Big week, started to strap down the trees. Tied branches to main stem and stakes around the plants so as to open them up a bit and provide support in case of windy conditions. Only staked the pair and not the three in the back yet. This was a bit of a mistake as the big one in the back needed it sooner. Defoliation of note... need to keep defoliating these trees all the time. Pretty relaxing though...

REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

Hey growers another week gone for my critical purple and pineapple auto grow! So as you may have noticed I finally got to hit the flower side of the diary even though my critical purple #2 has already been in flower 3 weeks! But all four of my ladies have now entered into 🌸 so that's why I waited till now to hit flower weeks of diary. So not a lot of changes this week besides all transitioning into flower. I did install an additional light so I'm now running a Viparspectra vs1000 and x2 philizon 600w led for a grand total of 2200w of fun in the sun 🌞. Since I added this extra light on Tuesday the smell has increased tremendously! My favorite part of the day is coming home and opening this tent enough to see my tent settings and to stick my big ass nose in to get a big old wiff of heaven! So enough of my rambling let's get down to business! 10/7/2021- 5ml cal mag 2ml micro .5ml gro 2ml bloom 3/4ml ph down Ph 5.9 Ppm 744 Solution temp 73.2F 10/10/21- Water Ph 6.1 Ppm 180 Solution temp 72.7°F 10/10/21- Pineapple auto #1 tried to remove tape and resnapped branch. 10/12/21- Installed an additional philizon 600w light for flower. 10/13/21- Water Ph 6.5 Ppm 180 Solution temp 73.2°F 10/14/2021- All four plants are 42 days old today!!! Critical purple #1- Guys I do have to say this lady is turning out to be something special! She stayed in veg until she was ready and boom here she goes! Really did some growing and transitioning this week or atleast I think she did! With this being said....(drumroll) This is my 🌟 of the week!!!! 💚💚👏👏👏 Critical purple #2- I do believe this is the culprit to my heavenly welcome to my grow home aroma that she blesses me with every day! She is starting to pack it on hard-core she is filling in lovely. So with adding the new light it gave me the opportunity to move my viparspectra vs1000 over top of her giving her ample light. Wednesday didn't notice any difference. Got up this morning(thurs) after watering Wednesday night and opened the tent and checked her out and it looked like she was covered in frost! She was a beauty! So I'm 🤔 another 3-4 weeks and this girl will be ready or close. Pineapple auto #1- Didn't notice a lot of growth in this lady this week. Thinking she put her focus to transitioning. So I'm about to know if my boy @Papa_T is reading my diaries because he will prob send me a message after reading this!! So... I couldn't do it!! So on Sunday which was day 4 of my branch being taped she felt strong and solid so I tried to remove the tape and just my luck when I taped it somehow I managed to get sticky sides stuck together at start of tape job so it made it twice as hard to remove the tape therefore re-snapping the branch 😪🤮🤬 I was so mad at myself. So I asked Papa_T what I should do and he said cut it off to prevent a risk of fungus so I grabbed my snips opened the tent and noticed that the plant had entered 🌼 that day. Looking at the branch I was about to cut 3 potential bud sights off i couldn't do it! So I taped her back up a little looser this go around and used a wire tie on scrog net to add extra support. I do plan to try to remove the tape Sunday making it a whole week this go around if it Snaps again it's gone! Pineapple auto #2- Not a lot to say here this girl speaks for herself! She has decided she wanted as much space as she could get! I am starting to notice a possible nitrogen deficiency as some of my lower leaves are yellowing and some have even fallen off! But she also has only had one feeding this week and two waterings. This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.

They seem to have stopped stretching and are now focusing on the buds. Very odd coloration happening on the leaves of the left plant. I'm thinking it's either a calcium deficiency or a manganese deficiency. Either way the buds are developing nicely still. Right is looking great right now, save for a few spider mites I had to squish earlier last week. Nice and frosty at 5th week of flower. If all goes well with both of these girls, I'll be harvesting them at the end of January. I'll definitely give them a bud washing b/c I found mites. Update 1/2/22: okay I've got a few notes to make on the progress as a whole. So after topping right, it seems like she started producing flowering hormones right after. While left focused on stretching for like a week more. Right has fat, compact and frosty buds- shaped like golf balls. Left has spire-shaped buds, not AS dense(still dense though, mind you), and less frost. So I'm thinking left is staggered behind right by about a week. Since this is week 5, we'll be able to tell just how far ahead she is by week 8.

I am happy and suprised! I wanted to grow some BonChies years before, no it is a cannabis strain,why not! My second Cannabonsai is history now, smells fresh and a little bit like beer haha. Edit: 38g dry cured trimmed, Stick and Stinky. Seems like the Gorillas from FastBuds are always a good choice Thanks to Bionova, Terra Aquatica and of course FastBuds for the seed. Welcome back to the conclusion of the Lemons! Day 56 from seed on the dot and these two girls came down, which is crazy fast! I had originally planned to let these girls run for another week, but the stem snapping on LP#2 put an end to that as she wasn't recovering well by the next day and I thought better to harvest now. The trichomes are in a good spot anyway, so I don't feel like I've lost out at all. The wet weight is good, but massively inflated due to the stems, so I expect to lose at least 75% of that, but I still think these girls yielded reasonably well. I like to dry in 2 stages in order to slow down that initial dry as the humidity is naturally quite low here. By leaving the stems and most of the leaves until Stage 2 I can control my dry time a little better. I leave the buds on the stems until they go into jars. There's no hard rule to how long I leave between stage 1 and 2, it depends entirely on how a particular dry is going and I judge it as it goes. Dry took 6 days total, trimmed large leaves at day 3, the rest at day 6.

Bruce Banner #3 fast is just finishing up. Probably gonna be a little on the over done side by the time I can harvest it. 8 days is plan for harvest. I turned the Hortibloom Solux 350 down to 50 percent. I will likely go to 25 percent in a few days. Just to hopefully slow the ripening if I can. It smells good, and has some nice frost on the buds. She is just waiting on her time in the cannatrol. I really need a second one for times like this. Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

It rained steadily yesterday and today, so my watering duty was taken care of by Mother Nature! 5/26- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around the Wedding Cheesecake FF along with spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap, seem to have taken care of the attacks on her leaves which has improved her vigor noticeably. 5/28- I watered the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake FF today via garden hose and continued to train her branches through the trellis net. At this point she's taken up about half of the trellis net and is constantly putting out new shoots! 5/30- Today I watered again as the weather has been really warm without any rain. I'll be getting ready to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days with some 4-4-4 and worm castings, then she'll really start to take off! My runtz is looking beautiful..my little mini tree, everyday I see more pistils and I’m hoping this will be my best yield yet!
