~ GG4 SHERBET FAST FLOWER by FastBuds ~
Well fam, here we go again with another epic strain from FastBuds Fast Flowering stable. After having such tremendous success growing their Gorilla Cookies Fast Flower outdoors last year, I've decided to run another of their fast flowering strains outdoors this year... GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower!
The best description of this awesome cultivar comes directly from my friends at FastBuds which is as follows:
"Bred from extremely potent and flavorful Gorilla Glue and Orange Sherbet genetics, GG4 Sherbet FF (Fast-Flowering) takes all the best traits to the next level, offering a high-yielding strain that can produce up to 600 g/m2 in a 7-week flowering time. The Setup:
This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower indoors as our weather is still too cold to put her outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 30's℉).
The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚

Weekly Updates:
9/4- Here we go into Week 6 of flower for this epic GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower from FastBuds and she is on fire!🔥 I'm praying that our weather stays cool and dry for as long as possible for this gorgeous lady!
9/6- I have switched my watering schedule to mornings now with the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower, I want to do whatever I can to keep the nighttime moisture levels as low as possible in order to help prevent mold from forming on the flowers as they are huge and dense. I am also checking her trichomes every other day to try to dial in the ideal time to harvest her.
9/8- I'm continuing to water in the mornings on days that we do not get any substantial rain with well water via the garden hose. Today I went through the plant and removed as many old dead leaves as I could along with any shade leaves that were yellow.
9/10- I checked the GG4 Sherbet FF's trichomes today and they are getting very close, and I anticipate that she will be ready in the next few days!
There's another week of flowering done for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she is just about ready to be harvested which will, from the looks of her trichomes, will be in the next 4-5 days... I'm so excited!🤩

Week 2 is in the books for the Blueberry Pie! She's done stretching it seems and is now gonna start to pack on the weight. I'm really excited to see how this strain flowers. I defoliated a ton so theres plenty of light penetration throughout the canopy. Tons of buds sights even through I wasn't able to trellis this grow. Going for quality not quantity this time. Staying on the light side with the nutrients. These next few weeks will be fun to watch and see the progress.

Haven’t changed the reservoir this week yet.
A few burnt tips on Northern Lights #2, will probably go a little lighter on nutes next feed - she’s definitely more sensitive to them than the other ones.
Overall great looking girls and nice growth.
The #2’s are higher than the #1’s, nodes developing nicely and the scrog is definitely helping with lateral growth as well.

Mixed a new reservoir with roughly 19L, at around 70% strength.
pH 6.0 and EC 1.1
Humidity has risen a bit, so I installed the dehumidifier again.
Apparently the tip burning has stopped, or at least slowed, which is good.
#1’s are at around 25cm height, while #2’s are around 40cm height.

Did another defoliation session as the girls really needed it. Cleaned a lot of the big fan leaves, airflow and light penetration is way better now.
A few hours after and they’re super happy again.

Transplanted it to another pot as it seemed to slow down the growth of the plants.
Input 550 ppm 5.5 ph
Output 560 ppm 5.7
Topping! Solutions down 100 ppm
Input 400 ppm
Output 600 ppm 5.5 ph.
after topping, the plants stopped a little, the yield from the substrate also changed

So finally topping time has arrived she’s been topped and so far doesn’t show signs of care just keep growing ,big difference from last week getting bigger day by day now

So she got the chop 2 weeks prior to what I wanted, but I did not lollipop enough doing this Scrog and suffered high humidity, lack of airflow and as a result lost 4 tops... Out of 16 big ones.
But I have harvest, wet trimmed and left to hang dry in a room on clothes drier. Room circulation fan on low, and temp is 22c with 51% humidity.
Aiming for a 10day dry it maybe sooner. Then we will smoke test and cure then re test 🙌💚

