End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Very excited for my first grow ever. My soil is the Biobizz-Light Mix in a 11L pot .I got so impatient that i even dug it out at some point to see the progress...i hope it won't have any consequences. The first days, i only sprayed the soil with some water to keep the soil moist. At Day 4 of germination i watered it for the first time with 250ml tap water at 6,5ph. I will run my light for 18 hours now at a distance of 60cm with full power. That will lead to round abot 215 ppfd and 12k lux for the final days of germination. At day 6 after germination two darker spots appeared on the first 2 leafs. I hope it’s just because of some water drops on the leafs. Watered every 3 days with 350-500ml of 6,5ph tap water. 23.05.24: For my definition the vegetative stage starts today. I will turn the light up to 500 pphd Very excited what will happen next!

Start of week 2, day 8 of flowering. The plants are sagging a bit in these photos, as I took them just before feeding, except for the pics in the grow room, they are just after feeding. So far, they all look good and healthy, a few leaves are showing some small deficiency signs, hopefully that will go away as additional nutrients are added over the grow cycle.

The buds are really sticky and smell super strong. This stuff gives you a head high followed by relaxation. I dried for 14 days at 60 degrees Fahrenheit and 60 % RH.

21 days of flowering put this baby in a 2x2 tent with my northern lights.

Howdy it is day 63 and in 2 days it is time to harvest. Since 2 weeks i feed clear Walter only. They get 16 hours darkness before harvest. All the plants are really🔥 My favourites are still 3G and Wedding Gelato. The smell and Look is crazy. You will see i guess Also North Thunderfuck and Hulkberry is good looking. Missing a big portion of info but basically this one is going well, veged under TS1000 at half power (75w) then swapped to a 100w with red, ir and uv spectrums. Topped 3 times to create four colas that branch into each corner of the 60cm² (2ft²) trellis net.

Day 56 from seed(16flowering) Smoothie by name smoothie by nature !. She has been so easy to work with and train to this point and her smell is very sweet up close. #1 The Los girl is huge. she has sites throughout her structure that are developing nicely together. I expect she would have been a very big plant without the lst and would have outgrew my room very quickly. Buds are slowly developing and I expect she has at least another 3-4 weeks before harvest. #2 coco and mc have been keeping her happy. despite the poorly appearance of her mottled damage and some.dying lower leaf from before , she is growing well. her structure is natural and no ties or last at all so she is taller than her sisters. lots of sites on her so let's see what she does. #3 is one of the smaller girls in the grow and now moved into the middle to bathe her in more light. she has sites poking out of her low canopy so should still be a decent yield. Apple Fritter is doing well. I did some root pruning early in week. I slightly increased nutrition. Will be a few weeks till I change the lighting. 10/04/2023 Day 54 I've been adding Ripen in the mix lowering Flora Bloom. Started at 1.4 EC. Added 4 to 5L of water to refill the tank lowering progressively the EC, today 1.2 EC. Will follow the strategy till Thursday, then will empty the tank, and fill back with 12L and only Ripen, for 1 week. Then 3 days with GHE Kleen.

They get a 100 ml every 5 days. I'm going to keep giving 100ml per plant untill they need it every other day. Day 26 I removed the first 2 nodes so the plants can focus on the top growth.

Green Gelato was chopped on day 75, this pheno has a strong aroma of sunset sherbet which is divine to the nose. Dense boulders from top to bottom of the stems. So far I’m happy with the gelato, she will get a dry and a really slow cure finished with a boveda humidity pack at 62%. Looking forward to the finished product. I stopped giving them Bio Grow since the harvest is near.. I cut some yellow leaves and they all look beautiful :) Can't wait until harvest :D

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.
