Branches look good, reaching the top just fine. I will removed the lowest branches an try to clone. Sincen the tent is not very high, i think i will start flowering next week Removed quite a bit of fan leaves. Super hot, 30+C outside Little bit below 30C in the box I also installed a smart-meter to measure power-consumption. Regarding prices for electric-power, this is quite a thing to have an eye in.

Nothing much to report. Vertical growth has stopped, happy it has as no tent left to grow into. Trichomes building up and have done some sporadic defoilation.

Week 6 of flower, starting to get some orange in there, probably about 10% now. Still not too much more swelling yet, hoping that will happen over the next couple of weeks!

5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! I made a few big mistakes. most notably not flipping early enough. I vegged til 13 inches hoping theyd stretch to 26-30 inches and have adequate space away from light, well I underestimate them way too much! despite stretching a ton, these girls were both amazing to grow. bounced back to every training, with a lot of lst and topping and defol, they never stayed down long. they eat a lot, and once i got my feed dialed in they grew healthy and strong thru harvest. i chopped at all milky trichs, decided to harvest all in one go. so lowers have a tiny clear trich but mostly milky, tops are fully milky and after dry have a tiny touch of yellow or amber at tips. effects are ranging from 70-30 sativa (on lowers with clearer trichs) its high energy. very distinct feeling of relaxation all thru body from neck down feel loose in joints and relaxed. in mind i feel very sharp, focused and productive. at the same time i noticed i was more creative. i teach tennis classes and i was better able to describe what I was trying to convey to my student who is a teen, creativity helps. both our games improved, definitely a nice productive smoke, tastey as hell in vape or bowl. grinds up and smells like blueberries soaked in gasoline, topped with a big squeeze of lemon and dash of spicey red chili peppers! ooooh eeee! this stuff is amazing, and the bubble hash i spun looks like its going to be top quality once it dries! will post more pictures of buds once they cure up a bit more. should mention as a hash / rso maker, i also pulled over 1,000 grams of wet fan leaf, and a few hundred grams of trim which yields great medicine not accounted for in harvest #s00

Really took off as you can see, nearly 16.5 inches. My ph meter calibration was off, I hope it won't have much effect on her, time will tell but I'm hopeful she'll battle through it.

Day 43 (2020-06-21): Watered again today, but I think I might back off to every other day. I noticed the same nasty smell that formed in my reservoir is now in the runoff as well. Probably still growing in the medium. I'll try letting things dry out a bit more and add peroxide into the next watering. Day 44: (2020-06-22): Skipped watering today. The G14 mutant looks like it is going to have pretty low yield. The main colas have very small buds so far. Maybe it will eventually kick in, but I am thinking those smaller ones will just fatten up and not get much more vertical. Day 45 (2020-06-23): Skipped again today as things still seemed moist up top. Day 46 (2020-06-24): Both pots seemed light so watered around 3/4 gallon each @ 5.8 PH. I also added 3ml of 12% (food grade) H2O2 to help clear out any residual algae growth from the Blumat tank. Day 47 (2020-06-25): Flowers continue to develop. G14 is starting to fill out a bit, but the CBD is looking good. Will try to post some bud closeups before the week is out since the automatic picam snaps aren't doing it. Day 48 (2020-06-26): Skipped watering again today. Looks every 3 days is going to work although the G14 was a little lighter than the CBD when I last watered. May have to do every other day for it. Day 49 (2020-06-27): Watered today @ PH 5.75.

