Week 3 for the solo is officially complete. She's been growing with no trouble. Root development has been excellent. As you can see, I decided to mainline. Seeing as she's in a solo cup, I'm not too worried about stunting. I'm horrible at measuring the water intake, but the cup needs to be watered daily. It's as lite as a feather everyday.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil to be spread evenly on top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 88°F. We had on and off rain and thunderstorms throughout the day. The rain took care of the watering. The #1 and #2 plant responded well to defoliation and treatment. The #3 plant will have some more leaves stripped and everyone will get treated with Growers Ally again tomorrow. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 94°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons from the well. I treated these again with Growers Ally fungicide. The warmer nights, blazing sun, and this fungicide have really cleared up that powdery mildew. They've also decided to go all in on flowering. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94° with sunny skies. Heat index was over a hundred. It was super hot today. I watered twice about 8 gallons total. Everything looked good after treatment. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 95 and partly cloudy skies. I watered twice about 4-5 gallons each time with well water. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 91°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered twice today 4-5 gallons each pot, each time. The #3 plant is still having some pm on a few of the lower leaves. The other two look great after treatment. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 88°F with sunny skies. I watered 5-6 gallons each pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 93°F with sunny clear skies. I watered 4-5 gallons each pot twice, from the well. This week was a success. The girls survived the powdery mildew outbreak. The Growers Ally worked great. They're continuing to grow tall. I can get my tape up there, but they're so tall I can't reach it with my step ladder to take the pictures. The super hot weather this last week just turned them on. They are loving it.

I think she was locking out nutrients or something. She has stayed very dark, and it was taking a long time for her to mature. But now that she is being flushed, she's filling in and growing nicely. Very resinous and looks like she's gonna be dense

They are very ugly right now but they will grow in to beautiful plants! ____________________________________________ I got them moved into the bigger tent! Between that and them settling in, I've seen explosive growth in the last 24hrs! Its nerve racking getting these girls going! I def dont think they liked the spray bottle! But they are zooming along now! I think I've been to overzelous with damp coco and to much water. in the future i will be a bit more withholding! Make em a bit thirsty at least haha! ___________________________________________ Did all that I hoped they would do this week! Going into week 2 very strong!!!!

To get higher temperatures I placed the growbox near the radiator, dimmer still at 25%, boiled tap water also this week, this guaranteed me an ideal for the beginning, from now on I will use mountain water which will allow me to use less fertilizer.

3rd week ... life goes on ... leaves come out ... branches grow ... what else? ☕️😂😂😂 Period : 05/04 - 11/04/25 DIARIE: A small word about my growing equipment (pic 1): - I use two 9.2L airpots (yellow base) that I modify by cutting the first three levels of the top plastic extensions inside in order to install the FloraFlex caps that fit perfectly. The bases are placed at the very bottom to stay around 9L. - Under the airpots, there are under-pots with a drainage tray of about 400 ml. It's practical but very insufficient, I would replace them with a drainage system made by myself like the FloraFlex PotPro Platform (Not found in my country 😭). - I put a scale under the under-pots. I had this idea when I started growing again. For me it's incredibly effective! I have a reference weight and I weigh it "before" and "after" watering, as well as daily, so I know when to water. I press the pots and the scales light up. Perfect watering when it's needed!!! Other information : - Watering volume per plant : 600 ml - Ro water : EC 0.0 & PH 5.8 - Light : Dimmer 60 % - PPFD : 350 - No PH check 🐍Day 1 : My 2 "girls" continue to develop well 🌿 🐍Day 2 : The plants are growing very well. 1st watering. 🐍Day 3 : I'm really happy with the progress of my two BBGs! The branches are growing but, for me, are not yet long enough to start LST. 🐍Day 4 : Dim. : 80% - PPFD: 390 - I fixed the Floraflex on the airpots (Hot glue, easy to remove) so that the caps do not lift with the attachment of the branches during the LST. 2nd watering. 🐍Day 5 : Installing a 6" Mars Hydro oscillating fan, my little Winflex fans, as old as the grow tent, are dying. 🐍Day 6 : Some photos and short vidéos. 3rd and last watering for this week. 🐍Day 7 : PPFD : 430 - Changing the sprinklers. The black clips allow you to plug two of the three holes and also make removing easier. Installation of the "Gravity Dripper" allows for much slower watering, at 2 cm in the grow medium. Start of LST... A big thank you if you come to see my diarie, smoke lots of good weed but don't forget, in reality, man doesn't fly! 😂😂😂

