What happened to the Purple Kosher? It grew several bananas and since I don't want to throw it away, I tried to cut off every banana I could find. For two days now it didn't grow more bananas, but it feels like the booster dosis was wasted on banana growth :( The Lemon Mandarin is going really strong with thick buds for this flowerday and it smells really strong like mandarins. Almost like you peeled one inside the tent. The Bruised Banana has a soft, fruity smell and the Papaya Sherbert probably takes 1 - 2 weeks more than the other 3 plants. Fertilizers were 1 g of Pflanzengeflüster on 10 L Plant Booster 3g on 10 L Weedtamine 10g on 10 Liters

8/17 Week 5 Flipping Lights set to 11-13 for the first few days then 12-12 Nuets will transition accordingly Reducing feeds to once a day during the switch Intro Cocotek Bloom a/b at 5ml/gal each Reduce Grow to 10ml/g each Next feed half and half 8/19 Switching to 12-12 from 11-13 think its done its work changes are afoot 8/20 Colas forming quickly may have to flip the week to Flower, lets hope so 😉 They getting a dose of Kangaroots 5ml/g and Fish Shit 2ml/g at intervals during transition purely as plants seem to need. Pics tonight 8/21 Not there entirely yet but wont be long at all Vertical growth has picked up strongly, 2" in 3 days, though I really wont call it stretch yet Continued light defoliation keeping center clear Nuets as is for now Took two cuttings from her for cloning before she is into hard flower. Bring the total to six, so far so good

Mango Kush – Week 1 Flower (Week 5 from Seed) Stretch, sibling rivalry, and fine-tuning the environment Grower: Dog Doctor Strain: Mango Kush – Pheno #1 & Pheno #2 Light Systems: • ThinkGrow Model One LED (main canopy) • ThinkGrow ICL300 (inner canopy lighting) • Black Series 600W LED (shared space) Ecosystem: TrolMaster-controlled, partially hand-watered ⸻ 🌸 First Week Flower – Stretch Mode Engaged We’ve flipped the Mango Kush girls into flower, and while there are still no visible pre-flowers yet, the stretch has begun. • Pheno #1: Already tall and well-structured, pushing into her 8th–9th node with strong lateral branching. • Pheno #2: Started later, but is rapidly catching up—shorter internodes, lush leaves, and a determination to match her sister in size before flowers set. 📸 Both got a full studio photo session this week—looking flawless and healthy from every angle. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C (a bit high, AC incoming) • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C • Watering: Daily (when soil dries to ~25% moisture) ⸻ ⚠️ High Temperature Talk – Risks & Rewards Risks: • Higher temps speed up transpiration, meaning the plants take in water and nutrients faster, which can cause imbalances if not monitored. • Combined with high VPD, temps can push plants close to stress thresholds. Benefits (if managed well): • Boosted metabolism → faster stretch and branch growth before bud set. • With CO₂ at ~632 ppm, plants can tolerate slightly warmer temps without losing photosynthetic efficiency. 💡 Plan: An AC unit is on the way to lock temps into the sweet flower range of 26–28°C. ⸻ 💧 Why Daily Watering Works Here In these conditions, the Mango Kush girls are drinking daily. Letting the medium dry to about 25% before rewatering helps: 1. Prevent overwatering – Roots get oxygen between feedings. 2. Keep nutrients stable – Avoiding EC spikes/drops. 3. Match plant demand – Giving them exactly what they’re ready to drink. Nutrients remain tat Aptus Holland recipe, now for flower, just with slightly increased volume to match their thirst. ⸻ 🌱 Sibling Rivalry – Pheno #2’s Big Push Pheno #2 may have started late, but she’s been stacking nodes and leaves like she’s got something to prove. At this rate, she might hit flower at nearly the same size as her big sister. This will be a fun side-by-side to watch—same genetics, different timelines. ⸻ 💡 Inner Canopy Lighting – ThinkGrow ICL300 We’ve installed the ICL300, a bar-style LED designed to sit inside the canopy. Why it matters for Mango Kush: • Better Lower Buds – More intensity to shaded sites → denser flowers. • Even Growth – Less height difference between top and bottom buds. • Efficient Canopy Use – Every branch gets a fair shot at the light. In multi-strain grows, inner canopy lights help prevent the smaller plants from being overshadowed, literally. ⸻ 🔮 What’s Next • AC arrives → temps stabilize → optimal VPD range. • Expect pre-flower pistils to appear in the next 7–10 days. • Watch Pheno #2’s progress—will she match #1 before the stretch is over? • Continue using ICL300 to fill out the lower canopy for more even bud development. ⸻ 📣 Thank you for following the Mango Kush journey! Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

