This report covers the previous gap week and current observations. • One pollen-producing plant has started releasing pollen. • Pollen is being actively collected for future controlled pollination. • Preliminary trials of pollination have begun, though it is still early for reliable seed set. Structural management and canopy maintenance were performed according to standard protocols. The population remains under close observation to maximize genetic diversity for the seed run.

Grüßt euch Freunde, Langsam kommen wir ans Ende der 5 Woche! Habe in dieser Woche keinen Bio grow zugeführt und eine Verbesserung festgestellt. Dafür wurde top Max angehoben und Bio Bloom. Fahre im weiteren Verlauf nun wieder nach Düngeschema fort. Viele der Blätter verfärben sich rötlich und die Blattspitzen der sugarleafs sind lila. Hoffe dass, das dann später auch im Produkt sichtbar ist. Sind also noch einige Wochen zu gehen, Bis dahin euch allen eine gute Woche !💚

Last week of feed for this lady :) Update end of week nine , Well the bud production this week has been absolutely crazy , She has now slowed right down on her feeding too , so the flush begins , she still needs too cloud up and go amber but she will have enough nutrients in her and the soil too last her until she ripens , she really has been a joy too watch grow and develop , I would not think twice about growing this strain ,

Start of week 8 (day 50). Started the week off with a little recharge&water. I had to rig up some branch supports to compensate for compounding nugs. I'm pretty sure a pack of papers is a standard measurement? I've been struggling to get out of bed from knee pain (awaiting my 3rd surgery). And really not sleeping at all. 🌿 Amnesia Skunk Auto — Week 9 From Seed (Week 5 Flower) We’re back with the Amnesia Skunk auto, and before we dive into this week, let’s take a second to understand how we got here. This run has been a bit different from the traditional approach. Even though we’re working with autoflowers, the environment has been set under a 12/12 light cycle from seed — what we’ve been calling a “no veg” approach. Now, to clarify — it’s not that the plant doesn’t vegetate. It does. But it does so on its own internal clock, not because we extended light hours to push vegetative growth. So what happens? The plant never gets the signal to fully stretch and build structure like in a classic veg phase, which results in: • more compact plants • tighter node spacing • earlier transition into flower • and a much faster lifecycle overall And that’s exactly what we’re seeing here. ⸻ 🌱 This Week — The Story of the White Hairs (Pistils) This week, the stars of the show are the white hairs — the pistils. Those fine white strands you’re seeing shooting out of the buds are the female reproductive organs of the plant. Their role is simple, but powerful: They are designed to catch pollen. Each pistil is connected to an ovule inside the calyx. If pollinated, that’s where seeds would form. But in our case — no pollen, no seeds — so the plant continues to push energy into: 👉 resin production 👉 bud swelling 👉 terpene expression That’s why you’ll notice: • fresh, bright white pistils = active growth phase • constant new pistil production = plant still building mass And right now? She’s in full production mode. ⸻ 🌿 Structure & Development What’s really interesting here is the morphology. These are currently the most compact plants in the room, sitting around ~90 cm, but: • dense structure • tight internodes • bud sites stacked closely The buds themselves are already: • forming tight • showing early frost • pushing aroma earlier than expected For a plant that never had a traditional veg window, this is honestly impressive. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding We’ve kept things stable and consistent: • Temperature: ~28°C • Humidity: ~65% RH • pH: ~6.5 • EC: ~2.0 Water intake is sitting at around 1.5L per plant per day, which tells us: 👉 metabolism is active 👉 root zone is functioning well 👉 demand is increasing as flowers build ⸻ ⚡ On the “No Veg” Approach This run continues to reinforce something interesting: You don’t always need a long veg phase to get quality results. What you get instead is: • speed • control over height • uniform canopy • faster turnover But also: • smaller overall plant size • less room for recovery from stress • everything happens quicker, so mistakes show faster It’s a different rhythm — not better, not worse — just a different way to grow. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Week Looking ahead: You should expect: • pistils continuing to multiply • buds starting to stack and swell more aggressively • resin production increasing noticeably • aromas becoming stronger and more defined What not to expect (yet): • no major calyx swelling peak yet • no heavy pistil browning yet • no final density — we’re still building We’re still in that “construction phase”, not the finishing stage. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude As always — thank you. 12/13 Week 12 Blondie has about 2-3 weeks left Changing up her nutes a bit Adding some cal-mag reducing her PK try to help her out a bit here. 12/16 Shifted her to Soul Peak yesterday and man what a bud explosion. Remember this is not a big producer normally but she is really building now. 12/19 She is done just let her finish in flush

