I had to skip a week as we went out of town for the 4 th of July. My AC Infinity self watering pots worked great. I gone seven days. I let them dry back a bit for the couple of days prior to the trip, then watered from the top until nice and wet and filled the reservoir completely. The reservoir was dry when i got back and only one (plant 2) showed just barely signs of needing water again. Now I'm doing trichome checks almost daily. Lots of clear and cloudy, some amber here and there. I'm guessing I'll probably see another 4-7 days max before harvest?

Top dressed and fed a tea. Plants responded very well

Well, my organic vegetables garden, in anticipation of growing weed has been at rest for twenty months. I started to amends with green manure from legumes and lawn mowing (expecially the last month, for ready availability of N). I've mixed 1 gallon of Vigo Plant Full (perlite, guano, peats) to improve drainage. All the roses around, the apple tree and the hedges were treated with deltamethrin so as to preventively reduce the population of aphids, whiteflies & red spiders. My vegetables & weed eventually will receive only spraying of nettle macerated. SK#1 has spent the previous week outdoors night and day in her pot savoring the discrete temperature changes in my area. Now in the evening I will have to pay close attention to broadnose weevils and later to bedbugs. It will be a tough fight against the wind and heat. A whole week of full sun awaits her. Special Kush #1 now is growing quite well though in the week spent outdoors has suffered from the wind and is very sensitive to overwatering. Maybe it will be the southern sun but they already smell slightly

Day 69 - 15/11/19 Were finally here at harvest and im happy with the result :) i planned as much as i could and winged the rest :) I collected lots of small, early harvest buds and left them to dry. kept a small bit for bongs and put all the really sticky trim in the freezer! gonna make cannabutter with it next week :) I liked the strains i chose from RQS, they took every newbie mistake i threw at them :D ive learned so much and it shows in my other diaries :) Il update this harvest a couple of times through this last week to show the effects of drying and curing, other than that thanks to all for helping and check out my other diaries to see how ive progressed :) Update - 18/11/19 I dried the buds for a couple of days and wow they dry well :) smoked them in a bong and it got me over a rough few days. I didnt see the point in curing this as i only got a couple grams. and to even get a couple of grams off a plant that had such a bad transplant just shows how resistant they are. I loved this strain, the smell was funky and it was a joy to grow. Thank you RQS!

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Week 10

Everyone says the plants smell amazing but I can't smell them! fml. They're supposed to smell like guava candy. Just gotta rest up more till my smell is back, honestly the worst thing about covid. Started flush this week, going to flush for 10 days including a 48 hour darkness period. The darkness period is when the buds can reproduce the trichome coating. It's normally used as sunscreen for light protection but much is burned off during intense day times. This is why it's best to harvest after a period of darkness.

Fuck you winter!!

I had to cut away 10 molded buds this week. My ventilation was off during the night (for a week) so a few buds had to go. nothing too bad. I think she needs another 10 days to finish from here. The resin ob the buds is insane. As i cut the molded buds my fingers look like i put them in glue, very sticky resin and super strong smell. Also had to use rope to hang the heavy stems up, rockhard buds

Day 13 I’ve decided to transplant to a bigger pot