This plant is a Queen!! She is super healthy and has stretched like a champ. It seems like the stretch is slowing down which is good. She is the perfect size for my greenhouse at this point. I can still work around her easy enough at this point. The pistils are flying out now and she is likely to start developing the frost that we all love and admire 😀. I am watering with 7-10 gallons of water every 2-3 days at this point. I didn’t get around to top dressing her this week but I will this weekend for sure to make sure she stays happy. Onward 😎🍿🍻🌱

Happy grow...😎

Major issues with calcium def for no reason and a weird re veg, and the utter lack of mould resistance. Plant was tall and buds are huge and dense, let's hope the taste is phenomenal.

Day 63: Hi all , a productive week it has been this week. The #2 has been taken out for her 48hr dark period before trimming and drying. She jas so much frost onher dark purple and red buds now too. she will be trimmed later tonight so will post a few pics later. Gorilla girls #1 is so close to finishing now too. Her colours are starting really come through now she is maturing and her smell is so sweet and clearly pineapples too. Her yield should be ok bit being kept lower may have been a factor in her overall size. perfect for a low , cupboard grow. #3 is very close to #1 in terms of a finish, if only a few days behind . Shebis so much smaller but her finalnpushbjas bought her on par for the amount of decent sized buds that smell so sweet and are starting to brown off on the tops mainly. I won't rush her but she is close. #4 is still my sneaky favourite for appearance without doubt. She is so beautiful as a plant it will be a shame to cut her down. She is so covered in trichs now that she looks silver and red. At least another week I thinks to get the best from this lady. A brilliant example of genetics. Sweet cheese is also very close to her finish but at least a week jumping by the fresh looking pistils poking out all over her thick main. She stinks of fuel now too. I will be interested to see how much she yields compared to trained ladies. Well hopefully the next update will be to say they are all hanging to dry amd maybe 1 actually harvested. Until then . be safe and sane Growmies UPDATE. the #2 is now trimmed and drying....

I’m definitely in the harvest window and will probably chop her any time now. Today is day 59 and tomorrow day 60. The smell is wonderful. Kind of pungent and earthy lemon type smell. The fan leaves never did recover from I guess heat stress maybe. Not sure what caused them to taco. Maybe heat or light stress. I’d let the plant go longer if the fan and sugar leaves were healthier. I don’t want to risk any dead leaves causing bud rot to take hold unless I’m overthinking it. I’m very exited to dry her soon! Will be putting my VCure to the test with its 14 day craft cycle. Very curious to see how the end product comes out through the VCure vs my previous tent dries. I suspect the finished product will be great. 😀

This one stretched a good amount, I thought it got lightly pollinated by a moonshine cookies male but I havnt found any seeds yet. The Marge Simpson nugs are pretty cool lookin. I had one bad feed that burnt the tips in flower i wish i could take back but the ph meter got confused. This shit is top shelf.

I have introduced a second bottle of CO2 to pump flowering weeks, I have cut off nutrients completely to get rid of nutes burn, plants are been fed PH water only. For this run I have been using a DIY automated drip system that cost me less than $100, this system can be used to feed up to 10 plants, now I can go way for days without a worry :) if anyone is interested here is my Instagram video: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwm1kO0BTNC/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Stay Lit folks 👩‍🌾🏻
