Last round of defoliation until harvest. These girls are officially in bulk mode. Again, 3 completely different phenos. That purple one is something to behold!

8.woche

Things are moving right along. She is loving life and starting to frost up. Stacking is nice, And she smells like pungent cheese.

Nothing notable this week. The ladybugs continue to have a grand time. LST is continuing well, and it’s looking nice and bushy!

They’re hungry and sucked up their second dose of heavy feed. But this time it’s the bloom solution. Sf2000 at full power! One plant has a clear genetics problem and I fear I’ll have to set my controls just to handle the good pheno and hope for the best with tiny Tim.

So far so good. A little discoloration in a few leaves. Bud sites forming. Weird weather we've been having and temps in the box jumped up into the 90's. That being said I went ahead and made the switch to LED. Wish I would have switched sooner. Temps fell almost 20F. Sure some has to so with the outside temps dropping back down but this thing runs so cool. Great light penetration but not sure if the intensity is enough. Time will tell. She pretty much stopped eating and drinking. I read that prior to flowering they will slow down overall uptake and slow down growth as well. I don't quite remember that from my last grow but I do remember there being a huge flowering stretch. I'm switching over to bloom nutes next week after a flush so hopefully she'll get the nutes she needs/wants.

Hey guys! Here's the 3rd week of flower! 😻 This week I trimmed my babies (just a little, about 8 leaves or less each plant). Some leaves were healthy but were blocking a lot of light from the flowers and tucking them wasn't doing the job anymore. Besides that Boomer stretched out a lot (which also worried me as I didn't want my babies to go wild on me. I LSTed some of them hoping that would fix the issue). Where I live has been getting somewhat cold at night and I fear that might be doing something to my babies (I hope to be wrong). Besides that the flowers are getting bigger everyday and some are even starting to show some trichomes (I think looks cute!). The pistils are also getting bigger and the smell is stronger now (it was already strong). Near the end of the week I saw Falco's leaves were getting yellow and I suspect it is nitrogen deficiency... and what's causing it is probably some residues at the end of the pot (so I might need to flush her) or maybe I just need to feed her more nutes). Keep in mind she used to be quite small during veg and only in the end she grew enough to be transplanted to a bigger pot. Maybe she's just special? This week you'll see less timelapses compared to last week... I forgot to take photos for about 3 days 😅 but at least there are some! I hope you'll enjoy what I'm sharing! Thanks for reading! 👋

Dealing with very strong winds this week. Also morning temperatures are below 15°C causing quite a bit of morning dew. Clear tarps are a big help as long as the strong wind doesn’t blow it away ha ha

See ya soon for taste and effects, and final weight she is pretty dense. Ps.. Above were it says taste that is her smell. I can only hope that it translates into her flavor! 07/22/2021 After one month cure she has grapefruit smell but more mellow doughy- ness to it, I don't quite know how else to describe. If you are high as I it will make sense. Lol Ps. Note She had slightly airy buds, I was hoping it would have been denser buds. When I resume growing I will cross her back to my cookie cake I could pull a great male plant and cross to this ones clone that I took in beginning and should help some. Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. Although the seed description said 10 to 11 weeks, I going to cut these girls down at 10 weeks. I need the room to grow and flower some Mac and Crack that's already growing.. Getting close to harvest I'll start flushing, But I'll give them 1 more feeding and then nothing but water till the end. I get much better taste and the buds smoke better if I flush and get the chemicals out of the soil before harvest. Well, that's the end of the Freak Bros. book # 10... I think there are 3 or 4 more books left in that series. I'll show them in future diaries. My other diaries have the old underground comic book, Weirdo by Robert Crumb if you want to check them out to see. The buds are really getting solid now and some are getting heavy and heading for the floor. Good times... Getting some great smells now. Musk is the most common. But some, smell of Citrus with Musk under tones. The smell is overpowering my carbon filter. I can smell these plants out by the street if the wind is blowing that way. Pure Lemon Skunk smell by the street. Nice. Getting near the end of their lives now and there are more yellow leaves as the plants pull what they need from the big fan leaves before turning the leaves brown. Some plants have sticky resin and some have slippery resin. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.
