Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

Plant is growing fast now. The hot days are back, but we are still going strong.

Week 3 Flower After 21 days she's no longer stretching, but now concentrating on her flowers. She's already starting to show trichomes later on in the week too. Her base nutrients were gradually changed to the above, at a 1:2:3 G:M:B ratio. Now she's finished her stretch, silicon was decreased slightly and will be stopped by day 28. A few leaves were plucked here and there, to stop a few tops from being shaded. I'm happy with her health and growth in this early stage of flower. La LSD 25 auto évolue avec brio malgré son démarrage un peu trop "gourmand" en azote. Les premières feuilles ont fait un clin d'œil jaune, mais rien de comparable à la banane purple punch qui a décidé de prendre un virage jaune express. Est-ce la sénescence ou un petit coup de mou en azote ? L'avenir nous le dira, mais croisons les doigts pour que notre traitement porte ses fruits et atténue ces petits caprices. J'ai opté pour un rééquilibrage en donnant un quart de la dose recommandée d'azote, pour finalement arriver à la moitié. Les têtes sont déjà en pleine maturation, certaines ont même déjà fini leur course en seulement 47 jours. Imaginez-vous, une plante de cannabis qui nous offre des têtes en un mois et deux semaines ! C'est tout simplement impressionnant. Je prévois de patienter encore deux ou trois semaines, histoire de laisser la magie opérer un peu plus. 5 de septiembre, el día de hoy comienza el ciclo de floracion, acabo de ajustar las horas de luz a 12/12, anteriormente aplique bud ignitor las últimas 2 semanas.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. After 24 hours in the large fabric pots alot of improvement from a few errors in the germination stage they were streching for light so i had to rush the seedlings to the tent and get it all set up u will see the difference from when i put in pots to now

Week 7 did not go too well. I believe I ran into a heat stress issue due to the lights and I also tried some new supplements to add to the res and I ended up with some type of nute lockout.....I think. Anyway, today starts week 3 of flowering and after some more research into nutrient ratios I came up with what you see above. Now I added all of this into 16 gallons of RO water (in the correct sequence) and my EC ended up a little higher than I wanted...1.4. I was looking to stay more around 1.0, but below 1.2 regardless. So I ended up adding 3 more gallons of RO water to the mix and got my numbers looking pretty descent. I was under the assumption ww was on the smaller side of the cannabis world, but this one plant, nicknamed "HULK", seems to be the exception to the rule. Hulk is now 24 inches tall....WITH LST. There is probably another 1.5 feet of branch that is basically horizontal. Well it leaves me in a predicament. I only have 22 inches of light between the 315w CMH and Hulk. The light is as high as it can go in the tent. Well I am going to keep an eye on these girls and hopefully we will see some improvement in growth. Last week pretty much stalled. Well I will check back in and let you know how it's going. Until then just keep it growing. Jan 16 update: wow, the Hulk just keeps going 😳. The runt is still giving me issues. It looks like heat stress but not from the lights. Thinking a vpd issue. Got a thermal temp gun so I am watching for that now. Also got me a wireless camera set up now. So I can check on the girls whenever and wherever I am. Love it.

I am very proud of this girl ! Despite the fact that she is younger than the rest by two weeks, she caught up with her friends in height and even surpassed them :) The giant fan leaves are surprising 😃

Week 5 day 1. I have a favourite for next run. I’m very happy, I haven’t really defoliated at all this grow, just letting it grow. Wish I was going for mains(topping) but still very good. Going to wait around week 9 so seeds will be good for next run. I have decided to do very hard hst next round to show max potential. Very happy with supercropping so will do it very heavy with scrog. I will try to reveg the one I really like but it is difficult having only 1 set of lights and 1 tent. Plants are about 7ft tall, might just run 2 next round in 4x8 or will still continue to go 4 in the 4x8.

Week 3 for my replacement. Seeing some yellow leaves at the base. Not freaking out yet because the top leaves are okay. The 9 week plant whew! Before I could only smell it if I rubbed the stems. Now, I get a slight smell as soon as I open the tent up. It’s not overpowering at all, and really pleasant. Is it okay if the goers touch the wall of tent?

I bring down the ph of the rockwool cubes by soaking them for a few hours in 3,5 and then flush them with ph 5,8 water with nutrients in and then let the cubes sit in ph corrected nutrients solution. I let them drain for 10 minutes After a 3,5 hours.

Day 22 the remaining 3 plants have refilled the space they are all showing much more sativa silver haze traits in the leaves now the spiky plant has the most kush looking leaves The NL pheno doesn't look anything like this anymore and is the slowest in flower I bent the heads over to create an even canopy They all look healthy I have allowed the best pheno to take over most of the space by bending its lower branches out

So I started this plant in my miracle grow Aerogarden for about 2 weeks then moved it to the coco pots. When I moved it the stem was really thick and very impressive. I originally had a second generation hydro Hawaii Maui Waui in the tent with her, really just expecting a small grow. Instead this monster took over all the space (and then some), so I moved the Maui Waui out and spread laughing buddha out, added another net and moved the 150w to the lower side to boost the Larf a little and hopefully add weight. So far so good, the stretch was definitely amazing to encounter. She grew a whole other 3x her size, from the bottom net to where she is now. The smell is so fruity it puts the Maui to shame with the deliciousness. AMAZING!!! That's all I can say thus far is FUCKING AMAZING!!!
