So, that’s it. :-) Hemprietta is no longer among the living. After an 8-day drying phase at 45 to 53% humidity, she’s now chopped up and curing in two jars. The yield is pretty big. Due to local legal restrictions, I’m not keeping everything—I got rid of all the small stuff. What a luxury to have a selection… and how ridiculous not to be able to keep it all. :-) Oh well, it was still a joy… I kept the best buds. And damn—are they beautiful! Final thoughts: Main-lining works extremely well for a sativa in a small grow tent, even with the extra 2 to 3 weeks of training. It’s great for height control and gives the plant a solid structure, resulting in almost exclusively fat, dense main buds. I’d say the yield-to-effort ratio isn’t compromised at all. If I had kept all the solid buds (no popcorn buds), the dry weight would have been around 110 to 120 grams—which would be perfect for a two-person household. ;-) One thing I’ve learned: a 95-watt lamp might be slightly overkill for a 40x40 cm tent… Update after curing an tasting: After about three weeks in the jar, I finally had the chance to try Hemprietta. Yay! I’m really impressed with the effects—this is some seriously fine herb. I can’t decide whether it takes first or second place in my personal top 10. The high is pretty strong, which I don’t usually love as an occasional smoker, but since there’s no real couchlock, the intensity is totally fine for me. After a long, stressful day, just a few puffs completely wipe out any tiredness and make you want to be social again. A light euphoria and good mood set in. You feel focused and receptive—though whether you actually are focused is another question. At least while playing FIFA, there were no mediocre results: either a crushing 7-1 victory or a humiliating 1-7 defeat—nothing in between. Conversations are fun and quickly get silly to downright goofy. At higher doses, you get properly stoned and suddenly feel an overwhelming urge to inhale obscene amounts of potato chips and gummy bears. Great for the soul, not so great for the waistline. But hey, it works. It’s crazy how even then, you don’t feel stuck to the couch. Overall, a fantastic experience. I can fully recommend Laughing Buddha—it’s perfect for social occasions! Passt also. Also insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis.

Pistils finally starting to really show, expecting her to really fatten up the coming weeks. Having some troubles keeping the humidity low, as I have a super budget little dehumidifier. Getting a bigger one would be about 100€ but I'm not sure if that's worth it, if anyone knows more please lemme know :)

Well, probably this is her last week. There might be a chance of me holding for another week for more than one reason, but mostly because I think she is a little late. A noticed that the first week of flowering took longer to show flowering signs, something I usually see quickly. And the stretch took a little more time than it usually does. So, by Thursday I'll be sure. Still, as you can see, the yield will not be that good, we can't win them all, can we? Nevertheless, it is a healthy plant, with awesome genetic material and I'm already anxious to grow the last seed I have, which will begin July 2025. Also, I uploaded a pictures showing a light green structure. It seems to me like male flowers already opened, but no really. I dont know. The other LSSH had the same thing, developing close to the end, but there where no seeds at all.

Flowers beautiful flowers! 🌺 to start of dynomyco has really done it’s job with the purple urkle and she already in bloom and is nearly to the second scrog, the grape ape has ONLY just started her stretch as she’s right at the first scrog about to push through as she only just pushed pistols today and I’m putting that down to her healing through transitioning as I had to trim her leaves and lower stems during transition as they’d be a problem later on! But all in all a great week and on my way to a great flowering!

Buds fattening up and pistols turning orange. Some floral, skunky, diesel smell but nothing crazy, which is nice. Looking at the trichomes at Day 45, 4 weeks before planned harvest, they are looking milky. Which is weird. Maybe I’m wrong?

