Recovery week. Last week everything went to hell this week everything is looking up. Squanch Queen is turning into my favorite one of the bunch. She is super resilient and bounced back quickly, the Skywalker and Quarter Pounder are both going to finish early due to all the stresses and stunting early on in the grow. Squanch Queen looks to be going 9 to 10 weeks inspite of all the issues. Definitely a good strain from Night Owl to pick up if your a beginner, much more forgiving. I definitely want to try the Skywalker again with a better setup. Ph runoff is looking much much better.

Tried my best to hold on but had to abort a week earlier than planned. Rot continued to grow and I wasn’t sure how bad it had spread in areas I couldn’t see. Luckily I think I only lost another 6 ounces dry, maybe more, not sure really as I binned immediately if I came across any abnormalities. Trimming took around 10 hours with 2.5 people. She will now be hung up for 5 days to dry, hash will be made from trim tomorrow. Harvest figures with some better photos will follow in a weeks time. I am going to move back down to 4 plants this time, 6 was a bit too much for a space I struggle to access. I’ll take more care to trim lower growth tips next time to increase airflow, as I was chopping I realised just how dense the undercarriages were. I am also changing my lights to a lower wattage as I think I blasted them a bit too much during this grow. Have already vaped a couple bowls and am really impressed with the flavour profile, she hits more like an indica vs the last grow and the stone is certainly heavier. Hopefully I will be popping some Orange Sherbet seeds before the week is out, stay safe peeps 😷

Week 5 of

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Well I having been laggin with update but I think am up to speed now...well u kno the fitess of the fitess must survive....still been having so water lag issue with the older one so finally decided to change the pot but she still managed that bit of stress good well see what happens in the rest weeks to come.....the other two are 6 weeks this week ...the one that got hst not by choice the crown is barely hanging on have some tape holding it managed to push a seed....this strain seem to be very resilient.....look at dem resin and this is jus the 2nd week of flower....until next time happy growing

It's the perfect moment for a small defoliation in order to increase the focus of the buds. You can see the videos Before and After. July 5 - other crops on the lateral branches, growing strong every day 💚🔥

Thinking of pulling this whole run at this point, the stems are in a bad way and general structure has really suffered. FIM'd both girls this week & gave compost tea(ecothrive biosys) to aid recovery. Will make a decision on growing them out depending on how they respond. (Update end of week.) So in the first week these girls stretched terribly, instead of riding it out and letting them adjust I tried a trick I've applied with tomatoes in the garden and coiled an inch of the excess under the surface and covered it. After a burst of invigorating from the microbe tea(biosys) these girls seem to be recovering from the stress fairly well. The only down side, the stems have broken the surface and left me with these crazy bonsai style stems & the girls are very short and bushy, concerned the stems won't hold any weight later in life.. Will give this another week and make my decision TLDR; Don't interfere with nature when you can help it, especially with autoflowers. Update day 28 from sprout. Bbk1 showing signs of nitrogen toxicity after perking up, I had to use the bottle measure last week instead of a syringe. Much less accurate so assume this is the cause, just ph water for a while. Bbk2 perking up slightly. I did think these girls looked a funny shape and now I can see the stem properly its starting to make sense 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣

🌿🔍 Week 7: Trichome Wonderland and Final Push! 🌿🔍 Hey there! Here's your weekly update with all the exciting developments in my grow: 🌸 The Smell is Popping: Week 7 brings a delightful aroma to my grow space. The scents are becoming more pronounced and captivating. 🌬️👃 🌈 Colors Galore: The plants are showing off their vibrant colors as the flowers mature. You'll notice burpling on the leaves and the emergence of orange and red hairs on The Queen plant. LOVE IT ! 🌺🎨 💧 pH and TDS Levels: Throughout the entire flower stage, my pH has remained steady at 6.33. That's great! As for the TDS levels, they currently stand at 750ppm and 1150ppm, providing the necessary nutrients for your plants. ⚖️🌱 ⏳ Flowering Progress: The Queen is proving to be a quick finisher, with only 46 days of flowering under her belt. She's looking almost ready, and it's time to grab my handy DIY microscope to examine the trichomes closely. Keep an eye for the desired level of ripeness! 🔍🌿⌛ 🍪 Oreo Big Stuff: Although not as far along as The Queen, the Oreo Big Stuff will need an additional week of flowering before she reaches her peak. 🍪⚡ 🌿 Zweet Og: The Zweet Og requires a bit more patience. It looks like it will need at least two more weeks before it's ready for harvest. Keep monitoring her progress and let her mature fully. 🕒👀🌿 🧐 Drying Dilemma: Unfortunately, I currently am facing a problem with drying The Queen. She's positioned on the back left side of the grow tent with a scrog, making it challenging to remove her without disturbing the others. It's a tricky situation indeed! 😬🌿🏋️‍♂️ 🌱 Future Plans: Despite this dilemma, overall, I'm extremely happy with how things are going. No herms or other issues have arisen, which is fantastic news. I'm even planning to do another run with The Queen, as I already have six clones ready to be transitioned into flowering immediately after this run. Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully 👍. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately 👍. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned. Woche 5 Der Pheno hat sich von alleine aufgeteilt in 2 Seitentriebe o.O der wurde nicht getoppt sondern ist einfach so gewachsen (Siamesischer Zwilling). Sowas habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht gesehen 😁 Ansonsten läuft soweit alles gut, ich habe mittlerweile den Düngerplan durch KI verändern lassen und bin gespannt, wie es bei diesem Durchgang läuft. Die Ladys wurden ein bisschen entlaubt.

4/18 - 4/20: She's coming along nicely! 4/22: I FIM'd her today and gave her about 20oz of water with cal-mag, humic acid, and boomerang and foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. Later, I rinsed off all the plants with a stiff stream of filtered water in preparation for tomorrow. 4/23: Today was BoomBoom Spray day! I just love how visible the growth is the day after a BoomBoom Spray day!😲 Tomorrow I'll spray her down with Axiom Harpin a|b proteins..she'll start flowering soon and I want her hitting her stretch with mega-vigor.👈 4/24: I did a foliar application of Harpin proteins and fed her with about 1/4-gallon. 😊 I removed all the cool white and blue light, and turned on the 3rd set of QB's and bud boosters so she will get her stretch on- I also reduced her photoperiod to 20 hours so she can start getting some beauty sleep. I also tied down her apex cola today. 4/25: Didn't have much time today, but I looked in on her. It's getting crowded in here, so I'll remove all the photos (clones and seedlings) tomorrow. That's it for week 3-
