This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. Day 14 flowering Single plant now 36” x 30” Found one male pollen sack so far, no intention of stopping grow as this was known to have hermi potential. Started addition of “High Tide”, by Todal Vision. The owners of this company are from my town, and they are using processed crab shells. I have heard amazing results from everyone i know using this product, and it’s making waves in production facilities.

Think I’m going to have to harvest maybe a little early as I will not be around to water the plant.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ bit to sure if it’s ready or not. What do you think is it to early and how early ?

Well to my eyes growing so perfectly and they haven’t did anything specific but grow evenly, Barney’s farm never really fails these are great so yeah plants are growing fast as veg goes on leaning there side branches is coming around and growing evenly with me topping it . So yeah let go cherry poppers I hope I can get some all purple type or even a purple pinkish tips that would be dope .. but yeah hope and wishful thinking doesn’t hurt. But yeah these are doing the best as a group and one of the best in the grow also

Well the flower week is finally upon us they are getting a huge block opening up the canopy exposing Bud sites letting the wind blow through those beautiful structures. I will have more updates as the week goes on stay tuned. I took ALOT off , I know , I know , lots of people will say , what the heck is this grower doing ?!? Well all I can say is .......... WAIT . This ain't my first rodeo. Pictures will follow , Why did I get rid of all the leaves ? 1) increase airflow 2) increase light to bud sites 3) to prevent mold . So many times I have done this and everytime, I ask myself , was it too much ??? A week later the plant will have pretty much , somehow, grown all the leaves back !!! You will have to wait and see just like me !!!

I’ll be most definitely harvesting these next week! I will continue with water from now until they are ripe and ready! They are absolutely smelling like a sweet shop! Like I dipped my head in a pic and mix bucket, like Im wreck it Ralph and I’ve crashed into candyland! Makes my mouth dribble! The buds are starting to swell too so thinking next 7 days I’ll be ready! Next upload will be harvest hope you like buddies! I’ll be hang drying this time! As I’ll have space and a tent to do it in as before I didn’t and used the brown bag method! But I can maintain between 14c - 18c with a humidity of 42 percent! So I’ll hang dry this time! Any suggestions?? Let me know! I’ll be putting 2 fans on them for air circulation and a air vent only sucking out as it will draw air in on its own and keep the humidity lower in the tent while drying!

Days 120 - 126 (from sprout) 9/20/24 - 9/26/24 The Good Shit - week 13 of flower and trichome heads are looking far more swollen For IPM I sprayed existing mulch layer with tweetmint, followed up with topping all pots off with build a soil 3.0 and forest collected IMO's - fungus gnats almost completely eliminated overnight Pots were cover cropped with build a soil seed blend + grape tomatoes, oregano + thyme, snap peas and napoli carrots Fingers crossed harvest is on the agenda for this lady next week

1.Topped them at the 5th node✂️ 2.The big fan leaves are overshadowing new growth below, so I lst them downwards to open up the lower growth for better light penetration🌞. 3. Transplanted them into their final pots(5gal/20l) smartpots. They recovered super quick, within a day they seemed to be doing great👏🏻 4. Snipped some old unnecessary lower fan leaves, they are getting no light at all, and taking up energy more needed at the top. 5. Otherwise all good no issues thus far.🙏

Day 56, taller tent I ordered off Amazon is stuck in transit, tops are really starting to turn yellow even with lights at half power(red only), no bud bleaching yet, lower PAR full spectrum cobs should be here tomorrow so ill keep those on her til harvest! Right now, both cultivars likely got pollinated during Week 7-9 by OSMH, when she likely started producing undetected nanners as a final survival response. Turns out, she could have ended the entire grow right then and there. But my fan placement accidentially created a pollination-barrier against SJ & HB during the entire run! This only changed mildly during Week 7-9, when some additional air was blasted deep into the canopy of OSMH to prevent moisture pockets. This must have caused just enough turbulence at the overlapping canopies in the center of the tent to cause rare, gentle but definitive cross-pollination events. So this begged the question: How on earth is Mango's flower not full of seeds? Turns out her premature pistil browning largely stemming from light burn actually -prevented- her self-pollination attempt, the pistils must already have ceased to function. The pollen? It did NOTHIN. Well, -almost- nothin. If this turns out to be true, I will just have to grow out these beautiful ladies under special circumstances (increased nanner-chance): OSMH x Sour Jealousy (Fem, Auto, Rodel) F1 OSMH x 505 Headbanger (Fem, Auto, Rodel) F1 How cool is that?! I am actually asking.

Pictures taken on day 78 since sprout for the Northern Lights (left/right), day 75 for the Orion (middle). NL#2 (left) still more and more rust colored spots, won't get better I gave up but bulking nicely. NL#2 (right) comming along, looking healthy, bulking up. Orion (middle) was chopped up for the most part to give the Northern Lights more space. I expect a 1kg+ wet yield for each Northern Light. Did a little final defoliation and rearranged the Northern Lights a little. Did a reservoir change at the beginning of the week and added a little more Universol Yellow than Yara Kristalon Orange to get more P. Trichomes are clear/milky on the Northern Lights, probably 2 more weeks. NL#2 smells kind of fruity/lemony fresh.

Básicamente lo mismo, aunque está semana pilló bastante más horas de luz(tuve que irme fuera de casa dos findes seguidos, en los cuales la dejé con la luz encendida full 24/7 en la caja) Como experiencia utilicé café reposado 48h para "alimentarla" e intentar bajar el Ph de la tierra (coco ph6+hummus ph7+vermiculita ph8= ph total 7) El otro experimento fue cubrir la tierra con coco para que el tallo eche raíces y aprovechar su espigamento! Las horas de luz solía dejarla 8h en bombilla mientras duermo, y el día la pongo en la ventana a que tome el fresco, pero apenas tiene luz directa, me da la sensación que crece más rapido cuando vuelvo del finde, estoy replanteandome tenerla más tiempo en la caja con luz, porque la veo aún pequeña, y quizá ponerle un ventilador de pc o algo🤔..veremos, aún tengo el papel de aluminio al lado de la caja y ni se lo he puesto, con eso os lo digo todo☝️🎃
