 12/12 till finish. A batch of 15 more photos is brewing outside the main door, all primo. Plan is to veg em out there for 4 weeks and then in the flower room. Will fill in missing spots with more autos and then a late auto run as batch 2 of photos finishes. Will get my 7 lbs or so @peakyplanters - slide in my dms

Weekly SST with kelp foliar, rest in 5l with 1.2l of super8 tea & sprinkle of potash through drip No problem what so ever this grow, Noticed after applying UV more frequently and for longer period it brings out purple in my plant , proof is after removing tie of a branch it was nice and green under while rest of the stem purple . Also purple on the tips of the leaves. Probably running low on nitrogen so ordered blood , bone & fish meal , got 44-0-0 Prilled urea but that’s not organic so to say and only for emergency use

Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. Things are going good this week. I see a few yellow leaves on the bottom which is normal. It smells like sweet candied mango in here. Wonderful or should I say Delicious!! I am seeing some small, Thrips signs, on a few leaves, but nothing to worry about. They are over their trimming/pruning up stress now and are bulking up. I see the resin is in full production now. They are getting small amounts of food each day from the hydroponic system. And I hand watered with rain water yesterday. Each plant got 2 gallons. The reservoir lasts 6 days and 7 if I add the dehumidifier water to the reservoir daily. Easy Peasy. I read this article on hypochlorous acid and wanted to make my own rather than buy stuff to kill pests and handle fungus. I now have something I can whip up in 1 hour that can handle most problems I deal with inside and outside. The article said to use it at 1/2 strength inside and I would put plastic over the pots to keep it off the roots. Sounds good. We'll see. Be Great. Chuck.
