I can't remember exactly when I started this seed but I believe we're around week 7/8 of veg. I didn't really take good care of this plant until now (as well as the Red Dragon in another diary). But today is transplanting day and from now on I will dedicate more time and care to those two little ones. The thing is that the greenhouse is busy right now with plants flowering and a blackout cover 12h a day, so I have to take this NLX and the Red Dragon out of the greenhouse every night so that they get more than 12h per day. In about a month they will have the greenhouse for themselves. Anyways, for now: transplanting! I posted a video and more details on my medium mix on my Red Dragon diary. I will post pictures here when the plant has been transplanted from a 2 gallon plastic pot to a 15 gallon cloth pot. Cheers!

The Best Elephant Trunk Grow 🏆

Hello fellow growers, I harvested my plant on Day 68 of the flowering stage. The buds are now hung up and drying in an environment with a relative humidity (RH) of 55-60% and temperatures ranging from 18°C to 21°C, I've set up two fans to keep the air moving gently around the drying space. Today marks Day 6 of drying, and I'm aiming for a nice, slow dry to preserve the quality of the buds, followed by a dry trim. Reflecting on this grow, I can see areas where I could have improved, but considering it's my first time, I believe I've done a commendable job. There are quite a few larfy buds underneath, but the top buds, which were closest to the light, turned out great. I initially thought I had nailed the training techniques, but as soon as I flipped her into the flowering stage, she got out of control. This experience has taught me the importance of being even more disciplined with my training methods in future grows. Overall, I'm thrilled with the outcome and have learned valuable lessons for my next run. Can't wait to see how these buds turn out after curing! Switched them to flower on 7/5/18! On 7/14 I switched the nutes to the "transition to bloom" blend which basically means it's winging them off of vegetation nutrients. Next week (week 3 of flower), I will then switch to the full on bloom blend! Other than that, just keeping them trimmed and trained as they begin to flower!

Training on the net and maybe selective defoliation on week end. Week updates: 20-26 Nov. 20/11 day 43 Girls adapting well to net😁 21/11 day 44 First watering for this week. 2.5 ltr each pot. Runoff approx 200-300ml from each. Runoff Ph Xena 5.9 Athena 6.0. 23/11 day 46 It's seems that they stretched at least an inch overnight 😁 absolutely love my 🍌💜👊 girls. 25/11 day 48 Second watering for this week. Approx. 3L each 🤤 runoff 150-200ml. 26/11 day 49 Athena was stretching so much that decided for sort of heavier selective defoliation and cleared good bit under the net. Xena is at the same stage of flowering as sister but she is still much smaller, branches are shorter and tinner, will wait bit longer before go any heavier on her. Was able to nicely relocate longer branches of Athena all over the net. The girls survived. Always the biggest stress in the beginning. Getting sprayed with water twice a day. Gonna do the first watering soon. Hoping for growth!

Day 43 (2020-06-21): Watered again today, but I think I might back off to every other day. I noticed the same nasty smell that formed in my reservoir is now in the runoff as well. Probably still growing in the medium. I'll try letting things dry out a bit more and add peroxide into the next watering. Day 44: (2020-06-22): Skipped watering today. The G14 mutant looks like it is going to have pretty low yield. The main colas have very small buds so far. Maybe it will eventually kick in, but I am thinking those smaller ones will just fatten up and not get much more vertical. Day 45 (2020-06-23): Skipped again today as things still seemed moist up top. Day 46 (2020-06-24): Both pots seemed light so watered around 3/4 gallon each @ 5.8 PH. I also added 3ml of 12% (food grade) H2O2 to help clear out any residual algae growth from the Blumat tank. Day 47 (2020-06-25): Flowers continue to develop. G14 is starting to fill out a bit, but the CBD is looking good. Will try to post some bud closeups before the week is out since the automatic picam snaps aren't doing it. Day 48 (2020-06-26): Skipped watering again today. Looks every 3 days is going to work although the G14 was a little lighter than the CBD when I last watered. May have to do every other day for it. Day 49 (2020-06-27): Watered today @ PH 5.75.

Grow diary 11 stage 5 Days 41-50 During the week she had some training and I removed the damaged leaves. The whole grow has suffered from me not getting the watering schedule sorted. This westcoast hasn't started with the pistils yet but she can't be far off. Hopefully I haven't done to much damage.