Всем привет. Шоколадка развивается, толстеет, покрывается липкими трихомами. Самая сахарная и ароматная дама в саду. Цветёт она примерно 2 недели. Пнреодичнски убираю часть листьев, которые закрывают шишки.06. 04.20 я производил дефолиацию, обнаружил сдвоенную шишку, полиплодия. Очень красиво, необычно и впечатляюще🤗

Hello Growmies,
As we wrap up the first week of vegetation for our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrid by Zamnesia, we've observed that despite being a mere seven days behind, these plants are making their mark with remarkable uniformity. They might be smaller compared to their peers, but they're growing with a precision that speaks to their strong genetics.
Their identical appearances aren't just skin deep; from their symmetrical leaf patterns to their sturdy little stems, it's as if they were meticulously 'copied and pasted'. Their compact nature is a characteristic of their breed, suggesting a deliberate breeding choice for a smaller, more manageable plant.
The same attentive care provided to their companions in the tent—comprising the Orca, Rhizotonic, and pH-ed water blend, administered every three days—has been extended to these youngsters. And they've responded in kind, with a vibrancy that promises much for the weeks ahead.
Even in these early days, the Watermelon Candy plants are showing a resilience that bodes well for their continued development. As they embark on the second week of vegetation, we’ll be keeping an eye out for the unique traits they'll undoubtedly begin to express as they grow.

😻2nd week of flower and she's looking a little better since cutting back on nutrients..we have another Amnesia Fast in a different tent that's a little further along in the flowering stage and she's just as intolerant to nutrients...we always feed light but we're going exceptionally light with these. She's still "clawing" a little but the new growth looks to be normal..we've raised the LED a few inches to accommodate her size..she's touching each side of the tent at this point..we removed a few of the more burned and curled leaves so we can better track new growth..we think her flowering stretch is over (or at least very close), bud sites are forming fast and with really great spacing ..not too much else to report at the moment, thanks for dropping by and my husband and I thank you @Seedsman for selecting us in your 420 contest , you guys rock! 🤘🐱...much love everyone and for my U.S Growmies, have a safe Memorial Day weekend!

Stopped feeding this week. I'm pretty sure they should be ready to chop in a week or 2. I hate looking at them with my microscope so I've gotten pretty good a judging when they are finished. I love ILGM. They always come thru with solid genetics!!

Love how she looks don't know why? Just nice stacking of buds no mold issue, smelliest plant early on, and still is stinkiest. I can not wait for the first toke, to see if I made the right choice. See if it is worthy of the name (Ghost 👻 Walker)
or stay GTH X SKYWALKER #5?

semana 10 y se va de corte la primera
contento de terminar mi primer diario entero en esta plataforma
cogollos llenos de resina muy contento con la producción en 68 días desde germinación
*la planta en total creo un poco menos que el doble de lo que se corto pero fui sacándoselo de a poco antes*
ahora solo queda esperar secar
y las otras que vienen en camino
70.85 gramos en humedo contando tallos y una hoja de viento por rama
espero marcar unos 15 en solo cogollos y ya secos
LST en las dos ramas principales de una de las que viene siguiente muy compacta
en lo personal me gustan los cogollos con casi nada de hoja (de esto dependerá cuanto raspe en la garganta)
por lo que el humo entra sin dejar ninguna molestia muy suave y sativo

The good vegging progress is noticable as my plants no more producing buds or crystals

Seems like Pheno 1 has better structure and growing alot faster
Pheno 2 started to slow slight fade on the lower leaves

