Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Next Steps - Keep a close eye on how they respond to the mild dose of mineral fertilizer - Stay vigilant for pests – especially as buds develop further - Check daily for branches that need extra support and tie them up as needed That’s it for this week, folks. I am excited... I have never reay grown CBD strain, she should be 1:1 Ratio of THC and CBD 6.5% : 6.5%.... I badly want to try this medical beauty :) 31st of July 2020: Seed is in the water :) She will get 50W lamp the first week, no ventilation... 2nd of August: They are ready to be planted, one seed form Purple Punch grows slower she will be planted next time may be on Tuesday :) 2nd of August: seed is ready to be planted :) Day 3: She is out with a long "stalk" she may look for more light :) Day 4: LST is done :) Day 9; She grows nicely living LST as it can bee seen I am giving her lemon water to keep the PH down and fertilization as well.... I will create a snake plant :)

Another week of slow growth has gone by, thought I end it with another round of topping on one of the plants. I'm looking to make up for the previous grow where I didn't top at all and it produced so little, hope I don't go overboard with things :D

Day idk it’s been 3 weeks I believe. She is fox tailing like a mo fucker. She desperately needs some cal mag come. Awaiting its arrival. Super excited for her she’s frosting up nicely. She will be getting ice flushed here quickly.

Well here she is. My first Barney’s auto and I’m very impressed. Grew well, easy, lollipoped, with a great little yield. Expecting 2.5 oz but happy with 2 due to the short timing. Smells like fruity pebbles cereal. Excited to cure and will update with smoke report

Bloody Skunk has really started stacking the last week. She is very thirsty, drinking over a gallon every 2 days. The 375W COBs and 250W MARS Epistar LEDs have her budding at a feverish rate now. This is when I get excited about my grows...starting to see what you'll end up with. I kicked up the Bud Candy and started adding RAW bloom microbes to my medium. There is some slight yellowing at the very bottom fan leaves, nothing critical. The main stalk and branches are very strong and stiff, this plant could withstand a hurricane :) There will be around 15 colas on her. Should be an outstanding harvest if this keeps up. Watered yesterday with a bigger blast of nutrients and additives...trying to push the limits on her. Bud sites are filling in nicely but no frost is really there as of yet...uploaded video.

12/18 4am CANNAKAN!!!! Giving my FAST Flowers a try. A late spring early summer grow. CannaKan is my new best friend, I had a 100 per cent success rate last time!!! Ok I got it all done at 5:30 am, I set the Temp to 88 MPH or the Time Machine wont work, EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT! Marty will meet me in the parking lot at the mall, I have a great feeling about this. 11am Room temperature is 73. Heating Pad set to 88. Water temp 77.7 PERFECT!! 2:30pm blue dream is already starting to open. I think Tropicana cookies looks like she’s opening a little bit. They should all be open by tomorrow. It’s only been about nine hours.👍👍. 11:30pm They all opened. I drained the water put in new distilled water, made sure water level was right. Looks great!!!! 12/19 4am The temp looks good, all are opening nicely. I have to get the pots ready now, put on new stickers, they help identify the plants from different angles, especially in photos. Im doing a low power fast turn around grow in easy to move 1 gallon pots. They will all be topped above the 3rd node, then the bottom or 2nd to the bottom branches will be cut off to achieve a 4 cola grow. Very simple, easy to manage. 11am. 2:30pm, 5:30pm..so tired, finish in the morning. 12/20 12 am 1:30am Just finished TC & GS I had a little trouble seating GS, TC no problems, takes a while to learn. BD is still sprouting, not a long enough tail to bury yet. 9am I think im getting another CannaKan. 10am 👍👍👍 12/21 Put BD in the pot, not sure if she will go or not, I'm firing up the CannaKan and doing another, since its a photo I will keep it in Veg until my next grow cycle. I may do a full 3 gallon grow with this one and take clones, this is fun!!!! gardening, who knew? The new filter paper I got is a little thicker than what came with it takes longer to sink, more dramatic, I got medium in that blue box from amazon. 7am Tropicana Cookies is the Winner of fastest to sprout, she looks great! GS has the shell and skin, it could still fall naturally so I'll wait. BD is unchanged. Micro-surgery on TC got the skin off and she popped right open!! 12:30pm SUCCESS!!! 4 hours later, she's PERFECT, worked GREAT!!! I NEVER thought I would be able to do seed surgery. That was my 3rd time doing that, success every single time! 4pm looks good. 12/22 9am. all look great, GS is taking off VERY strong overnight, TC has taken root her main stalk is already thick!! BD #2 is almost ready. I kept BD#1 underwater too long...then I accidentally ripped her head off this morning......so really not my fault......shhhhh..... 1 pm BD looks perfect 🤩 almost ready. 330pm Did the transplant...I really need to work on that....so nervous when I do it. Im not paid for this but CannaKan is one of the best products Ive ever used. I need lots of practice planting the radicles ...""In botany, the radicle is the first part of a seedling (a growing plant embryo) to emerge from the seed during the process of germination. The radicle is the embryonic root of the plant, and grows downward in the soil (the shoot emerges from the plumule)""..... I had to look radicle up... It makes a complete difference, I dont lose seeds now It just a million times easier using CannaKan.

8/12 day 64 plants in smaller pots suffer a bit from nutrient deficiency. Living soil seems to fit better in large setups, anyways they will be feeded with tap water only until i chop them.

🎢 Growing this strain was a "ride". 🌲 It was perfect size wise, but autoflower was something I definitely shouldn't have gotten, but the photoperiodic one. Next time I know! 💪 The strain was super resistant to some of the heat-watering stress I was causing it to withstand. Of course that probably resulted in the final product. 👅 Can't wait to taste the final product after cure.

Overall this was a fun grow! It was supposed to be a mini SOG with other 1 gallon autos, but they didn't make it unfortunately, so had to make the best of it! Happy I kept going cause I was extremely happy go grow such a beautiful pheno. By far the deepest purple colours I've ever seen on any plant. Just hope I'll see it again :) .. anyway, not a bad yield for a one gallon grow! 60 grams of bud and another 18 of larf and shake. Time to cure and enjoy 😎

I've had some trouble since transplanting. Seemed to be either, root rot or perhaps a potassium deficiency issue. The leaves were all yellowing from the outside moving in, starting on the lower leaves, growth didn't stop though. Anyway, I watered with natural liquid-based fertilizer and it seemed to have corrected itself.

she continues her process of fattening her buds ... nothing to say about her ... she continues to be fed organically 100% we will see how she behaves now that autumn is not very cold in this sector with a maximum of 21 and a minimum of about 16 ... she continues with her smell of pine. wild and mint ... happy for his progress and to have patience ....