It’s the third week of vegetation, and both plants are growing like crazy! 🌿 They’re super healthy and pushing forward with lots of energy. I’ve been feeding them with the BioBizz nutrient schedule for veg and adding Root Juice to boost their root development. 🌱💧 I’m trying different LST (low-stress training) techniques with both plants. For one, I’ve applied LST to the entire plant, bending the main stem to get more light exposure across the canopy. 🌿🔄 The other plant is a bit different—I’ve only used LST on the lower branches to encourage better side growth while letting the main stem do its thing. 🌱📈 Both plants are responding really well, and I’m excited to see how these different techniques impact their development. Things are looking promising! 😁✨

Medium: Yep - still gonna beat on the DWC drum. It just gets better and easier every run. Almost religiously changed out the res. every week and this was definitely overkill. Could’ve easily gotten away with every 10 days to 2 weeks. Stuck with peroxide this run again instead of going with bennies via hydroguard or hygrozyme. The results speak for themselves on a 6 week veg. That’s for sure. Still save’n them dolla bills on the nutes too. Minimal nute mixing (as well as simplistic regime) and for what we’re using in each res. - gotta be easily a 50-60% savings on nute consumption vs. more traditional methods. Honestly makes one wonder why organic soil grows are seemingly all the rage. I’ve found terp. Profiles, structure, plant health and of course yields to all be just that much better in straight water. What more can I say, we love our DWC. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️ The dueling methods were the whole point of this grow. Our best attempt to illustrate the differences between LST vs. LST/Topping ie. just how significant is the difference in terms of overall production? The truth of this test is a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, topping does have a significant effect on overall yield. This fact is regardless of whether or not from seed or clone.That said and when it comes to clones, you still have to be mindful of the drawbacks of further dividing (and thus reducing nug size for) main branches. Our topped clone #2 is a perfect example of this. While the structure demonstrates significantly more branching, the nug sizes are also significantly smaller. As you’ll see in the yield details it does somewhat make up for this through a higher overall weight but it was also a much less manageable plant than #1. Root mass on the topped plant was heavier and bulkier, drinking much more water than its counterpart. And in late flower half the plant was pretty much falling over. While some of this is attributable to the extremely hollow stems (and thus a carbon deficiency), making the most of the grow light proved difficult with the topped plant as bushy as it was. Basic summary - if ur cloning for profit or efficiency, stick with straight LST and grow a whole bunch of em. If I had to do it again I don’t think i would’ve bothered with topping - just for the sake of greater ease🤔🤔🤔. Then again, I’m greedy as fuck when it comes to my yields so I Could totally see myself trying to max everything out and go for broke🤙🤙. 3/5 volume bars for the rating - we accomplished what we were trying to. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Awwwwwe yeah - down to where it counts and these girls were champs💪. While internodal spacing was longer than necessary and overall bud size was smaller than average; these plants pushed out some solid weight👍😎👍. Ran er through a 7 day dry and all jarred up on a slow cure. Final numbers: Total yield - clone #1: 5.14oz = 143.92g Total yield - clone #2: 6.01oz = 168.28g Approx. est. yield: 600g/m2 divides by 4.8, multiplied by 2 (approx. for 2/3 the cabinets sq/ft) = 250g per 0.41m2 Actual yield: 11.15oz. per 0.41m2 = 312.2g per 0.41m2. That is some seriously good production right there😎👍😎. The high end avg. for this strain is 650g/m2. When you crush that out to my space and the numbers above, it works to about 270g per 0.41m2. Our actual yield still destroys the high end avg. by almost a zip and a half👍👍👍. The cree cob does it again. Fuck’n jazz hands y’all🙌! With results like these you could really give the whole grow a 9/10. It’s only an 8 in my book because it’s not my preferred high. Otherwise, any time you’re north of 5+ oz. per plant, it’s a good day at the office👍👍. Props👊👊👊 No choice but to shoutout Humboldt genetics. These beans have treated me so well and I can’t say enough Good things about the strains this organization puts out👌👍👌. Other than that, thanks to everyone who dropped by for a look and a comment. Day 38- 18/01/22 and we are now in flowering everything is looking good I’m still cutting down the plants from my last grow Afghan kush and once I’m done with that I’ll be moving everything that isn’t chemdawg into the HPS tent!!! Day 41-21/01/22 finally got the 3 of them in the hps tent!!!!
