Grow Report Week 10: The Beginning of the Flowering Phase Hello dear grow community, We have entered an exciting phase: the first week of flowering is over, and the plants have fought their way to the light. It’s a time of growth and change, and I’m here to report the latest from my grow room. The Flowering Phase The switch to a 12-hour light cycle has begun, and the plants have adapted well to the new routine. Except for the Banana variety, all have overcome the net. The Banana is a bit behind, but I remain optimistic and hope it will catch up soon. My space is increasingly filling up, and the health of all plants makes me very positive. Temperature Control Thanks to the TrolMaster controller, the temperatures remain constant at 25 degrees during the day and 22 degrees at night. The simulation of sunrise and sunset also seems to have a positive effect on the development of the plants. Stretching and Defoliation I hope the stretching continues for another two weeks so that all plants get enough light. After this phase, I plan to defoliate the plants finally. Fertilization I continue to follow the scheme when fertilizing, paying particular attention to the dosage of Cal/Mag and adjusting it as needed. Aug 24: Cheese is doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: gave the plants another lazy compost tea. I was holding off for a couple weeks to avoid giving them too much N. Aug 28: defoliated some inner branches that were crowding things.

It’s day 27 from seed for all the plants in the photo sea of green. Let’s call it the battle of the strains summer 2025. All of the plants are starting to have visible differences. I’m already starting to tell which plants are more sensitive than others.

Flowering full throttle. Tested a 1:4 alcohol/water foliar on two smaller plants. killed bugs instantly, hoping it knocks out some budrot . no significant leaf damage from the spray yet 24hrs on so i may have found a nice spray during early flowering. Will run a string of lights and begin second grow that will extend into December

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. I'm going to be shooting for 1gram per watt on the next run. ----------------------------------------------------------- FINAL THOUGHTS ----------------------------------------------------------- DarkOwl is the best autoflower I've grown yet. Started with new fertilizer, just to end the cycle. Concentration of 1200 ppm Some leaves degradation can be seen. Watering has intensified. Flushed both with 5 liters of tap water.

Week 12 done and dusted!! Week 4 of flower!! 🌸 There's been some more movement and stretching and the canopy has now taken shape and the top bud sites are positioned, developing and ready for the post stretch period. The home straight isn't far away now!! 🌱🌲 Just top dressed them with some mycoboost then next week I'll start with the Bloom2 and I'll probably add some guano as an extra boost!! 🦇 May give them one last defoliation next week to clear some of the fan leaves!! ✂️ Catch you next week for another update!! 🍋🍇🤙

Cut screen down now as all stems hardened and in place. Had a good shuffle around and as the Dos Si Dos 33 height was taking over the rest ive raised my lights and put the other 3 on top of boxes to raise up more level. Really pleased with everything, had to do a little late trimming as plants are all so bushy but now everything set for them to just grow freely untouched. Starting to fatten up and got plenty of top bud sights fingers crossed in for a good yeild and so far the quality is there. This Purple Punch has come on really well and is showing no issues and looks to be really healthy and strong

Love this 1st grow. Even though its small. Hope I got good weight out of this. Smells great whenever I open my cupboard. Cant wait for my next grow green gelato auto. 😁

This is my third attempt at my first successful grow, my two initial tries failed from not being aware of needing to add CalMag to RO water and was using Coco... Either way, germination began April 2nd using the paper towel method and bottled spring water, tap roots were long enough to be planted by the 4th. Planted the Blueberry into a solo cup with just Happy Frog, and the Wedding Cake Auto into a 5 gallon fabric pot with mostly Ocean Forest but a solo cup sized amount of Happy Frog were I planted the seed just to get it started without nute burning the seedling. After planting the seeds into the soil I watered each with about 20 mL daily of RO water with around 200ppm's of CalMag and they're doing great.

First time grower - Day 3 - Seedling Stage Unknown strain, hopefully its a female Light meter currently reads 101 lux x100 Should I give it more lighting or put it closer to the plant? Using roots organic soil, should I prepare for nutrient feeding after week 1? And if yes, what nutrients should I feed them?

Well what can I say. I messed up big time with this one. The grow was scheduled to finish around day 100 and 3 out the 4 plants where done by then. Due to over stressing this one and over watering I completely messed it up. Trying to keep her going past the day 100 mark was a mistake because I have only got a small quantity for hash. Lesson learned on this one.

Getting better day by day, we did try to correct a small calmag issue which was observed last week, but not really a big deal as we are already started to provide bloom nutrients, at the moment the girls are doing great under the TS1000 😃🤗

The plants have been on cruise control 🛳️ so far and they’re loving every second of it! Despite all of them being popped around the same time, I can see the purple lemonade finishing up much faster than the lsd-25’s. No deficiencies to my eyes, slowly plumping up day by day 🤘

what can I say over 7 ft tall now which is impressive in this drought with only the pittance of water I've been giving them once a week. Just goes to show you that my water conservation techniques work. They are both starting to smell like a hint of chocolate and peanut butter. Can't wait to see how these ones smoke. They are also into full pre flower and should be in full flower by next weekend.