D50/FD22 - Right, water change day (Evening). Right and proper f**ked off with the light doing me over (See D49/FD21 Comment for that epic story!!!). Where stretch had stopped (I thought), plants are back in the lights AGAIN!!! Blaming the light giving a near 24hour session and some other broken sessions of light over the last 48 hours!!! So had to pull out the extraction as getting LED burn on leaves that are touching! Blowing through the Carbon Filter and can't really smell anything so that's not bad. Everything a wee bit noisier with the fan not being muffled in the tent but need the space and got around a foot. Not prefiltering the fan as I have the new Cloudline to go in for next grow. Hopefully they grow no more and its all thickening buds from here so as I have space for the UVB in there in a week or 2!
Slight change in feed. Dropped the roots booster as Wilma can't take any more...its full!!! Dunno how I am still getting 50L of water in there!!! Added PK9/18 (At half strength). Should probs drop the calmag (Or Kind Base down a bit) to drop nitrogen but am still seeing some copper spots here and there that looks like wee calcium deficiencies (Not much, but its there) - I do have some BioBizz CalMag (Which is Nitrogen Free) but it leaves the tank stinking with precipitate and dirties the roots.
Think this is the 1st grow I have had where all the stems staying green so plants generally healthy.
Cherry Pie still not budding up as quickly or as thickly as the Red hot Cookies but looks like its maybe running only a couple of days behind in growth so no biggie. Few weeks left for it to catch up and surprise me at the end! 😁
Now just to make sure I see no signs of re-veg...as per the D49/FD21 comment, I'll be scowling at GeekLight this week. Digital Timer in there now to ensure no bleed through - power gets hard cut like old times. Unfortunately though, when the light comes on via power-on (and not app timer mode), UV & IR comes on too so have a timer set to stop it after 1 min (Its about all the app being used for now!!! Apart from turning on my IV at midnight for 4 hours - which is, I have just seen, still working).

It has been water only this week. The plants have pulled the chlorophyll from the leaves and in turn I have pulled the spent leaves.
I will harvest the plants during this next week. The back right plant has finished fully but the front left plant could probably go another 10 days. So 5 more days seems like a fair compromise.
These plants come from mix pack auto seeds. I have no idea what they are. However I took lower buds off the plants and put them in my dry herb vaporiser. 100 degrees Celsius to remove the moisture, then I vaped the buds at 180 degrees Celsius.
The back right plant smells like grapefruit and tastes like grapefruit with a fizz. It gives me a pleasant stoney effect. The buds feel sticky and gritty on the fingers. I’m calling it a Paloma cocktail.
The front left plant smells like orange juice and tastes like orange juice with a creamy finish. It gives me an uplifting energetic effect. The buds also feel sticky and gritty on the fingers, no grease. I’m calling it a OJ crème.
The seeds I spotted on the back right plant look fairly immature, so not really an issue. Therefore I recommend the mix pack auto seeds, as they offer good value, especially when picked up at buy 1 get 1 promo time.
The biobizz light mix soil in conjunction with bio grow and bio bloom have been super easy to use and have really allowed the genetics to shine. I first used biobizz 6 years ago. I then went down the rabbit hole of amending my own soils and using ferments and teas. Nothing ever stays the same and so can never be replicated. I recommend using biobizz for simplicity and replication of results.
So I will chop, dry, cure and report back in a couple of weeks or so, with final dry weight and thoughts.

Another week in the books. About two more weeks to go and these ladies are looking fantastic. They have really expressed themselves in this pass week. Buds are rock solid dense I hope for a bit more bud development as far as size but if not the density definitely makes up for it. The Trichomes on each plant are becoming more and more pronounced each day. I am starting to see a fade happen olin all plant so harvest window is approaching. Aiming for day 70 ish harvest or slightly later.

Smells really good . Overall a great plant to grow. The buds are nice and dense as well . Can’t wait until it’s dried and cured . Hoping to go more than 7 days drying time .

This plant has been very easy To grow not too demanding neither in food or water respond well to training and have a very enjoyable high strong but doesn’t overwhelm you but somehow leaves you relax and happy ready to enjoy a dinner or a conversation or just have fun very good strain the colors are quite rare and unique the smells like a skunk with a fruity almost perfume smell to it very unique strain to have in your garden

Cuarta semana, ya van tomando buen tamaño en general todas las plantas, estoy aplicando los fertilizantes de Plagron combinados en el mismo riego, pronto comenzaré a subir la ventilación y cuando tengan buen tamaño las paso a flora, veremos que tal crecen!!
