Das Zelt ist mittlerweile randvoll, und vor dem Wechsel des Lichtzyklus war Handlungsbedarf angesagt. Um bei der dichten Struktur der RS11 von Traphouse Genetics eine optimale Lichtdurchdringung und Luftzirkulation zu garantieren, stand in dieser finalen vegetativen Woche eine großzügige Defoliation an. Bei dem extrem buschigen Wuchs im Inneren der Pflanze war dieser Rückschnitt bitter nötig, um verdeckte Triebe freizulegen und potenziellen Hotspots für Feuchtigkeit vorzubeugen. Neben dem Ausdünnen der Blätter musste die Lady auch in der Höhe um gute 20 cm gestutzt werden, um den anstehenden Stretch im Zaum zu halten. Nach diesem radikalen, aber notwendigen Cut ging sie schließlich mit einer optimalen Gesamthöhe von 55 cm ins Finale. Sie hat den Eingriff dank ihrer robusten Gene gewohnt gelassen weggesteckt. Mit einer perfekt vorbereiteten Basis, freien Lichtbahnen für die künftigen Bud-Sites und maximaler Energie im 15-Liter-Topf schließt dieses Kapitel nun ab. Das Fundament steht, die Struktur ist sauber ausgeschnitten – die Blütephase kann endlich kommen!

Tag 63 - Beginn der 10 Woche. Die Blüte reift! Die Buds sehen super aus, sind dick und sind ordentlich frostig. Der Geruch wird auch immer schärfer und intensiver. Die Blüten duften süßlich und man schmeckt auch das Diesel schön heraus. Aktuell wird die Pflanze mit Flawless Finish gespült. Dabei gebe ich immer 1,5 - 2ml/l zum ganz normalen Gießwasser hinzu. Dieser Vorgang wurde bis jetzt 4x wiederholt.

Day 58 Stigma are coming out all over the place and you can see everything filling out really nice. Royal Kush is still a bit behind, but that is likely why she is the tallest of them all. With the pollen I collected from the Sour Diesel, I want to pollinate the Kush. Day 59 I decided not to start the pollination as I was going to spray with a slightly stronger concentration of Bioneem Oil. The aphids will not let up so I'm trying to increase the strength. Day 63 There are still aphids and I'm starting to think this Bioneem Oil is actually snake oil. I've held off on watering as the medium holds water so well. I'm going to have to rework my watering amounts.

Der kleine Trieb von unten hat super aufgeholt. Auch der Trieb der nocheinmal getoppt wurde, damit er nicht abhaut, sieht mittlerweile wieder stark aus. Bin gespannt, wie sie sich noch entwickelt.

Week 2 | Jealousy Marker | Vegetation Still indoors, still on the same program. All three are developing nicely at 10cm under 20h light with the lamp at 120cm — no rush, letting them fill out before any decisions get made. Conditions unchanged: 0.1L per plant per 24h, pH 6.2, EC 1.0 mS/cm, 26°C day / 23°C night, 60% humidity. Nutrient stack staying the same — CANNA Aqua Vega at 1 ml/l, Canna CalMag Agent at 0.9 ml/l, Aptus Regulator at 0.1 ml/l. Looking at the three of them, there’s already some variation showing between the plants. Selection week is getting close — the strongest one will be heading outside to the garden.