Alles an diesen Pflanzen schreit: Finale – Premium – Elite. EN: Week 8 – The Last Dance Showcase Phase By the eighth week of flowering, Last Dance enters a stage that’s almost impossible to capture with words. The plants look fully crystallized, the colors break through aggressively, and the terpene expression becomes so layered and complex that it feels like a signature masterpiece of high-end genetics. Everything about these plants says: Final stretch – premium – elite cut potential. Pheno 1 – The Dark Funk Titan This Black-Magic-leaning phenotype is now performing at absolute top-tier level. The sugar leaves are so heavily frosted they appear nearly white, while deep violet and dark forest-green tones push through the calyxes. The contrast is insane – almost cinematic – as if the strain was bred exactly for this late-flower moment. The buds are now at maximum swell: Calyxes stack aggressively, trichomes stand tall and dense like crystals, the entire flower mass looks heavy, tight, and fully matured. Aroma development in Week 8: The gassy core has become darker and richer, now wrapped in warm, heavy sweetness. Notes of fermented berry, old-school hashish, deep forest funk, and that unmistakable dark Black Magic spiciness fuse together into a terpene profile only elite phenos deliver. Touching the buds leaves thick, oily resin streaks on your fingers — a classic indicator of extremely high potency and mature resin glands. Pheno 2 – The Juicy Zangria Phantom The fruit-forward phenotype hits full visual bloom in Week 8. Pink and purple hues become more pronounced, bleeding slightly into the calyx tips. The frost level is so extreme the buds look like they’re coated in a thin sheet of glass. Aroma in Week 8: This terpene profile is now a full symphony of: dark grape, sweet red wine, tropical berry, fresh cherry, and a citrusy sparkle in the finish. It’s not “fruity” anymore — it’s deep, layered, complex, and genuinely rare in its structure. When you open the tent, the Zangria bouquet blends with the dark funk of Pheno 1, creating an aroma that feels completely unique and unmistakable. Overall Impression Week 8 – The Peak Before the Finale At this stage, the plant is on its absolute zenith: - Buds fully swollen - Colors breaking through in maximum intensity - Trichomes milky with scattered amber - Aroma dramatically intensified and highly complex - Resin production at showcase level — even stems feel sticky The flowers look like something straight from a breeder’s promotional photoshoot. Looking Ahead to Week 9 – The Final Flush In the upcoming 9th week, you begin the final flush. This stage ensures: a clean fade of excess nutrients, boosted terpene purity and clarity, smooth, clean-burning ash, and the highest possible quality for your final product. During the flush week, colors often deepen even further, buds harden up, and the aroma becomes sharper, more defined, and unmistakably finished.

Got back from 2 weeks holiday and immediately lollipopped and defoliated all 4 plants heavly. Will wait a few days for them to recover from the battering I gave them before flipping to 12/12. This plant is at the back of the 4 in the timelapse.

