i think i gave them too much nitrogen--- so i will be flushing them for the next two weeks until theyve recovered from nutrient burn

Aint no magic potion to this just patience and consistency.

THURSDAY 7/18: She really perked up in the sunshine with the boom boom spray and kelp dosing, so I put her outdoors again at first light today. I also re-planted her in the same cup, but I put about 2 centimeters of coarse perlite in the bottom along with another handful of soil. Her tiny lower branches are finally getting some light! I'll start training her a bit now, and I should be able to FIM her tomorrow or the next day. She's in direct scorching sunlight for 8 hours a day and about 8 inches below a 40w Sansi 4000k LED and a 75w LED panel (6500k/460nm 1:1 ratio) for 16 hours a day, I'll dial it back to 22-hour days at the first sign of flowering and swap out the blue/white panel for an all 660nm red panel(or two), and continue to gradually decrease her nighttime until harvest I've also got a little 20w spotlight with a Cree chip that's tuned to 3000k that I'll probably hammer her "massive" cola with as she starts to ripen up.😎 SUNDAY: She was looking a little bit haggard after yesterday...I think the sun is beating her up too badly. With such a tiny amount of soil, I think the roots are getting way too hot, even being in a cup within a cup wrapped with duct tape. Today, I'm leaving her indoors under the LEDs, but considering putting her cup inside another solo cup without any drainage holes, and setting that cup into pot of water with a fresh "blue ice" pack so as to keep the root temperature down...and replacing the blue ice pack every couple of hours while she's outdoors...or maybe I'll just take a pot and fill it with some of the orange-red clay that I find when I dig down a couple of feet..create a solo cup sized hole in it so that she has a surrounding layer of clay to keep her cooler during the day...not sure.. I foliar fed her and mixed about 4 grams of Bactrex into a jug with 3/4 gallon of bottled water and douched all my plants with about 2 pints each, except her...she got about 6 oz. of solution. That should really get the beneficial bacteria and fungus kicked into overdrive. I started brewing a 4 gallon batch of compost tea today. Since I don't have any Orgatrex, I am using a little Big Bloom, Kelp Me Kelp You, and Grow Big in the tea in addition to the PK Compost Booster tea from Bio Tabs. I'll add Mycotrex to it about 2 hours before it finishes and thoroughly dowse them all tomorrow morning. MONDAY: Today, after I FIM'd her, I decided to move her outdoors into a semi-shaded spot, with the rest of the girls during the day. To deal with the heat on her roots, I decided to just bury the larger solo cup (no drainage holes or soil in it) up to the rim in a 3 gallon pot full of soil. This will allow me to easily bring her indoors every (or every other) night to soak up more light in my cabinet. The plant's roots will never have any access to the other soil, but I'm hoping that if I keep that outer soil wet it will hold the root temperatures down in the soil inside the cup. If it turns out that her roots are so strong that they "break through" the plastic to get to the outer soil, I'll either remove the plastic and drop out of the contest, or just bring her indoors permanently.😁 She got some freshly brewed compost tea this morning along with a foliar feeding...a major pain in the ass to lug a 5-gallon pail down to the site...maybe I'll invest in a small solar panel and 12 volt battery and inverter so I can do the brewing on site...

Overall nice strain the line has obviously been stress tested as she held up amazingly during a heat wave that saw temp rising to 33c at the worst. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys the old skool skunky terp profile and is looking for something abit milder in effect but still leaves you feeling nice and high.

Blütewoche 2 – Blattpflege, ScrOG & Biologischer Pflanzenschutz Zeitraum: Vom 29. Mai bis 05. Juni Moin zusammen! Ich habe mir mein bisheriges Grow-Tagebuch angesehen und beschlossen, künftig auf Deutsch weiterzuschreiben, damit ich mir das ständige Übersetzen spare und gleichzeitig einen Beitrag zur deutschsprachigen Grow-Community leisten kann. Entlaubung & ScrOG-Fädeln: In dieser Woche habe ich die King Juice großflächig entlaubt, um Licht und Luft besser ins Innere der Pflanze gelangen zu lassen. Die Äste wurden durch das ScrOG-Netz gefädelt, damit sie sich gleichmäßig über die Fläche verteilen. Zu Beginn war sie etwa 55 cm im Durchmesser – zum Ende der Woche war sie auf ca. 60 cm angewachsen. Biologischer Pflanzenschutz – Nützlinge: Zum Schutz gegen Schädlinge habe ich zwei Koppert-Produkte eingesetzt: - Swirski‑Mite Plus – enthält Amblyseius swirskii, eine Schlupf‑ und Raubmilbe, die sich besonders gegen Larven von Thripsen und Weißen Fliegen richtet  - Spical Plus – beheimatet Neoseiulus californicus, eine generalistische Raubmilbe, ideal gegen Spinnmilben, aber auch gegen andere Blattmilben  Diese Nützlinge werden in langsam freisetzenden Beuteln angebracht und helfen präventiv im biologischen Schädlingsmanagement – damit es gar nicht erst zu größeren Problemen kommt. Pflanzenzustand: Die King Juice hat sich zügig erholt, wirkt vital und wächst kräftig weiter. Das Blattwerk zeigt ein sattes Grün, ohne Anzeichen von Mangelerscheinungen. Sehr zufriedenstellend! Bewässerung & Mikrobenkultur: Das Substrat ist noch gut feucht. Deshalb werde ich wie gewohnt erst zu Beginn der nächsten Woche erneut gießen. Week 3 flower and they are already stacking nicely! Buds have a nice purple / blue hue to them already which is awesome!

