To kick off this week, I decided to don my horticultural surgeon's hat and perform a series of strategic maneuvers on our green queen. The week began with a daring move – a couple of toppings to encourage a more bushy and compact growth structure. It's like giving Jealousy a little green haircut, shaping her into a voluptuous, floral masterpiece. But that's not all, my friends! A defoliation extravaganza ensued, where I carefully removed some of the larger fan leaves. Now, I can almost hear you asking, "Why on earth would you do that?" Well, it's all about optimizing light penetration and airflow, ensuring that each bud site receives its fair share of sunshine and fresh air. It's like orchestrating a botanical ballet, where every dancer gets their moment in the spotlight. Now, brace yourselves for the grand finale – taking some cuts. I know, I know, typically, we'd ease into these practices, but time is of the essence, and I wanted to put Jealousy's genetics to the ultimate test. Week 2 Veg Update on Epic Buzz by Anesia Seeds As we enter the second week of vegetation, our Epic Buzz seedlings are embracing their new home with vigor.: One of the seedlings has been carefully moved to the 20-liter reservoir. It has adapted well to its new environment, showcasing an impressive array of roots throughout the net pot, indicating healthy and robust development. Both plants are progressing as expected, with no significant issues to report. The steady growth and absence of complications suggest that the conditions in my indoor setup are well-tuned to the needs of Epic Buzz. The images captured this week show that the roots are not only healthy but thriving. They have begun to colonize the net pot, which is a strong indicator of the plant's potential for nutrient uptake and overall growth. With the transplant successful and the roots establishing themselves, I'm keen to see how the increased space and resources will accelerate growth. I expect that the coming week will bring even more visible progress as the plants continue to mature. Watching the Epic Buzz seedlings transition smoothly into the vegetative phase is both rewarding and exhilarating. The absence of any noteworthy problems speaks volumes. Into week 6, biggest plant which seems a week or 2 ahead of others is paling a lot on bigger top leaves. Foliage under still green. Lights are a fair distance, all 3 on same feed no issues till now. Not sure if just the buds draining or not. Have started pk13/14. 2 smaller have some catching up to do. Hopefully home stretch, I wanted to be harvesting all together but don't think that be happening.

Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week!
