This was a very stressful week as there were too many variables at play all at once; even my camera refused to cooperate for the first few days. The freshly transferred plants were starting to droop and I was unsure if it was transplant shock, nutrient burn, or because of the incomplete grow tent. My first batch of nutrients were mixed into a gallon bottle and was weighed by a friend using his scale; this set was enough to last weeks. For this new batch however, I didn't have my scale and used the table spoon as my measuring tool; needless to say when my TDS meter finally arrived, both runoff and the remainder of the mixed nutrients read 2800. Fortunately my light setup seemed to be inefficient still and the plants weren't drawing much nutrients and only ended up with a very light burn on the older growth. All pots were flushed back to recommend levels and the light lowered until the lux values read appropriate. This week ends my daily comments and I'll stick to this end of the week format going forward.

Heat wave is over. Fat banana coming along nicely now, still getting fat. Purple/blue hue to the tips of some of her caylax’s. Her buds are glistening, without any camera flash. Her smell is pure bliss, can’t put an exact description on it, but tropical comes to mind. Just waiting to see those hairs recede some more and a little fade. This week was bright and warm. The fan leaves started to turn purple, I added a bit of Bio-Grow to help it last until the harvest. The trichomes are cloudy overall. Next week will be the harvest 😎

Harvest day 68 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. First of all I would like to compliment Green House for this genetics. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals 👍. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report. First of all, Big thank you to the Super Sativa Seed Club for allowing me to Compete in the autoflower contest and providing the seeds. Day 1- Placed into water, leaving in warm dark place for 24-48hrs. Day 2 - seed sank, now decided to place in paper towel, in a bag in the cupboard. Will wait 24 hrs for tap root to emerge and to 2-3cm this time. Day 3- Tap root emerged about 1-2cm. I have transplanted to final 3gal fabric pot. I have used, 60% canna terra pro plus, 30%perlite and 10% canna terra potting mix. The potting mix I use only as a transplant medium within its final container, just to allow around the seed a better chance for roots to develop as I found just using terrapro plus they struggle to establish because of how rich it is. After planting I gave a light pH water only and covered with jug. I find this helps retain humidity on the little seedlings. Day 5 - seedling emerged from soil, a very happy, healthy seed to pop so far 😁✌️ Day 6- Showing fast growth for this little auto, she is definitely designed for a race 🤣 still only water pH balanced.