RSQ Wedding Cake has just start producing hairs but still not in flower yet. FB Cherry Cola has already started producing some Icy . SS Bruce Banner has an issue going on, I've got mixed reviews on what it could be. Added about 8ml of Athena IPM to the water for that one. Hopefully she snaps back and grows strong

The girls are doing well lots of bud sites and smells heavenly. The mars sp250 is alot stronger light then I gave it credit for and had to raise it a little higher then my burple lights as it was trying to burn the top of one. Defoliated some of the bigger leaves that were blocking some bud sites but other than that I pretty much let them do their thing

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. This lady is incredible! Just going to town, starting her fade.... I've switched from the KoolBloom liquid to the dry formula now for her last weeks... and the EC is being brought down. Think I may have two more weeks with her? Certainly not more than 3... REALLY excited about this grow!

Hallo Growmies, Welcome everyone to the third week of the trip to Japan. This week the adventures started and we still have a bumpy road ahead of us before we reach the final destination. After we changed the nutrient solution she definitely seemed more happier .💦 So decided to start with the trainings, on Day 25 topped her and right after started with LST. I expect her to recover quickly from the early stress and start growing strong in the next 2 weeks. 🌱 On day 27 took off 4 big fan leaves. Till day 29 we continued tying the branches and checked and corrected the PH daily. Let the branches up for 2 days to regenerate then we tied them again. PPFD is around 600. Will keep this until the end of the veg period. Everything is going well but there was something to worry about again. I started giving powder silicate to the mix and left a gap between the net pot and the water. In the second day checked the root and noticed that silicate deposited in clumps on the part of the root which is between the net pot and the water. Luckily could wash it off with a shower. Welcome to my Black Jack..(After looking through my seeds and seen that my packaging for this strain. I've the normal Black Jack, not the FV) I seen this strain in the Sweet Seeds List when asked to pick. And it was a year ago. And I picked it from its pedigree and the fact I didn't do a FV of any kind, nor have I still. (I am actually doing their OG high prize pedigree strain. Even better. I've the Cream Cartmel FV as I got confused) She is a healthy girl in day 35 now. Really healthy. I Broke A few of her walls to bend it as it was all stacked up. (I've tons more pics of her progress hopefully I'll be able to pull up) But, as you can see. Her structure was mainly stacked so she was shaped and I let her nodes go hard as they do when HST'ed not for the fact to get big buds, as that's not when HST Is meant for only. Super cropping requires a lot of early hst. (Its simple you just fell a node by rolling it and bending it to fall where you plan to shape for a few days you need to make sure if sticks as if she's in any stages of rapid growth. She'll just grow straight back upwards Anyways. I've set her up nicely ill put her to flip soon.. After she pre flowers and does that full phase I'll HST and watch her few nodes explode. As she doesn't have a lot of foliage and I lollipopped a lot as you can see. Need to do plants with not a lot of mentinance as I've 21+ atm going. Every plant is healthy.. all at different stages and going according to plan actually an extra week ahead on 3 autos that have already moved into the fattening stage. FC 3000 is turned up to 100% and held at 40% away giving the autos 1000ish ppfd and allowing my whole tent to get more light. I've the light about 130cm up from the floor. Nutrient wise. Looks like a lot. Well if I were doing weeks. Power roots, pure zym are given once every 10 days or so. Alga Grow was stopped on day 30. I did give her she fish force only today. (Day 33 and 2 weeks ago) Terpinator will be applied in a few days and will be every 10 days or so until soft flush (water feeds for a wk, no run-off). ALL NUTRIENTS ARE EVEN DAYS APART AND ENZYMES AND POWER ROOTS ARE USED AS FOLLOW FEEDS. No ph'in as this is organic. TERPINATOR IS 6.4 WITH MY WATER AND I GAVE THAT TODAY 3 DAYS APART FROM HER LAST ORGANIC PRODUCT (As they hold a ph of 4 some are 9. But its organic and true organic soil doesn't need ph'in) only additives need to be brought in line with soil needs if using synthetic nutrients and should not be given near anything that may clash. Rule is if you're giving a different brand/type organic/synthetic don't put them in the same pot that will allow them to mix there ph's as synthetic nutrients require a set ph in soil where as true organics don't. Thanks to sweet seeds for giving me these seeds. Sorry it took so long to get to. Real hardy seeds. 1.3yrs old and they she looks great for a 33 day old lady.

J'ai préparé une eau avec 0.5g de bio enhancer/L puis j'ai abaissé le PH à 5.5. Je laisses trempé mes cubes dans cette eau 24h avant d'y placer les graines pour la germination.

Santa has been working hard so he can give out lots of smelly xmas presents. He has also been working on taking better pics of the buds. Ps. My tent is in my closet in my office (I have been WFH for 2 years). Nothing better on a stressful day than opening up the tent and staring into the green, my type of therapy. Has helped me get through my last semester of gradschool while also working full time.

This was an easy and productive run. The 2 plants grew up in an overcrowded environment, and as a result, they did stretch a lot. Nodes were spaced but this wasn't a real issue since they both produced a decent weight. Fun/Strange fact: the TOPped one produced 77 grams and the FIMmed one produced 84 grams, very close results with two different methods. I took a clone of the FIMmed one, and it's already 50cm tall, almost ready to flower. The buds are compact and solid as a rock, the earthy taste is hard to describe but 100% unique and yummy. I'm totally in love with this strain!

Hello. This is the last look at Nova OG after 10 week of flowering with the last 2 weeks were in flushing The plants look and smell great. A candied Lemon smell with woody undertones is what I smell. Plant #4 went hermie so I'm expecting some seeds. Oh Well! There is some big buds in here. I hope it's strong too! I cure using paper bags. With everything dried and cured and in jars, in about 2 weeks. I take some tester buds and let them dry aside. They are dry after about 5 to 6 days. Although the buds are not cured they give me a good feeling as to how strong they are. So I should have a smoke report in about 2 weeks. See ya then. Chuck.
