It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Het is mijn eerste kweek, voor mijn eerste keer vind ik dat alles vrij goed is verlopen. De white widow van dp heeft zeer goed gepresteerd en heeft mij een mooie oogst bezorgd. Na het drogen geef ik een recensie over de smaak en geur.

Los ultimo 2 riegos ya fueron con solo agua PH 6.0. 🦍🍌 - Las Gorilla Banana siguen con exceso de nutrientes, un color verde intenso en las hojas y ya tienen días que no logro ver cambios en las flores. 🦍🌈👻 - La Gorilla Rainbow y Gorilla Ghost todos los días pierden hojas 🍃 por falta de nutrientes, las últimas 2 semanas solo regare con agua para tratar de conseguir el máximo sabor y olor de la planta natural.

This plant was a show-er for sure! The plants sprung up from the very beginning with huge leaves and thick colas! Nice purple hues and dense nugs! Would definitely grow again!

So day 21 of flower today, major defoliation done yesterday and feed only water and molasses phed to 6.5. The plants look good again but very bare with out the leafs, lots of light can peneetrate the lower buds now tho. Hopefully see some nice growth this week 😀. Day 23 of flower. Been battling humidity these past few days, with the de humidifier on i can get it to 48% so not to bad now, a good purchase lol. Plants are stinking really skunky when you open the room up, but to touch and smell its like pure citric 🍋 lemon. There Starting to put out lots of trichomes now, hopefully I have a good pheno.

Day 33 Gave her a flush and fresh nutrients. Added a little maxibloom. Switched lights to 12/12. Added a 3rd set of 3000k quantum boards for a total of 860 watts. Nutrients per gallon .5 tsp maxigro .25 tsp maxibloom .25 tsp armor si .5 tsp calimagic .1 tsp 90/10 humic/fulvic acid Ph to 6.0

Día 31. Las plantas pegaron un estirón muy fuerte estos días. Estoy pensando en pasarlas a floración antes. Pero no quiero mudarlas al principio de la floración, para evitar stress. Sería lindo tener una referencia de cuanto ganan en altura en floración. Si es el doble en altura, no va a haber problema. Pero si es el triple o más, cómo muchas variedades que he hecho, se puede complicar de poco a mucho. Ya corté esquejes para intentar mantener las dos variedades. Voy a ir mirando, pero son 10 días más de crecimiento y de raíces que van a tapar todo.

Day 45 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Lemon skittles and XXL ammo are tall, bud nice and smelly plants! Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻.