🌱 Skywalker OG — Week 5 From Seed (12/12 Run) Hello everyone, welcome to another update, and a big thank you to everyone following along, newcomers, longtime readers, sponsors, platform, and of course the breeders and creators behind these genetics. It truly means a lot to share this journey together. For those just joining: this is a 12/12 from seed run, approached gently and observationally. No rush, no aggression, just letting the plants express themselves while we listen closely. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Room Conditions • Temperature: 21°C • Relative Humidity: ~58% • Outside conditions: 4–5°C with 90–98% RH Given what’s happening outside, I’m actually very happy with how stable the room is staying. The plants seem to agree, posture, color, and overall vigor are excellent. • CO₂: ~666 ppm For now, this is perfectly fine. No need to push or supplement — steady and natural. ⸻ 💡 Lighting Strategy (Top + Under Canopy) At the start of the week: • Only top lights are running • Power: 100% • PPFD: ~700–850 (depending on plant size) As the plants stretch and rise above the under-canopy fixtures, we’re now introducing under-canopy lighting: • Lumiflora under-canopy lights • Starting at 30% power This is very intentional. The goal isn’t to blast the plants, but to teach them that light and photons will be arriving from more than one direction. We want a gentle adaptation — letting the plant reorganize how it uses light rather than forcing it. Power will be increased later, but right now it’s all about adjustment, not intensity. ⸻ 🌿 Training Approach (or lack of it) Because this is a 12/12 from seed run, we are being extremely conservative. • No topping • No hard training • No defoliation The only work being done: • Leaf tucking • Gentle leaf bending And the response has been incredible. These girls are reacting with: • Tight internodes • Bushy structure • Calm, confident growth Sometimes, truly, less touch = better performance. ⸻ 🌱 The Triple-Branching Lady (Main Focus of the Week) This week’s highlight is one very special plant showing clear triple branching. At each node, instead of the usual two shoots, she’s producing three distinct branches, stacking from the bottom all the way up. The structure almost looks like she’s tucking herself naturally, creating a dense but elegant framework. This is not something we forced. It’s purely genetic expression meeting the right conditions. She looks happy. She looks calm. And she looks like she’s planning something special. We’ll be doing a dedicated report on her by the end of the week, because this kind of morphology deserves proper documentation. ⸻ 💧 Watering & Nutrition Strategy Water Source We’re using a mix of: • Rainwater • Dehumidifier-collected water This water is extremely soft, so this week we introduced something new: ➕ CalMag Pro Not because the plants were asking — but thinking ahead. Before adding nutrition, we want a proper mineral foundation. This helps stabilize uptake and prevents issues before they even show up. Aside from that: • No changes to the main recipe • Everything remains steady and predictable ⸻ Two Systems, One Tent (Why Autopots + Hand Watering) We currently have two feeding approaches in the same tent: 🔹 Autopots (6 plants) • Mineral-only feeding • EC: 2.29 • pH: 6.0 Organics and autopots generally don’t play well together. Organics are alive, they change over time, they ferment, pH drifts, and control becomes very difficult when solution sits for long periods. It’s not just about smell — it’s about stability. 🔹 Hand-Watered Plants (including the Skywalker OGs) • EC: 1.43 • pH: 5.9 With organics, hand watering gives: • Better control • Individual feeding per plant • The ability to respond to how each plant drinks and eats And honestly? I love this approach. Each plant gets treated as an individual, not a number. ⸻ 🌿 Overall Plant Health • Deep, lush green • Strong structure • Bushy growth everywhere • No signs of stress This run honestly feels too good to be true sometimes — but it’s real, and it’s exciting. ⸻ 🔍 Growth Stage & What to Expect Next Even though this is Week 5 from seed, the plants are still finishing what I’d call their last week of veg. By the end of this week, we’re starting to see: • Clear pre-flower signs • Early transition into flowering behavior This is a very important phase. The plant is deciding how it wants to flower — structure, spacing, and energy distribution are all being set right now. What to expect next week: • More visible pre-flower development • Stretch continuation • Increased response to under-canopy lighting What not to expect: • Heavy defoliation • Aggressive intervention • Rushed decisions We’ll continue to observe gently and respond calmly. ⸻ 🙏 Final Thanks Thank you again to: • Everyone following along • The OGs and the newcomers • The sponsors and the platform • And especially the genetics that make moments like this possible This is a joy to document, and an honor to share. More soon, especially on that triple-branching beauty 🌱 As always, feel free to share thoughts, observations, or just enjoy the ride with us. 👽 New team member Meet Mr. Baggy Our new fluffy alien/beaver/whatever-he-is friend, won through a Grow Diaries contest. Expect to see him around — he’s officially part of the grow now. Week 5 Veg/pre-flower | 8×8 Tent | Master Conditions 🌍 External Environment (Context) • Outside temperature: ~5 °C • Outside RH: 92–96% (very high humidity) • Strong seasonal pressure influencing internal stability ⸻ 🌡️ Internal Tent Conditions • Tent temperature: ~21.8 °C (noted drop due to cold external temps) • Tent RH: ~58% → Very good considering outside conditions ⸻ 💨 Airflow & Circulation • Primary airflow: Bottom → top → wall return • Pattern: Full-room vortex circulation • Additional fans: Central airflow to break blind spots and mix layers • Goal: No stagnant pockets, uniform VPD across canopy ⸻ 💧 Water Source & Rationale • Water: Dehumidifier water + rainwater • Base EC: force • Systems designed to support plant intelligence, not override it FOR DISCOUNT CODES AND MORE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK https://website.beacons.ai/dogdoctorofficial 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. Day 36 Done nothing just let them grow and trimmed a few leaves Day 37 - watered them with feeding. Decreased the amount by 25% except the base nutes. Added 12ml CalMag on 4L water by request of the community. If leaves curl down more, I will consider a flush. Day 38 No feed. Color changed from the middleone overnight, I think that’s a good sign. Maybe someone can comment on that 💪🏽. For me it looks very good, I know a few leaves show signs of nutrient burn but I decreased already and no new signs appeared Day 39 No feed until tomorrow. Day 40 Fed them with very low amount of fertilizer. I aimed for a ppm of 1000 but I went a bit higher until I have osmosis water . Runoff ppm was 2000, but I have to say I am measuring ppm since this week and will fix this problem Day 42 No feed

All 10 plants that were to be ready for the Christmas season are completing their flowering phase. By now they are together with the laggards of the previous cycle and therefore they will be collected a little at a time between Christmas and next year. I will post more detailed photos for each harvest 😉 In this diary I posted all the photos of the past week including images of the two plants already collected.

Overall I enjoyed this grow and learned a lot about living soil. Going for a slow dry, trim, then at least a one month cure. Hopefully another six days and I’ll update with a dry yield. My next batch is already cooking but with 5 gallon pots. 03/25 - Day 7 Drying B & C are done drying and have been in jars for a day now with RH ~60%. Total 3oz from B & C. Total 1.5oz from A & D

~ AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow System sponsored by GrowAce, featuring Tropicana Cookies by FastBuds ~ Well guy's and gal's here we go again on another exciting Autoflower run together! This time will be different as I will be doing a 'Hydroponic' run utilizing the AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow System by GrowAce, who were kind enough to sponsor me for this run, so it should be interesting to see what results I get and have some fun along the way! •Let me first tell you about this 6 Pot Ebb/Flow system from GrowAce: "The AirCube system is the one and only Ebb & Flow grow system on the market that combines the benefits of air pruning with a fully automated Ebb+Flow system! With the AirCube's proprietary fabric pot in bucket design, this system is guaranteed to outgrow any other Ebb + Flow system on the market. The results speak for themselves- grow MASSIVE roots that result in MASSIVE fruits! Air Pruning- Air Pruning only happens with fabric pots. As the roots reach the fabric walls of the pot, they penetrate and grow into the breathable fabric. Once penetrated, the roots are exposed to air, which causes the tips of the root to dehydrate and naturally prune themselves. This natural pruning process forces the roots to grow tons of lateral fibrous feeder roots. This results in a plant that utilizes the entire root zone and fills the entire pot with tons of roots. These fibrous feeder roots are incredibly effective in uptaking water and nutrients, resulting in a plant that grows healthier and more vigorously! Oxygen Benefits- Without oxygen, nutrient absorption cannot occur. On a molecular level, oxygen is needed to transmit nutrients across the cell walls and into the roots of a plant. With the AirCube's proprietary bottom lifted draining design, the system actively draws all of the water out of the bucket pulls vital oxygen into the root zone. Maximum Versatility with Any Grow Medium: The AirCube System is the only system on the market that allows you to use any growing medium you like. Use coco coir, soil, peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, hydroton, rockwool or any other medium you wish! This system is the most versatile Ebb and Flow bucket system in today's hydroponics industry. Temperature Control- with the fabric pots constructed with highly porous polypropylene fabric, heat dissipates easily and effectively. Unlike standard plastic pots, heat isn't trapped in the root zone. Heat in standard plastic containers can reach temperatures of up to 125 degrees. When this type of heat is trapped and unable to escape, it can damage your plant's health and limit the potential of your harvest. Growing in the AirCube System, plant roots grow cooler, healthier, and more vigorous. Largest Pots in its Class- this system features 5 Gallon grow buckets, the largest pot size of any other ebb and flow hydroponic system in the market. Modular and Expandable- start with 6 grow buckets and expand up to 36 grow buckets with the optional 105 gallons PopTank reservoir!" For my medium and nutrients I decided to also switch things up from my regular Organic runs, going with Plagron Nutrients and Root Royale 70/30 Coco/Perlite. When filling the fabric pots with medium, I first added just under a gallon of horticulture perlite from Nor-Cal as a base layer to ensure good drainage and then filled the remainder with the Root Royale. •Now for the outstanding, award winning strain from my friends at FastBuds... Tropicana Cookies Auto: I'll be running Tropicana Cookies Autoflower which is a 60/40 Indica/Sativa Hybrid. "Tropicana Cookies Auto is the perfect variety for growers of all levels, especially beginners as this strain performs very well outdoors and indoors, and can produce up to 500 gr/m2 in 56-63 days without needing extra maintenance. Reaching up to 110 cm, this strain grows fairly tall with medium-sized branching, showing its mixed heritage. Definitely the right choice for those with a high tolerance looking to get their hands on the strongest autoflowers out there. You can expect an extremely powerful and long-lasting high that’ll boost your mood and give you that extra push you need to start your days on the right foot. This variety offers the whole range of citrus and woody flavors with a strong candy-sweet background that will keep you coming back for more and more."* *References: GrowAce.com, 2fast4buds.com ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: • AC Infinity 4x4 tent •AC Infinity Cloudline T6 Exhaust Fan w/ Controller 67 •HLG 650R w/UVA Bar *** For some reason GD does NOT have a listing for the USA version of the 650R so I selected the closest match to it. •AirCube Active Oxygen Ebb/Flow 6 pot System •DL Wholesale Root Royale Coco Lite 70/30 coco/perlite •TrolMaster Hydro-X Controller for light •AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller fed by a 50# tank •16" Hurricane oscillating fan and 8" floor fan •Tent cooling via filtered outside air delivered by AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan •BlueLab instruments: PH Pen and Truncheon Nutrient Meter ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 10/8- Here we go into Week One of veg for these girls. Unfortunately, all three are yellowing, showing signs of deficiency already. I'll continue to monitor them for any changes. I think the cause was they were in their peat pellets getting straight water, then when transplanted into their 5g pots which were pre-moistened with straight well water that was ph'd to 6.2 but had zero nutrients. They have now received one feeding and will get another in 2-3 days which I hope will help to bring their color back. 10/10- All three Tropicana Cookies are still not where I'd like them to be. I'll give them another feed tomorrow and see if that helps. They are so small and young at this point that I don't want to feed more often until I know that their roots are developed a bit more. 10/12- Today I fed the girls with a 10min. fill cycle, during which I monitored the moisture level of the medium via a soil hydrometer, then drained the system. 10/14- There goes the first week for the Tropicana Cookies and honestly, it could have been better. With this being my first attempt at 'Hydro' I fully expected to have a few hiccups along the way and this is just one of those that I will learn from and move forward! See you next week fam! ❤️❤️❤️ 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow what you love, Love what you grow!💚
