Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!

Estamos aplicando una subida de EC que se me fue un poco la mano en el anterior riego no dándoles la trancision que quería,ya que le agregué más 100l con una ec final de casi 2,1 Este riego es más aporte de vitaminas junto azúcares y encinas acompañado como siempre del abono base y calmag Espero en el fin de semana agregar otro riego de 75l con la primera carga de monsterbloom si ya veo que pueda aplicarse por un desarrollo avanzado de la flor,no quiero generar bloqueos con ese aditivo. Por lo demás este cultivo haciendo comparaciones va a romper en producción. El desarrollo de las flores en casi el 80% del armario es increíble,vamos a ver grandes flores y espero que muy resinosas y compactas.

Unfortunately, this week I have overwatered her as I was going on vacation and a bit over protective and because of that I can see wilted leaves and brown spots. I left it to dry for 3-4 days and now I can see some new green leaves showing up. Sep 2nd: I can see that she is becoming healthier now and the green leaves are taking over

A day late on the diary update as I was out playing golf in paradise yesterday. Caught a 1 in 100 weather day in Half Moon Bay, CA... sunny 70 degrees and less than 10 mph wind. Almost never happens. Normally the choices are heavy fog or high wind, one or the other. Anyway... cannabis... this Cream & Cheese baby is starting to show signs she's gonna need some structural support going forward. A couple of the lower branches are starting to roll over on themselves due to their weight (relative to their structural capacity). She's spread herself out so wide and her branches are rather slender. A large number of leaves on this girl are turning yellow, compared to the other girls on the patio. Normally I just yank off fan leaves as soon as they turn completely yellow. She's 58" tall now and that's probably about it. The video I threw in here is actually a couple weeks old because it took me that long to put together. Video isn't really my thing.

Cleaned off some of the bottom scrub growth on day 102, continuing to flower.

When attempting living soil in smaller containers, replenishing soil nutrients & refreshing biology often is an absolute necessity to keep root expansion & activity from stagnation. I top dress heavily every three weeks. Total Tent Entry Time-40 min Cover crop chop & dropped then integrated into existing straw mulch. Top dress of 2 cups worm castings, 1 cup Build a Flower, 1/2 cup Craft Blend, 1/4 cup Kashi Gold, 2 tbsp Ocean Blend, 2 tbsp Kiss My Frass, blended together & mixed into mulch/cover crop layer. 6 cups of reclaimed & re-ammended soil, with fresh nematodes mixed in, used to cover mulch/cover crop/top dress layer of each pot. Hand watered each container with 1/2 gallon plain 6.5 ph/11 ppm reservoir water, mixed with 1/2 tbsp each of Azos, coconut water powder, & quillaja saponaria extract powder. Finally, added a 3/4 inch layer of fresh straw mulch that has been chopped to 1 inch lengths, & soaked in 3/4 gallons reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, quillaja, & 1/4 tsp Recharge, giving me Azos at the root zone & recharge at the mulch level while keeping them apart. DLI raised to 31 VPD raised to 0.90-0.95 kPa Worm activity high in both containers & even saw some juveniles in the cap layer. Week 8 marked the final stretch of mid flower, and she’s really starting to show off. Buds continued stacking steadily across the canopy with thick white pistils and frost ramping up hard. Trichomes are now fully visible on the sugar leaves and showing the first signs of cloudiness. On Day 50, I watered with Cal-Mag (1 ml/gal) before heading out of town for a few days. She held up great while I was away — no droop or stress. On Day 56, I brewed and applied Compost Tea (Tea Party #4) as a full-strength drench and refilled the auto-watering base with the rest. I also refreshed the topsoil to maintain moisture contact. Some purple has started showing up on the buds, and the fade has officially begun on the lower fan leaves. No new training this week, just some tucking to keep bud sites exposed. The aroma is ramping up and she’s entering the home stretch with a strong structure and healthy energy heading into Week 9.

This girl has been one of my favorites. Pineapple express is true to it name looking like a pineapple once it fades the yellow, and the green are very beautiful together smells gassy with pineapple busting out of every tone

Bent a stem doing LST a couple days ago. Lightly taped her, she seems to be recovering. Nervous about continuing LST.

What can I say except perfection from this lady, she's coming along really nice, hopefully get some bubbly goodness from this little lady, great growth and a great color 👏 👍 ❤️ stay green and happy growing

Been topping a lot of the highest nodes, trying to keep it a little shorter before moving to bloom tent. They grow so fast with hydroponics. Basically repeated last weeks nutrients, there was no issues and didn’t do anything but top to keep em shorter, didn’t even top up water for 7 days straight...
