After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Surf Purp Week 6 Flower The last week before flush. All nutrients apart from PK and sugars have been stopped. This brought the ppm/EC down, plus Remo Bloom was reduced slightly now they're not so hungry. With that being said I'm still using a lot more with this line than I'm used to. Only because the remo nutrients feeding chart lists them so strong, which I'm already a lot lower than. In future I'll try reducing them and see how they cope and perform, but that's just part of dialing it in to your own specific set up. Now that they're close to flush they're starting to get slightly more pale, with #2 and #4 showing some purpling too. This is because they are slowly coming to the end of their cycle, so they no longer need heavy feedings and are now eating less and beginning to cannibilise. They're all very frosty and giving off an insane amount of smell. At this point I'm more or less certain that #4 is a keeper, with the most unique terpene profile out of the 4 females. It smells like rotting candy/fruit with a lot of gas ⛽ it's also a close call between #1&2, as they're very similar to each other yet so different to #4. These two have the sweetest, most pungent smell of blueberries but with very slight differences between them that could change more throughout flush (and even after drying and curing). The keeper from these two will more than likely be decided after drying and curing. One or two of the main cola's on #4 are way too close to the light, with one top bud showing clear signs of burning. When you look closely, parts of the burns are brown as you would expect, and others are bleached white. These are both from heat and light damage, and aren't ideal. But, it's only the one bud on one plant so I'm not going to stress over it. In fact, she's smelling that incredible that you wouldn't even know! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🦊

some issue with the super bud, my reserce i find out it was mangan/magnesium problem. Flush the roots with ph 6.34 water , now few days later it starts to recover again.

She is a single main cola plant, I mean all the flowers have compacted together and there only one fat dense nugget, that's the whole plant, very sweet aroma, is very nice, it's not stinky at all, very sweet smell but you really have to get close to the flower to feel the powerful aroma. The cola is very very dense and hard like a rocket 🚀. Very nice strain but I would need to plant about 50 of these to get a good harvest. Hope you enjoy guys! 💚 🌱 ✌️

Resin is increasing and looks like bud sites are ready to start putting on some bulk. Issue with low ph drift reaching 5.2 so I decreased 50ppm with distilled water without calmag to soften the water and counter the drift. After decreasing ppm, ph drift continues, so I flushed for 2 days with distilled water and added back nutrients at half strength to increase to 800 ppm over time.

been such a great week, temps perfect, humidity is low enough (could be lower) but is what it is! i am going to start flush next week for my girls that are ready! I've introduced calmag at this stage too as they all needed it! i stay with advice given and defoliate as i go as these colas are supersizing and frosting, i have introduced calmag as she needed it and will continue for a week and see where shes at until finish so i can plan more accurately for harvest. ill say shell go the whole 10wks bloom hope you enjoy the video...... but i know you will :} confident
