Not sure if i want to top her or not. I might be forced to if she gets out of control. She sure is magical and so easy to grow. Not need much attention right now I'm just letting her do her thing! I have learned that if you leave them alone instead of being overbearing they will surprise you!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Week 1 Dance Monkey Week 2 Gotye Week 3 AC/DC Week 4 INXS Week 5 Dire straits Week 6 Yothu yindi and Midnight oil Week 7 Divinyls Week 8 Was Request week where I asked growers to pick and because only 3 growers put in a request I decided to choose all three which were Kylie Minogue , Flume & Airbourne Week 9 Paul Kelly Week 10 Daddy Cool Week 11 Cold chisel Week 12 Jimmy Barnes Week 13 The Angels Week 14 Crowded House Hoodoo gurus Mental as Anything Week 15 Empire of the sun Big Pig , Silverchair , Peking duk Grinspoon , Hilltop hoods and the White stripes And Finally for the last lot of music videos I have chosen another multi list bonanza of Aussie Music with the artist/s name and Youtube link below. So in no particular order here are my last choices for this Diary its been a fun grow with a steep learning curve. John Williamson True Blue https://youtu.be/ceWKrsJX9N4 Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue Where the wild roses grow https://youtu.be/lDpnjE1LUvE John Farnham Your the Voice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbkOZTSvrHs Powderfinger Pick you up https://youtu.be/4Ha-dtNXTM8 Slim Dusty Pub with no beer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E0aZ387M_I Men At Work Down Under https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfR9iY5y94s Icehouse Great southern land https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mkidP2OUCk Before I go I'd like to thank all of you who read & like my diary updateseach week you are all awesome!! Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Blue cheese Auto from Royal queen seeds will turn out. Blue Cheese automatic cannabis seeds are a cross of Blueberry Automatic and Cheese Automatic that has been perfected over five years of breeding and careful selection. The result is a feminized, autoflowering strain with superior yield, flavor, and effects to either of its distinguished parent strains. THC: 16% CBD: Low Yield Indoor : 325 - 375 gr/m2 Yield Outdoor: 60 - 110 gr/plant Height Indoor: 40 - 70 cm Height Outdoor: 60 - 110 cm Flowering: 7 - 8 weeks Harvest month: 9-10 weeks after planting Genetic Background: Blueberry x Cheese x Ruderalis Type: Sa 35% In 40% Ru 25% Effect: Cerebral and uplifting Climate: Mild .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. 2017-09-11. Came back on New Years Day to be greeted by plentiful crystal laden flowers and incredibly nice terpene smell. Very glad they did well through the 12 day dry spell, now they can be watered good and well till harvest. One last minor defoliation, then I’ll stick to tying leaves out of the way. Also will begin incorporating the uvb bulbs for about 3 hrs on per light cycle, at about 12” distance from each plant. Cheers all SideNote: I’ve just obtained a load of new seeds from about a dozen strains I chose for high levels of thc, yield, flavor, and overall quality genetics so expect some good things to come from my page within the next few months. Thanks for looking

High Level From Eva Seeds 13 weeks of Veg completed 13th of Jan 2020 So last week was aproximately the Half Way mark for this Grow and Ive started to prepare for the Flowering stage by adding support lines (plant yo-yo's) to the Branches. Both plants are looking good and I fed them both a feed of some of the DR Greenthumbs "High tea" that I brewed up over the last 24 hours. At the month of this Month (Jan) I'll start to add the Dr Greenthumbs Bud & Bloom soil Booster that is part of the Full "Super Soil" Kit. I'm hoping for a Good haul off these two girls , especially plant 1 so I need to provide all the energy I can to the Girls during the Flowering stage. Thanks for stopping by and I'll be back next week. 👍

*Note: The wattage listed was incorrect. I used a 360w UnitFarm LED for this grow so the gram per watt figure will be inaccurate. Thank you 😎🙏 🏆FastBuds California Snow🏆 My Setup: Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with de-chlorinated water with SuperThrive added then ph'd to 6.0 @ 80℉ where it took 3 days for her to break ground. Grown 100% organic in 4g fabric pot by Gronest filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with (my 'Secret Recipe): 2tbs/g of Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g of Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Bat Guano, 3/4 cup of Down To Earth Azomite and 1 tsp/g Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal. 24hr light cycle during Germination / 19/5 light cycle for the remainder of the run under UnitFarm's UF-4000 and UFS3000 LED's which I have to say just blew me away with the results they gave!!! If you're on a budget and want a light that is about as low profile and cool running as they get you really need to check out UnitFarms lights. Believe me... I run a pair of HLG 650R's and a HLG 225 in my 4x8 so I'm no stranger to 'high end' lights but lemme tell ya, these two UnitFarm lights absolutely blowup my 4x4 and don't overheat the tent! She received straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's for the entire grow which is one of the beauty's of growing 100% organic, you establish a microbial colony in your medium, then feed the microbes every 3-4 weeks keeping them fat and happy... They, in turn, through their life processes take care of feeding the plant. Pretty freaking cool if I may say so, and there's no simpler way to grow IMHO. This Cali Snow's structure was perfect didn't require me to top or LST this plant, only tucking shade leaves that were blocking light penetration. She grew tall with wide node spacing allowing for excellent light penetration making her a growers dream, low maintenance, extremely tolerant of temperatures and disease/pests ) and a healthy yield of some FANTASTIC smoke...What more could you ask for? 😍💖 All in all, this strain has made it's way onto my 'list' and you'll be seeing it run again by me for sure as she's a hard one to stay away from! I highly recommend this one... Go grab some and put a huge smile on your face too! 😁

