Hey hey growmies! another longer week, as I wanted to show these girls bouncing back from some problems I ran into with my Kratky experiment. about halfway through the week my plants started drooping and showing signs of overwatering, my guess is either the plant outgrew her air roots or the reservoir was too hot, inhibiting the plants ability to take up oxygen. either way, a quick peek at the roots showed some very healthy looking noodles, so I decided to not take any chances and come up with a solution that would solve both those problems. I took a 3 litre container, put a coat of primer and black paint on it to keep light out, then a layer of plumbers tape to bounce some of the grow lights off of the container, theoretically keeping the heat out, some other things I could have done was paint it white, or put some wall insulation around it. I could have also kept my jars and tried some troubleshooting, fill them less and more often. but I am happy with the roots created by Kratky, that's the nice thing about that system, it forces the roots to grow more horizontally, the roots have now created a sturdy foundation for low stress training and are perfect for placing into DWC. so that's what I did, I added a tiny pump and air stone, and for now both plants will sit in this tiny container, The Runtz will be moved to the tent as soon as possible, hopefully before these girl's roots get entangled, If that does happen, I will have to trim back some of the Runtz roots, I don't want to hurt the autoflower. now you've likely wondered what is up with the host of deficiencies the plants are showing, honestly that's just neglect on my part. I can tell there's damage from overwatering, pH fluctuations and even some lockouts. I am more on top of it now, the pH is more stable, the plants are getting oxygen and will recover plenty before flower. Plus I get to show off how hardy ruderalis is, look at the auto-flower compared to the photo period, she barely cares about the high temps, pH fluctuations all she appears to want is more food, so I have increased the ec to 1 ms, but most importantly, ill keep the pH in a range where they can actually take up the nutrients now That's it for now Growmies, Thanks for checking out my diary. Had some slight problems with the seed shells not popping off of the Cheese and Hulkberry seedlings. The fat banana looks good so far, some slight yellow coloring on outer edges of the fan leaves. Any suggestions from the pix above would be helpful to identify what kind of trauma the plants are going through and how to address it. ***** Regarding all pictures from 6/17/19, any help would be truly appreciated!!

Last week I fought some yellowing of the leaves. Did some small adjustments on PH to keep it in the 5.6 range. Seemed to stop it from progressing. For Week 3 Veg I topped the plants. I plan to flip the lights at the end of week 3 and move into flower. Lights are still at 25% power Day 17 Leaves are getting darker. Everything is looking good. Day 18 Turned room temp down to 73F from 76F. Fearing it is warming up my res tank too much. Day 19 Starting to get yellowing again. checked everything and can't find a good reason for it. Did notice some cloudiness in my res tank. Added 2 ML/Gal of peroxide. have Hydroguard on the way to help. I'll be adding more fans this weekend. I have light air movement currently. Also found a few spider mites and sprayed Greencleaner to all plants. Current environment settings: Room Temp 72.74 F Room Humidity 63.63% (After spraying, Trending down). Room CO2 589PPM Tank PH 5.718 Tank PPM (500 Scale) 813 Tank Temp 74.5 F Day 20 Recalibrated my EC probe just to be sure it was also accurate. wasn't off by much. Dialed back my flooding to every 5 hours to encourage Rooting. <-- Strong roots = strong Plants Sprayed for mites again.

Loved growing this beauty she smelled amazing the whole way through. I wish I got more off her but hey I’ll get em next time. This strain isn’t too potent but you feel a nice calming relaxing wave and a gentle soothing high after your first hit. I feel as if there might be a higher amount of CBD in this girl because of that. At the end of the day it get my lady and I high and I’m all good with y’all thank you again for checking on my grows hope y’all stay around 👏

Still had around 1 gallon of water left in the wicking buckets. They hold around 2 gallons. Flipped light to 12/12 today.

Pablo Escobar has made good progress over the week. She had a solution change a few days ago. I put her through another round of lst, and selective defoliation In her center. Everything is going well at the moment. Week 3 Flower (Bloom Week 3) – Daily Tasks Evening (Lights On) Check environment (temp 24–27°C, RH 55–60%). Inspect leaves and buds for pests, mold, or deficiencies. Water/feed (depending on medium): balanced bloom nutrients with slightly higher P and K. Ensure good airflow (oscillating fans). Adjust plant training (light defoliation if leaves block bud sites). Check for early signs of stretch finishing. Evening (Before Lights Off) Ensure irrigation is not too late in the cycle to avoid wet medium during dark period. 👉 In Week 3 bloom, the plants are finishing their stretch and starting to put more energy into forming bud sites. Main job is: Setting Scrog net 2layers ,Control environment (VPD, airflow) ,Support the plant with bloom nutrients.

The lady’s are now in the middle of week 3, they doing a very good job so far. unfortunately I watered them a bit too much, which is not so tragic, so far they have no problems and showing no bad symptoms. It is definitely a very good and strong Genetic from Anesia Seeds. After 16 days from seedling, I did some LST and defoliation. This strain grows quite bushy and I needed a bit of space for all the branches so that they could get some light too. Hopefully it wasn't too stressful for the ladies. This is my first grow but Since I'm growing it for medicinal purposes, I really need very good quality. So i had to do the training. Yes, I get medical cannabis prescribed by the doctor, but since Germany legalized home cultivation, I have to take advantage of it 😉 2 days later everything looks great, the girls don‘t show any growth stop.

Manca poco per Papaya Zoap F1 e Strawberry Cola Sherbet F1 e penso che già settimana prossima verranno tagliate…da oggi inizio a risciacquare bene le radici con ph neutro e darò circa 3 litri d’acqua a ciascuna…per le altre due ci vorrà ancora un po’, Mohan Ram ancora 2 settimane e Jack 47 circa 3! Papaya Zoap è piena di resina, fiori compatti ma non tanto grandi, sicuramente compenserà con il suo profilo di terpeni da far invidia a ogni palato! Strawberry Cola Sherbet invece è più compatta come pianta e con struttura robusta dove la cima apicale è bella grande e appiccicosa di un colore viola intenso anche qui ricoperto bene di resina ma meno di papaya zoap! Le altre due sono indietro e hanno bisogno di più tempo ma anche loro promettono bene! Sono in attesa di vedere come si riempiranno anche loro 😄🌱

I think will harvest the watermelon this week and start drying it and curing it soon as well northern light which was a free seed and didn’t start its life very well is the one that end it up being the hugest one! Even if it was my first growing I took some risk with the northern light cause I used fim on it as well as huge defoliations and lst Will update at Harvest time from today I’ll stop feeding the northern night and I will also stop watering the watermelon until it’s time to harvest

My little experimenting already bears fruits of knowledge, I've topped too close to the node without leaving a bit of stem, and whilst tying down the branch during LST, I had a gnarly stem split. However a cool head, some grafting tape and a day of healing and this rugged little plant picked herself right back off the floor and shot up inches overnight! More and more pistils are shooting out and this plant is stretching so much, as is typical of OG strains, my last autoflower is nearly done, after which I will put a trellis net in and this lady can have the entire place to herself!

Casey's Rollex OG is growing good. She is transitioning more into flowering and should be toward the end part of her stretch. She was lollipopped today and a selective defoliation done across the canopy. She has been eating a lot and is looking good.
