Okay guys, now this has been an eventful week. unfortunately, I can now only visit my plants on the weekend as I am sutying in another city and the plants are at my parents house. That has translated to the little tiny brown leaf I found last week turning into 3 - 4 semi-rotten buds. So yes, catterpillars. Little pesky green catterpillars were the ones eating the leafs and the ones that have now caused some bud rot on my autoflowers. To wich I have decided to do an emergency early harvest as you can see in the pictures above. Trichomes were more or less 10 - 20 % cloudy depending on the bud and some buds also had quite a few amber so they cound't have been that far from harvest anyway. I cut off the buds with rot and the buds nearst to them. luckily it was only 1 or 2 big buds on 2 of the 3 autos I have. The remaining auto is the foxtailing one witch I have not yet harvested and am now debating if I should just do it to not risk getting rot over this week I am away or let her ripen more. The process was cutting off the bad parts, discarding and then cutting off the buds with the stem off the plant. I have never harvested before so I dont know if it is useally done this way but anyway. After the early harvest wich I am sure many would frown upon I did something even morecontroversial and washed the buds in water+backing soda, water+hidrogen peroxide, just water rince and hung them to dry with a fan in front of them for about 2.5hrs. Now I'm a newb so I dont know if this works, but I read and saw a few posts and videos of people doing and explaining this process, and also asked outdoor growers of reddit to see if this is actually a thing, and yes it seems a few if not many people wash their outdoor buds in some way or another. I washed hoping that if there are any caterpillars in the buds that would kill or at least debilitate them.. none floated off while i was washing though.. so now im scared there are still some in my buds and will rot while im drying :( i checked each bud individually trying not to break them up but didnt find any caterpiullar. i only found one while washing the leafs I had trimmed off the plant before harvesting the buds. Anyway, I have bought anti caterpillar and anti fungal spray for tthe photoperiod plants wich seem to be doing okay. A part from some white powdery stuff on the leafs, maybe powdery mildew? Anyone know what can be done for PM ? Anyway, as usual, thanks for your support and comments! sorry for the long post hehe Edit: Totally forgot to mention this.. I think the foxtailing auto has gone hermaphrodite and polinated the other plants (?) I found a little dark ball at the bottom of one of the buds I have harvested, I picked it off because I didnt knoe if it was rot.. A SEED CAME OUT! Yeah.. So now Im thinking my plants have been pollinated by the foxtailer? Does this make sense? xD

Hey guys, The end is near, I think. I hope to get lots of buds and weight from this girls, she was nice from the start, a huge plant, beautiful genetics... a strong being, I thank the universe for her. It was my dream to grow a NL and it was much more then I expected. Im so happy. Last feeding this week and the next weeks are going to be just pure amazonian water... :) Added some trichome images from my small microscope, it is from a bottom bud that was shaded so I cut it. Even so I think it was good and growing, so I thought "why should I took the popcorn?" - next time I will not cut anything, not even a leaf. Let's see if it makes a difference. So, do you think about the trichomes? The big buds up there are more ripe and developed, but judging from this small bottom bud... she's getting there? :) How much weight do you think she can yield, dry? Thanks for being here with us! Came in well and has officially sprouted! I put it in soil and the hanging pot I'll be using for this grow. It's a small ~.5 or less gallon pot (tbh not 100% sure), thay I'm reusing from a plant I got at a nursery a while back. I thought it'd be neat to try and grow a hanging weed plant so now here we go! Will post when the sprout comes out

Day 15 - 4/10/21: Welcome to the first day of the 3rd week.... All good it is a lovely group ;) Very lovely. Let's see then what changes happened since last week: Lamp is set to be on 150W approx 60% of the full power..... enough..... they love this ViparSpectra XS2000.... So Do I..... Himidity stays on approx 60% Ventilation is fine every 2 hours switched on for 5 min.... Watering like 0.06 l per day.... Started some fertilization also with Bat Guano, Biobizz family /before someone ask why I use BioBloom and Top Max in veg just beacuse lol/ And... Epsom salt.... Ratio can be found just scroll down.... And yes, I do it on Tuesday and Saturday except the Epsom just 1x a week the rest then 2x for now. All of them are beautiful and the first LST has been done basically just bent them to the right or left haha for now except Afghani Gold and Spliffs Strawberry because they are basically just 2 weeks old so too young to be trained. I assume Blue Berry has a little funny deficiency but I am sure she will be okay anyways I will colour her back lol with some magic nutrition 🤣🤣🤣 As you can see 2 of them are smaller /Afghani Gold, Spliffs Strawberry/ because they are younger: planted 1 week later as the first germination failed. Pictures sYs everything so not much more to say... ;)

Cali Crasher is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She got a lot of training today as well. She had mites early week. She had been treated twice with neem oil and rinsee good each time. 🤞🏻 I got them all. I have not seen any new signs of them since. Everything is going great. Comenzamos la floración con estas chicas, estoy muy encantado con ellas la verdad para que les voy a mentira, muy ansioso de empezar a ver sus flores, pretendemos fertilizar solo hasta la semana 5 por ahora. Estamos solo con 1 riego diario estuvimos de 1L ahora lo subimos 2L y lo recibieron muy bien. Algo en particular es que estamos probando cannaboost folear, se lo estamos dando 3 veces por día a la planta hace 10 días y no vamos a parar hasta el día 21 de floración para luego cambiar a dosis radicular, estamos haciendo esto para economizar cannaboost y comparar resultados con su dosis full que ya la eh testeado. A las nenas se les hizo super cropping (en mi instagram pueden ver un tutorial @chocolopeison) hace 7 días a las cuales también le agregamos unos soportes y hoy ya la pasamos a floración recuperadas con una gran defoliación de bajos. Ahora esperaremos día 14 para hacer otra defoliación, super cropping y guiado de malla que pronto estaremos instalando. La iluminación estamos con 540W de qb (2 @heavengrowlight y 1 @meijiu)

Perfectly healthy maybe not as dark color as the other plant but thata the diversity we enjoy in this sport of growing. Showing no signs of deffinciecies or overfeeding / burning, handled the stress like a true champ!

These ladies are super healthy I want to feed them but a little worried about nute burn so I'll hold off a few days or dilute the feed I have. I just lowered the light a bit and dimmed it because I want them to stretch. That is known as crop steering I want them to all get tall and eventually I may set them in a greenhouse once flowering or big enough.