📁 Folder #10 — Sour Diesel Week 2 Veg | 18/6 Light Cycle This Sour Diesel is moving exactly as she should — slowly, steadily, and with confidence. No rush, no stress, just healthy foundational growth. She is currently in early vegetative development, working through her 3rd to 4th pair of true leaves, with compact internodal spacing and well-formed foliage. Structure is clean, leaves are vibrant, and overall posture tells me she’s comfortable in her environment. This plant is not meant to be pushed — she’s meant to be understood. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Status • Stage: Week 2 Vegetative Growth • Light Cycle: 18/6 • Height: ~10 cm • Leaf Development: 3rd → 4th pair forming • Growth Pace: Slow and steady (as expected) She’s building roots and structure first — exactly what we want at this stage. ⸻ 💡 Lighting & Environment • PPFD: ~400 µmol/m²/s • Distance to Light: ~1.75–1.80 m • Why this PPFD: At this stage, the goal is root development and node stacking, not vertical stretch. Lower PPFD encourages calm, efficient photosynthesis without stress or unnecessary elongation. 🌡️ Temperature & Humidity • Day: ~28°C • Night: ~18°C • Relative Humidity: ~75% This VPD range keeps transpiration active while allowing roots to work efficiently. ⸻ 💧 Irrigation & Substrate • Water Uptake: ~0.3 L per 24h • Solution pH: 6.0 • EC: 1.0 • Solution Temp: ~21°C • Substrate Temp: ~22°C Watering is steady and predictable — a very good sign at this stage. ⸻ Nutrition Program (and WHY) All inputs are chosen for root health, microbial activity, and long-term vigor, not speed. Root & Growth Support • Plagron Terra Grow — 2.5 ml/L Primary vegetative base nutrient, providing balanced NPK for controlled leaf and stem development. • Power Roots — 1 ml/L Stimulates root mass, lateral branching, and early nutrient uptake efficiency. • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L Breaks down dead organic material, improves substrate oxygenation, and keeps the root zone clean and active. • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L Early metabolic support, helping enzyme activity and setting the stage for later terpene expression. 🌿 Foliar Application • Vita Race — 2.5 ml/L (foliar spray) Applied generously — real showers, not misting. This boosts chlorophyll production, trace element uptake, and overall leaf vitality during early veg. ⸻ 🧠 Expectations (and what NOT to expect) What to expect: • Compact structure • Strong leaf posture • Slow but healthy node development • Root-driven growth What NOT to expect (and that’s okay): • Explosive vertical growth • Stretch • Large water consumption • High PPFD tolerance (yet) This phase is about foundation, not performance. ⸻ 🌬️ Final Thoughts — The Legend Herself Sour Diesel is not a strain you rush. She rewards patience, consistency, and restraint. Everything about this week confirms that she is: • Comfortable • Stable • Responding correctly No adjustments needed. No pressure applied. We let her do what legends do — build quietly before they speak loudly. On to Week 3. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Since my last grow i have a problem with powdery mildew... So on veg. i just spray Sulfur and worked fine... (the smell is terrible....) now i am in flower and found the mildew again... i try a new mixture: dry common horsetail 1 onion 1 garlic cook that for around 1 hour. Then i flux it 1:5 with water. The smell is not so bad and just for 2 days. The leaf and flower not change color or smell. Hopefully it works! i will spray that now every week. Update: Flower Day 20 I start with the Top dressing on all Plants. They start to frost. The powdery mildew spreads :'( i dont know what else i can do?! i spray again!

Growth is exponential now. I had to install poles to stabilize several plants, some were tilting. It seems as if they grew so fast they were leaning over. I have topped them several more times and removed some of the inner wasteful branches.

Sticky sticky and smelly smelly, can't say much more. Buds are densing up quite nicely and theres a lot o resin production. I always find the strain names quite dumb, but this actually has hints of coke in it's smell. Very sweet and fresh. I raised the EC to 0.95 considering my water was on 0.25, so plus 0.7 of nutrients and the light is at 100%, putting roughly 750 ppf average. See you guys next week and good grows.

Devo aumentar? Dia 24 apareceram os primeiros pistilos. 🌱

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I apologise for the late updates, what you see on the photograph is what i found growing after my 5 day Christmas absence. i actually took the photographs on the day of my 41 birthday. During this time the four plants drank a lot of water that nobody was refilling, normally it was ok, this time though when i came beck the ph was at 5.6 after i replenished the missing water it jumpted to only 5.8. It happened first time to me so i thought "give it a couple of days girls will drink and the replenished fresh water with PH of 7.4 will up my reservoir", Unfortunately it was a bad choice, plants started to drink less and less every passing day, so at this week end started adding PH+ (first time since a long time, my PH+ bottle was bought in 2015 ;) During the week only added PH+ and PK 13-14. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 550W. This whole grow's main sponsor is Spider Farmer. You can easily obtain all the great grow equipment we use at: spider-farmer.com A big thank you to Jessie and the whole Spider Farmer crew for supporting me with the newest technological advancements in horticulture. Thanks to them what i do here is possible.
