The Gelat.OGs are blowing up. For as hard as they were to sprout, they're really solid now. Strong, thick stalks. If you measure from the floor, the height of the plats w LST and HST 1x is 24". But if you measure from the soil, it's 18". Meaning there is a lot more growth than it looks like in my confined space. These promise to be dense, dank and thick buds, as you can see from the pics. The LSD-25 I'm baffled about it. The trichomes are tiny, but the hairs are starting to turn red. I need to know a week in advance when it's going to be ready, but I still feel like it needs two more full weeks. That would put the LSD at 12 seeks, seed to harvest. Which is a bit more that most harvest diaries I see on here. White Widow is wispy, like a weeping willow. But growing. Blueberry one and two are sick. Had to top every branch. Might have to bonsai the eff out of them and top again. Depends when I can pull out the LSD-25.

This week I focused on training — topped her multiple times to encourage a bushy structure. She responded well, showing strong growth and lots of new shoots. The stem is thickening nicely and side branches are stretching out, promising a good number of future bud sites. Very happy with how she’s shaping up so far

Time lapse is from 7th to 12th May. 13th Moved them all to the main tent. Noticed they enjoyed it more in there as they seemed happier the next day. Wished i started in there...oh well! 15th Potted all up but then realised I didn't have enough soil for the organic pot. Waiting for soil to arrive this week so I can pot up to final 11L fabric pot. Once she is potted up i'll expect to see rapid growth as she'll have all she needs. Fingers crossed.

Bubble gum auto is my jam! She has very sweet smelling, dense, thick buds! Should be wrapping it up in the next two weeks! Weather has been crazy hot, dry, humid, rain, etx—- this lady is taking it! Placed some wood shavings over the soils to help keep some moisture in…. The heat has been drying out the plant very quickly. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

This week I used Canna RHIZOTONIC as a leaf spray instead of only putting it in my feeding for the roots. I have never done that before but i have seen good results when doing it. So now i will switch between Canna Cure and Canna RHIZOTONIC when spraying the plants. Did some LST again and a little Defoliation, i really try to keep the plants as small as i can keep them. Because i don't want them to get higher then my balcony fench. The plants are like 20 cm +- in height and the distance between the top of the plants and the top of the french is 60cm. Since I grow some sativas as well I expect them to grow a lot while in flowering stage, so i have to keep bending them because they can only grow for another 60cm maximum. I also have to clean stuff around the plants to give them some more space lol and might have to make a larger roof or a door, because some rain still rains inside from the side. Just feeding the botanicare pure blend pro grow now , her soil ppm has been pretty steady on the one lady. he lighter color bigger girl has been super hungry . She's gonna be a monster the nodes swelled up to support some monster branches. Can't wait to see how they fill out. Gotta water them later so I'll snap some photos of the stalk and limbs just to show how bulky they have gotten. But they are looking great , been stupid easy so far just keeping the soul free of salt building up aswell as trying my best to not over fertilize .. (nitrogen is pretty high I've noticed the darker green on the other girls. Besides the smaller plant it's PH is low from the automatic watering thing im trying out) Really trying to get more time so I could be alil more detailed. New growers ask about my water routine but it's hard for me to explain atm . Gonna work on it and see of I can do these any better. If ur reading these and have any kind of input please comment and let me know. I'm always looking for constructive criticism/ feedback.. But I appreciate anyone's time checking my mess out lol. Week 7 underway getting closer to seeing these girls finish !!

26/07/20 (Sunday) Plants were starting to exhibit signs of light burn so I switched back to the 75W bulb. SVG never seemed to recover from having it's cotyledon damaged so I decided to take a risk and fed all of the seedlings 20-20-20 nutrients except the D.R. which I thought would've suffered shock, so I just watered it. 27/07/20 Decided to mist the plants with a homemade pesticide mix today because they're readying to be introduced as full time outdoor plants in a week or two so their sun basks are getting longer. 28/07/20 Noticed what looks like new growth from the first true leaves of the SVG, fingers crossed it's making progress. 29/07/20 The new growth from the SVG has split into two on both sides leading me to theorize that it's abandoned it's main stem (for now at least) and started two new stems. All other plants are working on new nodes and are showing a steady growth of .5cm a day. I've decided to revert to the 100W bulb because I believe I've misdiagnosed the light burn. 30/07/20 Today I left them outside for their longest sunbask to this point; 7 of their 18 total hours was provided by sunlight. The SVG now has two new 3-leaf true leaves on each new stem confirming my theory. Also starting to see signs of a minor mite problem on one of the leaves of my TT plant (Though it's new growth that wasn't sprayed with my homemade concoction.) 31/07/20 New growth has already begun sprouting from between the new true leaves of the SVG with no visible progress on the 'abandoned' main stem. Also had a power outage for 2 of the plants 18 hours. 01/08/20 Today the plants again stayed out in the sun for longer than previously making 8 hours in direct sunlight. I've decided to keep them in the grow tent for a further week because when I went to retrieve them the Jam was blown down flat by winds and had started to grow bent towards the light, so I doubt it's stem is ready for that daily beating. I raised the soil level and massaged it back into shape and it seems to be back on track. The D.R. is slowly beginning to bounce back from being stunted in the seedling tray and from it's third node (from the bottom up) of 3 leaf true leaves has turned into 5 leaf leaves. The SVG has made a major recovery and seems to be on it's way to even surpassing the others by the end of the week. The TT is officially the sturdiest of the younger seedlings and it's growing right behind the Jam in terms of node development. All in all this week was an overall success growth wise and I'm looking forward even more to week 3.

Start of week 2. Everything seems to be ok. The bottom left and right seem to have taken the lead. I switched the two biggest plants into the center. And raised the pots off the ground to help with airflow and temps. Plants are doing good. Two centers are taking the lead. Using RO water. Currently watering when top two inches are dry.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 PURPS ARE HERE TO STAY OH YAY!! Thinking about changing the title of this diary to that right there.. Like i said last week, purps are here to stay, nugs are 100% all purple though leaves are green. The smell has really come in this week. In spain we call this the Cali aroma, that high grade aroma. 😂 Kind of bummed that the buds aren't as big as I imagined but then again I wasn't expecting the purps so yeah, you get what you get I guess... They are getting a bit denser, so that's nice. Things are running smoothly.. In flower I use Enzymes once every 10 days or so to help out with the roots.. That's it.. hope you like the content. 2nd week of stretch in the books and the males showed up on time. We pared the grow down by 4/5 plants. I think I’ve got at least one more male to cull from the lot. Still having serious struggles with getting the females to transition in earnest and cut back all the fan leaves pretty severely to try and encourage some stress induced fruiting. Still very unhappy with the strain to date and now they’re just taking up space. No issues, nor were any expected in this system and I’ll be happy to be done with these. Now it’s just waiting for the finish.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die.