Hello my grower friends. As @xii_xii_mrgreen suggested me, I am sharing with you the recipe for Marrakech butter. It's cannabis butter made with all the leftover waist, curing, and leftover grinders. Each time a leaf is filled with resin, I put it aside. After a few sessions, I have enough to make ganja butter. For this tour there are cultural leftovers loaded with THC and almost as much CBD. It is also a good technique to fully use plants grown outdoors that have more leaves than indoors. Ingredients and utensils I live in an area that produces a lot of butter. I chose the best: echiré butter. https://www. echirelebeurredefrance. fr/ I saw some at Harrods, KDW and Corte Ingles. I only visit the top floor of these stores. Otherwise, choose a good, greasy, yellow butter. Gauze or compresses filter the mixture finely so as not to find small pieces of grass in the butter. This recipe is only valid for real butter and does not work with vegetable butter. Preparation Before rolling the recipe you can boil your ganja for 5 minutes to “clean” it if it is dusty. It must then be dried for at least 2 days. I do not do this so as not to degrade the good stuff and when cooling the impurities remain at the bottom in the juice, the butter is on top. Recipe THC and CBD are activated by decarboxylating ganja. You have to put everything in the grinder first, there are other faster techniques, but the grinder produces a fine cut. I used a bigger one than in the photo. Place everything on a wire rack with baking paper for 40 minutes at 110°C in the oven. It smells great, watch out for your neighbors. At this stage you can set some aside to season your pizza. Estimate the quantity compared to what you put into a hit. It is not necessarily a good idea to put it in a simmering dish because it changes the taste a lot. I melt 4 times the weight of the butter leaves in 4 times the weight of the butter in water. So here for 35g of leaves I melt 140g rounded to 150g of butter in 600g of water in a stainless steel saucepan. Heat until the butter. Add the leaves and mix gently. Cover a tiny amount of broth. The water stays below and should not completely evaporate. This is very important otherwise the butter or the leaves are burnt. It is necessary that the grease begins to isolate on the surface. It takes between 2 am and 3 am. It smells much less good than in the oven and disgusting, which is why I do not recommend putting it in stewed dishes. Allow to cool to room temperature. When the soup is lukewarm it must be filtered. To facilitate demolding, I recommend that you put plastic film at the bottom of a fully concave bowl, put gauze or compresses to refine the filtration. It's also easier to press the rest of the leaves. The fats will float on the cooking juices. When the bowl is cold, put it in the fridge. The next day unmold. I got 92g of Marrakech butter. Potency should be tested on an empty stomach and adjusted in small quantities every hour. Use Butter is ready and can be consumed immediately. It is perfectly digestible but the taste is not very good. In the form of butter, the best is to spread it on bread with a slice of smoked salmon on top, a few drops of lemon and serve a glass of chablis. Very good also spread on bread to accompany oysters. Probably its green, grassy taste is reminiscent of seaweed. It loses some of its flavor mixed with chocolate and spread. You can melt a little bit of it in the tomato sauce of your pasta or the soysauce of your rice especially if you eat fish: soysauce water nuoc mam 30 seconds in the microwave, melt only after a little butter in the hot sauce and pour over your rice. You can use it in all hot or cold culinary preparations in place of regular butter if you don't use it all, cut it into individually wrapped portions in cling film and put all of these portions in a freezer bag in the freezer. It holds up very well. Tell me if it is not clear, I will make as many changes to adapt the translation. Bon appetit. M assisted by Mister Z.

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/2- Eight weeks since breaking ground and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is really starting to get going now despite our extremely hot and humid weather. The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering continues. 7/4- 🎉HAPPY 4th of JULY!🎉 The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo has taken the heat like a champ and is transforming into a very LARGE and beautiful lady! She's over 5 feet tall now and is stretching! She has maintained excellent vigor, color and has shown great resistance to pests and other stressors! 7/6- Yesterday we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod approx. 3g of water from the well, via garden hose.🌱🚿. 7/8- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and today, after watering her with 5g of well water, I gave her a good going over, looking at all the leaves topside and underneath and removing any leaves that were either yellowing or had other issues. Well folks, Week Eight is a wrap and the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds is going strong! See ya next week! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! 💚Growers Love!💚😎🙏
