Mother Gorilla is a new and improved version of Royal Madre. The strain is a cross between Reina Madre (Queen Mother) and Gorilla Glue (GG # 4). As with any cross, the offspring have pronounced Reina Madre as Gorilla types and everything in between. Reine Madre has a complex terpene profile with sweet, sour and spicy aromas. However, the buds are rarely pronounced sweet or sour. The vast majority of the plants are rather spicy. However, it is difficult to give a specific description of this spicy aroma. When smoking, you can recognize it by its specific taste. The Gorilla specifications are also there: high in THC and the fantastic aromas of pine, chocolate and diesel. Mother Gorilla has a stimulating sativa-dominant effect. Energy and excitement without being overwhelming. A stimulating and creative effect. Euphoric at higher doses. The strain is great for small gatherings and parties and puts you in a social mood. It is also ideal to enjoy at home, if you are looking for some inspiration and introspection. The taste is rather spicy. With some plants, this gives a pronounced taste that may not please everyone. Sweet and sour is always well balanced, but never pronounced. The effect is mild and rather social. Larger doses really create a strong euphoric mood. The plant is fairly easy to grow. Her branches are fairly sturdy for a sativa, but also flexible enough for just about all pruning and bending techniques. Flowering time is at least 9 weeks. I am very satisfied with the autopots. You can leave for a few days without worrying. I wouldn't use them if you live on a floor. Occasionally they leak sometimes .... However, the fragrance is not skunky, but unpleasantly sour. # 14 92cm 21.4gr Top quality. Firm hard ripe swollen buds. Beautiful brown pistils. Many trichomes. Fantastic aroma. Splendid ! # 15 126cm 67.1gr Extreme heavy yielder. Rocket-shaped mega top. The weed is less beautiful and has less trichomes, but does have the typical Reine Madre smell and taste. Topper! # 16 88cm 16.4gr Small plant with small buds and relatively much leaves. Low yield. A lot of trichomes.

She is moving right along. She comes inside at night. She makes the entire garage stink and the hallway leading to it. She is a few days into the week. The weather has been cloudy from the hurricane. She is drinking a lot less, have not had to water her in a few days. Supposed to be cloudy for a few more days. She is close to being done, 1 or 2 weeks tops and she will be harvested. 10/2 Day 108. She is drinking very little, it has been very cloudy outside. Don't like her pot sitting around wet. Although at this point there is very little that could cause a serious problem She either comes in the garage or stays on the porch and maybe gets a fan blowing on her. Depending on the humidity. Last couple of days humidity has been in the 50s and windy. I am guessing 1 possibly 2 weeks and she will be harvest ready. First site of an amber tricomb and she is coming down. 9/4 Day 109. Cloudy out and her pot is still heavy. The last time I watered her could be considered a flush. She is on plain water until harvest. She smells so good, very hard to describe, a fruity diesel. 9/5 day 110 Another cloudy and rain day. Will harvest soon. Don't want anything going wrong, I am too close. 9/6 day 111 finally a sunny day after a week of rain or clouds. She is close to being done. The first amber tricomb I see and she is coming down.

Need a microscope to check better tricomes. I'm in doubt if is ready or not

I gave them a feed about two weeks ago I think I’m going to give them one more feed next week and let them puff up. I water them about every 2-3 days except on of my bubble gum plants she drinks a little slower than the others but she’s still nice and healthy. Tent #1 has 2 Bubblegum and a Amnesia Haze Tent #2 has 1 GMO Cookies, 1 Peanut Butter Pie x Royal Kandy( I won this seed on 420 so?) As well as a plant I got from a friend and brought back to life to see what she rewards me with

This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

Week 8 - 05/03 - 05/10 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-2 Humidity - 55 +/-5 D1 Flower - This week will be the transition week for the ladies, each day reducing the light schedule by an hr. It worked pretty well last time so hopefully, this batch follows suit. I will change the MH bulb to an HPS midweek, along with switching on the bloom switch for the LED light. Added the Scrog net and trimmed up the bottom side as well. D4 Flower - Watered with nutrients and switched to an HPS bulb D7 Flower - Plants are doing great, nod spacing is nice and stacked. The transition eased the plants into flower, they are down to 12 on 12 off.

Still bringing them in and out each day. They are filling in nicely. Also did some LST, bending, twisting and tying down of some side branches. Fed with slightly more than 1/2 dose of nutrient’s recommended

Day 30. Worried about running out of space. I have been tying the plant down perform LST which is helping. Only change in feeding schedule is I have reduced call mag from 5.0 Ml to 3.0 ML and have added big swell by aurora nutrient lines 2.0 ml

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2.
