Germinated 2 seeds had 50% success [still hoping the other pops up] chocolope #1 doing very well. They are in a 2'×2'×4' grow tent which they will spend rest of their lives as I'm trying my hands at cannabonsai. [Pretty calming] Lights are lowered close to dome to reduce stretch. ******** Week 8 - Jan 27 to Feb 2/20 (Days 50 - 56 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs have remained a nice bright white all week pointing up. Noticing some curling a bit of the hairs towards end of the week. They are white but there is a small red hair here and there now. Giving her a couple more days of feed but flush is here soon. Heavier leaf strip on Wednesday and have continued through out as rotating her in the tent under the light. Took off probably 25%. Looked at a couple of lower buds and was going to strip them but at this point figured the heck with it and a little more for rosin😃 She is dark in my opinion and hope she will continue to feed and work through all that nitrogen. She was also given a feeding this week with Epsom Salts. A lot of red on some of the other plants so worked Magnesium Sulphate in that way. I think I could have gone harder on the CalMag earlier and/or introduced epsom salt earlier as well. Changed the light schedule this week. Moved her to 19 hours of light because she is not falling to sleep at lights out. I know that I could have the lights closer but given how Skywalker has grown I can’t lower them as much as I would like. Will try compensating with longer daylight period.😉 Worth a try! Will keep up Liquid Weight and Rezin to the end and see how she is as a result. Not used these supplements before. Not sure if I will use AN Flawless Finish this run or not? Little more detail: Jan 27/20 - Day 50 - Feed: 2L - Mass @ 4ml, Terp@ 3ml, Vitathrive&Rezin&LW8@ 2ml, DF@ 1ml = 1150ppm with 6.0pH - pot was light Jan 28/20 - Day 51 - 2L: Rezin @ 2ml, CalMag & LW8 @ 1.5ml = 360ppm. Left a lower pH this feed. - Used heavier CalMag today as purple stems is increasing.....looking at using Epsom Salts. - striped some leaves today but hers a pretty narrow so left quite a few. - tip burn more prominent in spots today. Jan 29/20 - Day 52 - full feed today as listed above. 3L - 1125ppm with 6.2pH - runoff: 1000ppm with 6.1pH - continued leaf strip. Jan 30/20 - Day 53 - 2L feed: Epsom Salt @ 1tsp/G, Rezin & LW8 @ 1.5ml, Dual Fuel A and B @ 1ml = 1000ppm 6.15pH - used Epsom Salt today. - They were very happy today in the morning. Swelling up. - They are not falling to sleep at night so moving to 19 hours light. First day. Jan 31/20 - Day 54 - Feed: 2L - Sensyzime @ 2ml/L - 30ppm 6.15pH - plain water feed today. Sensyzime to clean up the roots. - Feb 1/20 - Day 55 - dry out day. Nothing at all today. - give nice perfect feed tomorrow. Getting close to end of feedings make sure medium is correct. Feb 2/20 - Day 56 - pot nice and dry today. She was happy this morning and given a large feed. - 4L of full strength for the week. - run off 1400ppm and 6.4pH...... - Took a few more leaves. - See very little red hairs. Still mainly nice straight shinny white.....keep going girl.....no rush! - she is just a beauty actually. She has been suffering through a high pH and still manages to grow swell. Day 43. Light is on max output, heat enormous and they RUN !!!! thought intensity will stop them a bit , but i think i do only worse ... We have +30 heatwave in UK, i live in attic , so for 4 more days everything will be out of control. Watered today. 6.3 phed water. I love simple and affordable Mars Hydro products, if you can cope with heat TSL2000 can do magic in your tent ! Will update after heat wave us over. Should be in 4 days back to +20 ;))) Day 45. They GROW !!!! Distance is insanly small, but i have 30 cm of space left, wont move light for a week, then i will try to have 20 cm at least again. Planing last top up, need two more waterings before it, so it should be on last day of this or first of next week. Thinking to take down all LST at that time, need pots to breath better, too thin fabric, they dont keep form. Day 47. Drink every two days !!! 4 liters goes to nothing !!! Huge, still streching, tops almost rubbing TS2000, heat 30 inside, humidity 65-68 ..... will need heavy clearing again !!! Bomb getting stacked !!! Happy Growing !!!!

This strain was a little inconsistent for me, but the one that did end up doing well was well worth me trying this one out again. Overall the process was great and she performed very very well. 9/10 would grow again!

Not really much to report as I'm now just waiting to give her a good trim once the stretch is done... Moved around to get the ones under the 300 under the 6 and vice versa to level out the growth as the ones under the 600 are more rapid Shooting out pistills everywhere looki g absolutely fabulous lol... smell is to die for you just wanna smoke it right now!! Went up a bit on the feed as still not showing any signs of visable nute burn so were tryna push her without going over the edge looking really healthy and just about to give then a feed before these pics.. Really cant wait till shes done because what a treat she is keep an eye out for next weeks update when we do our flower period defoliation to get as much light to her budsites coz that's all we want! The regular humidifier top up every 2-3days , so I have to run water distiller 2x per one refill which is pain 😂 , apart that nothing part sprouting some seeds for the SST , and the Super8 tea been brewing for over 2 weeks , should be readily available liquid feed hopefully , i use 600ml weekly , 3rd week this week and no stress so far , no deficiencies or toxicity .. probably gonna start feeding from week 4-5 see if there’s any difference . It’s all rocket science for me , custom soil blend from scratch, 80%coco coir brick, and using like 3-4 amends Overal , want to be as organic and as simple as possible

Been feeding just water ready for the chop. Some of them have all brown pistils and have pretty much stopped all together. The kalimist indica pheno is still flowering so I'll let it go until it looks ripe 👍

With the seeds of the next cycle already germinating in cups of water it was time to harvest the Northern Light Automatic by Royal Queen Seeds. She was moved outside the tent and was given a full hand trim. The entire process took about three hours. As opposed to the Sherbet Queen of last run, the Northern Light was trimmed wet. Drying conditions are 23°C and between 50-60% humidity. She still smells a bit like hay on the second day after harvest, nowhere near dry. On the third day after harvest, the hay smell is stronger. More information once she's dried sufficiently. Ofcourse, I will then also share her dry weight. After some consulting our peer group came up with a range between 65-90 grams. What is YOUR guess?
