These have been growing kind of slowly but I got the temps up a little this week by adding some extra light and am getting vpd dialed in. These will only be in this tent for a few more days I am just starting to harvest the main tent so once that is done they will be moved to the Gorilla Grow Tent and put under the new Growlightscience LEDs so we can see how the perform full cycle. The autos will have to get moved back into this tent once I flip the main tent but the photos will prob need a few weeks of veg before that happens. Been doing foliars with the Growzyme from greenbuzz as well before lights out every other night which seems to make them happy. I think theyll take off over the next couple weeks.

Alien tech is coming along nicely, she is scrog’d with 3 other Ayahuasca Purple and seems to be doing beautifully. She didn’t stretch as much as the Ayahuasca, but I was able to keep the Ayahuasca lower by spreading it more then the Alien Technology. Screen is not perfectly even, but there all within the sweet spot for my 1000w HPS so things should start ramping up soon! Not much else to say this week, just been checking the ph levels and adding 8 gals or so of water/nutrients every 2-3 days to the main reservoir feeding all 4 plants. So far they are good with the same nutrients so that is good! Lol cheers 💨

Starting of week 3 of flower. The plants look really healthy, no problems yet. FD17: the plants still show no damage from the hard lolipopping. FD18: gave them water today (30litre 7plansts) with biobizz, looking good so far. FD19: First trichomes, start to smell FD20: Smell gets stronger, buds starting to get bigger

Once again not much of an update as Iv been busy just a few poorly taken photos a few days into week 2 flower, bud sites are forming nicely, also give her a little trim after I took the photo to get better light penitration.... Took some more pics today (week 2 day 6) flower, not the best of pics but can only work with what I have unfortunatel. Give this girl a drink yesterday an think I over done it as she was looking sad few hours after watering, she seems to have bounced back nicely tho:) she looks light green almost yellow in colour around the flowers any idea what it could be? Always open to tips :)

Heavy defoliation and a few days of regrowth before flipping into week 1 of flower. More LST to branch out the manifold as well.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Really late updating this week so next got next week to upload tonight too, plant has been doing fine, she is fattening nicely and filling out along the stems nicely, surprisingly not too smelly yet though but hopefully that will come stronger soon, looks packed with crystals already overall pleased coming along nice

Plant starts off slower than others. But once she’s in flower and starts packing on resin and changing colors, everything changes. The plant reeks of funky terps and citrus and just stinky goodness. The colors are crazy ranging from pink to blue and purple. Highly recommend this strain and she produces super fat sticky buds. She’s a keeper.

We continue our way to the finish line. There are two weeks left. The smell is bitterness, hashish, a little sweetness and (if you touch the trichomes) - a clear smell of wood. Everything is as according to the passport of the strain.👍 I examined the trichomes-given the number of amber trichomes on the tops, the evening potential of the Rock Machine should be fully revealed by the time of harvest 🤙

Add slightly nutrients. Day Nr 16 doing topping. Nutrient tank with capacity 10L turning little bit in alkaline, at the beginning I added 3ml ph down and reach 6.4 pH, than now it’s inccrise to 6.6 on 5 days time. Same I can telling about TDS. At the beginning it was 350 ppm, but now it’s step up on 400ppm without adding nothing. Day 18 start moving out new branches from places around where was topping. Keep watering with 1.5L with slight nutrients dosage… Day 20 we can see how flower keep moving ahead after topping days ago…