I used half the recommended dose of Indo products for each plant through this grow. The monkey juice is half recommended making it every week rather than full dose every two. The sticky bandit was fed with it every week at half dose till later on.

So the trio reached a great point for me to try out the talked about LST 90* bender clips. They worked pretty easy and I didn’t have the feeling that I was about to snap the branches. Let see how they hold up, I would imagine I have to keep moving them so they don’t grow in. Next week should be exciting with so much more new growth. See you all then

My lady is a Royal Queen Seeds Purple Queen. It sits in 9l of water with temp of 19°C. Water temp is maintained by using a copper tube within the reservoir connected to a peltier device with a water block. Lamp used is Viparspectra 450W led. All nutrition is from Vitalink. I have recently started using a homemade co2 generator made from yeast and sugar with water. I use Sonoff TH16s for automation incl water cooling and humidity control. The only problem I have ATM is that air temp goes too low but to 19°C at night.

Hey guys :-) We come to the end of the diary and thus to the penultimate update before the Smoke Report. As always, the lady was hung upside down to dry. At temperatures of 18-21 degrees and 54-60 % humidity. After 14 days they were neatly hand trimmed and placed in jars for remote harvesting. Report: I am very happy to write this report. The lady's overall growth was perfect from start to finish. And I don't just mean perfect, I've never seen such a beautiful variety with such beautiful flowers 😍. She had no problems with training ( topping ) and was very easy to grow. The yield was above average, which plays a minor role. In the end, the best yield and the most beautiful appearance of the buds mean nothing if the taste doesn't match. And here is exactly the miracle where all 3 features not only fit but are perfect. Now we come to the third and most important feature the taste :-). It not only smells incredibly delicious but tastes just as delicious ☺️😍. In the smell you can clearly see the choco notes as if you were opening a pack of chocolate. In the taste, this tone comes into its own a little more easily, but the notes of cheescake and fruit are all the stronger. It really tastes extremely delicious and has a very strong terpene profile 💚. I absolutely love it and will be making more phenotypes of this strain. Clearly deserves 10 out of 10 stars and a huge compliment to the Amsterdam Genetics Team 🙏🏻💚. The smoke report with the finished flower pictures will follow shortly. Finales de la pasada semana y esta lavado de raices. Agua con ácido cítrico y ácido ascórbico. Corte de los apicales más formados y con mayor riesgo de botritys y el resto seguirá una semana 10 dias más. Han salido diferentes fenotipos, unos de más skunk y otros de más Critical, A los 60 dias obté por cortar los apicales y dejar el resto de las plantas para que terminaran de engordar y madurar. Entonces volví a regar con Bloom Bud y call-Mag -

Good week buds are swelling and smelling.but it's getting cold and I noticed she is struggling to get ready for harvesting.my hope is the weather will get better.

Huge harvest. Intense smell. I will report the smoke review after some of my buddies will try this strain aut.

I think I am worrying myself more than I need too. The calicum defficiency has took over around a half of the fan leaves on 1 of the plants. I don't have much hope in a great yield from this one but fingers crossed my other 2 were caught in time. Have folder fed with a slightly more concentrated spray of cal mag and ph'd water. Whilst keeping a feed, plain ,feed schedule Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a ppm reader so can't say for sure exactly what the problem is but It seems the defficiency has slowed/stopped. Will continue to monitor.
