12.4.22 Today is the day I start my first grow using @acinfinityinc 2x4 advanced grow tent. I’m doing the cyclops method using @sohumsoils and @foxfarmsoilandfertilizer seed starter. Got my @barneysfarmog amnesia haze from @seedsmangenetics they also gave me Sour D as as the freebie. The two in red solos are randoms I found in some black trufflez in august no clue what’s going happen with them I seen solo cup grows in YouTube so I might try that 12.7.22 Boom three days later we have lift off one of the amnesia haze broke through only one so far. Happy and excited

12th Week Report 02/01/20 - 09/01/20 I was away from home for 1 week and everything was done on 07/01/20. 07/01/20 Luckly there is no mold and humidity now is stable at 55%. There is more or less half reservoir and I'm waiting to fill it, probably CMXL is almost ready to be flushed. Now CMXL is just fattening. As "planned" LSD got the final cut and from her undeveloped branches were trimmed just leaves without any pollen. When she will be dry, she will be used for making Hash/Butter. one tank, the left side, went bad water... some kind of something in the water... some kinda growth or thingie.... so .... i went after the bad water tank hard... pulled it out... scrubbed the tank... scrubbed it all... the funny thing about this is.... these plants are both 50 days old.... haha.... i put em into a type of suspended animation .... lol they are just now starting to hook onto the solutions and are now both feeding.... the growth rate will increase exponentially over a short amount of time, now that they have both hooked onto the neut water and are growin roots thru the clay balls....... (look close at them, notice the first stage 3 leafs ? so u know what stage of growth, 3 leaf and 5 leaf and 7 leaf.... etc... so 50 days and u can clearly see the first stage 3 leafs... lol) (this probably has some major implications for growing food in space) 👍😎

Bonjour à tous les padawans et les maîtres jedis La semaine 4 est déjà là! Décidément cette plante est vraiment exceptionnelle! Elle représente la force et j'en suis fier 😍 Je me donne pour defi que durant mon LST je fasse faire au tronc un tour sur lui meme. Ma plante est saine le LST ce passe relativement bien je l'ajuste tout les jour je le combine avec la technique du pincage d'Apex cela me permettra d'avoir une canopé plus homogène donc une meilleure pénétration lumineuse et par conséquent un meilleur rendement. Le pinçage est une pratique courante en horticulture. Beaucoup de cultivateurs l'utilisent pour améliorer le rendement de leurs plantations cannabiques ou autres. Il est souvent question de 'taille' des bourgeons apicaux. Cette taille se pratique également mais il n'est plus alors, à proprement parler, question de pinçage. A l'instar d'une taille, le pinçage va permettre de stimuler le développement des ramifications tout en préservant les sommités en vue de la floraison. Il est très utile pour uniformiser une canopée. Pour réaliser le pinçage, il vous suffit de presser 'fermement' la tige [entre le pouce et l'index] aux environs de l'apex jusqu'à sentir un léger 'crAck'. Cela aura pour résultat d'endommager les vaisseaux impliqués dans la circulation de la sève [situés dans le pourtour de la tige], la tige conserve toutefois une certaine rigidité. Pour obtenir le même résultat, il est également possible de vriller légèrement la tige sur elle-même. L'interruption du circuit d'alimentation entre le ou les apex et le reste du plant va provoquer un déséquilibre hormonal qui aura pour conséquence le développement des ramifications antérieures au point de pinçage. Jour 25 j'arrose mon pot normalement avec un quart de son volume en eau toujours avec un PH de 6.3 à cette eau j'ajoute 0.7 gramme de greenhouse feeding enhancer pour favoriser son développement racinaire. Par la suite je n'aurai plus qu'à ajuster mon LST jusqu'au stretch et surveiller mon arrosage, Je pincerai mes apex suivant la pousse de la plante pour uniformiser la canopé. Jour 26 à force de patience et de délicatesse j'ai réussi le défi que je me suis fixé en faisant faire au tronc un tour sur lui meme (photo jour 26) ce défi ma permis d'améliorer grandement la technique du LST. Au-delà de ça cela ma permis de donné au tronc une structure en forme de colonne vertébrale ce qui a pour conséquence une meilleure pénétration lumineuse et une belle canopé homogène. First Week of Flower. Been going through some deficiencies this week still not exactly sure what it is it's either a magnesium/calcium deficiency or phosphorus deficiency. Stems turning red/purple and some leaves losing their color turning more of a dirty green/brown color with brown/orange spots on the leaves (ONLY HAPPENING ON STEMS AND LEAVES ON THE VERY TOP OF CANOPY) so it makes me feel like its a CalMag issue.

Day 77 , Power at 90% and lamp distance still at 45cm. She’s getting denser every day, and the buds are looking really nice. I’ve probably got another 2–3 weeks to go, so I’ll be about two weeks late on the content, but that’s fine. The plant is coming along beautifully and should turn into some really good smoke😜👊

How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. Couch unlock. Q. Is it pest and mildew resistant? A. Indeed it is. On many occasions in the last few years, it has been observed that when pest and mildew issues were affecting other plants adjacent to in the vicinity of Freakshow plants, for unknown reasons the freaks remained entirely unaffected. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. Snapped the main branch a little but its been healing ok. Besides that shes been getting bigger filling out her new pot. Also took the smaller lowest branch for my first clone attempt. Probably gonna experiment with a couple more cuttings maybe even an auto clone for laughs. Been raising the light an inch at a time as i noticed signs of light stress. All in all good week happy growing friends

Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

Nothing to start. No real attention needed yet

I'm disappointed in most of my autos.But part of it is that i'm reusing soil.I feel that a lot of it was dense root that needed to be broken up.I need worms to break up the soil for reuse it.Successfully. Because the soil is not suitable for a root development.I'm pretty sure a lot of the auto struggled to develop, and most of them are super small but that's okay, that's human error. I think I will focus on deep water culture after this rotation I really like growing my own auto in a one gallon in deep water culture.Bucket, it's the best looking one so far. I feel that reusing soil is better suited for photos.Because I am not in a race against time.I can flip it whenever, so I think for the sake of reusing resources.I will be going photos or just growing deep water culture.

Fo' Twenny here with another Grow Diaries update! Today, I have a video update for ya'll recorded on 8/20. 8/20: Not much to report since the last update. She seems to be a happy girl. Leaves are starting to fade a little. Doing some very light selective defoliation, mainly in the center to allow more light penetration to lower parts of the plant. She's starting to put off more terps as she gets closer to the finish line. No complaints about this vigorous cultivar! 8/24: Photo update! Enjoy!