Last week before flowering 😊😄😝 The plants did an excellent job last week. The repotting to the large pots has done them well. 👍 I have watered the plants 3 times now. First two times 5 liters of water, containing 1 tablet of RQS Easy Grow Booster. The third time 1.5 tablet for 5 liters of water. Mind ! It takes a while before the tablets are dissolved! 😹 The color of the new leaves is beautifully green. The VPD is now also perfect most of the time with a value of 1.0 👌 For that I had to increase the relative humidity to almost 70%. 😭 I attached the plants that are somewhat larger, to the plant sticks, with a plastic binding strip. In this way I pull the plants to the same height as the smaller plants. This gives me a nice match canopy. The lower side branches of the large plants will now develop more, but I will remove them later. 👽 The plants now get 18 hours of light, so that the shock is a little less when they go to 12/12. 🙏

***Sponsored Grow*** = Medic || https://medicgrow.com || Grow = ***Sponsored Grow*** This week has been interesting, I was getting some weird runoff numbers in terms of EC/PPM and PH, so I decided to try and bring the PH up with a flush of high PH water into the medium. I did not have any PH up on hand so I used borax, PH of 9-10 plus it will help kill off any microbes in the soil that I believe is causing the PH swings. After doing this and getting the PH I wanted in the solution I released that the amount of B in the solution was to high and would cause more issues down the road, It was late in the day so I left the next flush to fix the excess B till tomorrow morning. Morning came and when I processed to flush I added in a bit of peroxide to the water and a dash of dish soap to break the waters surface tension so it flows through the pots more easily. This was going fine till it started to not drain out at all. I think it was foaming up in the medium and preventing a normal flow, plus on two of the pots I lost my perlite that sits on the top of the medium. I had to massage the pots "like when you transplant" to make then start draining again and then purchased a Yucca extract to help it flow through. Everything is back to normal. The pots are really root bound and should be transplanted but its mid flower and that's not going to be happening. I also don't know if I'd even have the space for it. I added in a b1 vitamin as well on recommendation of grow shop as apparently their other lineup I purchased did not have any. No idea if its working well only first week in the feeding. The Cytokelp is fun, but the one hormone in it is similar to a PGR but its not a real PGR. I am skeptical of it and not using it as foliar, just root watering. I also added in a bit of CaMg supplement that gave the plants a boost in N and Ca. The mg of this product was lesser then others I have seen about a 5:1 ratio of Ca to Mg. after the big flushes the runoff was hitting 120ppm so I gave it a good feed at 1.8EC Time will tell If i fucked it up royally by doing all this, this seedsman plant is still quite sensitive to cooler temps. My tents hitting 17c at night and it still is acting like its hitting 10c as autumn colours are popping off on them. Some of my other plants are also discoloured but not to the same extent as this one. All the plants are still stretching but it seems slow to me. Maybe it will continue going but it only put on about 10cm in the last week and a half. Feels slow. I may see more stretching in the next week upcoming and it just had a ruff start. Lights still running at 100% with V1 spectrum, everything seems to be working just fine, no light burn. Suspect I have gotten a little heavy handed with the nutes again a little early on. Keeping an eye though and haven’t been too far off. Switch CalMag this week and going with GH as it has a 1% value for Nitrogen. Will be increasing the CalMag now as well. Will be getting ppm in the 500 range more this week. May start to introduce Sensyzime at the end of the week. Keep moving the lights up and down trying to dial in between 18” and 30” and see how they react. Seems to be about 28” right now they are happy. Playing with the VPD and finding that they are not as happy with the VPD up around 1.0 and rather happier around 1.4??? Happier meaning tips and looking like she is getting bigger. Played with humidity this weekend as well between 52% and 75%. Again, they seem happiest around 58%..........going to try that for a couple of days and see how they grow for the next few days. I feel they are alrighty slower at the high humidity. Nitrogen is continued to be reduced as its late flower. Keeping up the feeding ppm this week as we are getting to the end. The blue kush is a savage auto from dinafem. This plant almost died in week one of flower and I missed that weeks entry because I was more interested in saving it than that weeks diary. She’s at week three day four and a beast. Filling out nicely even though her neighbor is crowding her. She’s required very minimal pruning and all of her bud sites are producing worthy keepers.

So far 44 grams total dry weight of flower. I have 1 zkittlez girl left. Smoke is amazing and the sedating effects come after the peak. Overall great looking and tasting bud.
