Update week 8 from seed

Week 14 Day 92 (13/11/2020)💧: Great start to the week with watering today and because all the girls are entering their 4th week of flower, I will again be increasing the BioBloom as per the commendations on the watering chart, but since the pH has been increased they are definitely looking great and have enough nutrients between the watering days. So today I gave the girls 4.5 ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow, and 1.5ml of TopMax for 1.5L of water. I think I will be giving the same nutrients for the rest of the week as well. Day 93 (14/11/2020): Not that many updates today actually. The girls are looking amazing as always Day 94 (15/11/2020): I wanted to check the trichomes on the girls today with a loupe to see how they are developing up closer but I have no idea where my loupe is :( Really wanted to look closer at the flowers but will have to find it first to take some close up pictures as well Day 95 (16/11/2020)💧: We watered the girls today and gave them the same nutrients as before. They were watered with 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow and 1.5ml of TopMax. I think the TopMax is definitely making the buds fatten up Day 96 (17/11/2020): Took some lovely pictures of the girls today. Was finally able to capture on camera the redness of the flowers (or at least on girl#1). It’s quite difficult to the get the true colours because of the way the camera perceives the light. Day 97 (18/11/2020): Just can’t get enough of the smell of the girls omg they smell so great. It’s kind of a mixture of citrus and spicy at the same time. Cannot wait to taste them Day 98 (19/11/2020)💧: I keep wanting to measure the pH to make sure that it is still above 6.0 but I haven’t had enough time because it takes a while, but I will make sure to measure the pH before the next watering. So as mentioned at the beginning of the week, I will be giving the same nutrients. I watered the girls with 4.5ml of BioBloom, 1.5ml of BioGrow, and 1.5 of TopMax. So far the girls are looking good and happy with the nutrients. I’m only noticing yellowing leaves at the very bottom because there is not enough light, other than that the leaves seem like all the nutrients are balanced well. Also it looks like have finally stopped stretching length-wise and started focusing on growing the buds because the height is the same as last week. But really amazing progress this week, I’ve included a video of all the girls in the tent as well so it’s easier to see how different they are!

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/6/2024- Germination Day 12 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Ah nothing like a good stretch, Week 2 of flower after the massive transition feeding of 1800 ppm and no sign of nutrient burn so the media and nuites seem to be a winner. In the last feeding I doubled the watering, the second half was just water PH'ed to 6 for two reasons, dilute the 1800 ppm and to promote a deep watering for the roots. I let them dry out till the fan leaves started to wilt on one of the Strawberry Ice and after a deep watering of just water again this week they bounced back. I wanted to make sure the food from the last feeding is used up and also a mini flush before the next feeding for the flowering stage. I am going to go higher with the P & K % on top of recommended chart feeding. I want to play around with the numbers as a lot of growers have their own special sauce recipe. Based on these two strains they look pretty healthy, next week will be a lollipop on the bottom 1/3 to the canopy. as to promote air flow and stretch they are getting pretty thick and bushy still tucking the stems to fill out the scrog completely. The one BLUE DREAM HAZE is a different phenom by the look of it lets see how it turns out its a little shorter than her sisters, Please ;eave a comment good or bad I love to hear from you folks. Getting chunky

New week

So, Im growing 1 Pineapple Express, in soil, and 1 hydroponically. This diary I’m using it for soil records(have a strawberry cheesecake auto diary, for hydro). The one in soil is 2x bigger than the rest of the plants in the same 4x4 tent, and I rotate them every other day! The reason for doing this, is due to always seeming to have 1 way bigger than the others. All in all, it’s been a good week! Been really, REALLY appreciating the perfect ph Advanced Nutrients!!!! I still check the ph, and due to the different type of grows, I do have to have a little higher ph for soil, but it’s been consistently ~6.2-6.3

Well, I reckon the girls have reached the end and it's time to chop. Trichomes are mostly milky (some amber), so now it's a matter of getting some free time and cut them down. Thanks to all those who follow me on this journey. It won't be long til I start a new experiment in Piquillo's Lil Lab. Of course I will updated before putting them in jars. Happy growing! 😉

He transplantado los clones a macetas nuevas, los he puesto bien profundo porque me parecía que estaban muy largos, agregué vermiculita y estopa de coco, en el sustrato, así como Mykos de Xtreme cerca de las raíces, lo he probado antes y va genial para desarrollo radicular. La tierra nueva estaba muy seca por eso el volumen, pensaba hacer una poda apical pero no estoy seguro si me ha salido un FIM porque intenté partir solo la punta para no entorpecer el desarrollo vegetativo, pero estaban muy deshidratadas y he tenido que pellizcar con las uñas. Veremos qué ocurre. La planta madre tiene unas hojas que nacen con sectores de un color verde más tierno, pero con el tiempo se vuelven verdes como las otras, también han salido algunas hojas con forma distinta, intentaré luego subir unas fotos, los clones aún no muestran nada de esto, podría ser que la mutación esté solo en algunas ramas y los clones no tienen esas mutaciones? Me gustaría verlos en floración para ver si vale la pena mantener a la madre, es la que desarrolla los tallos menos fuertes pero también he comprobado que es la que mejor resiste el frío, la madre tuvo pulgones y los clones también pero parece que los he eliminado con spruzit, espero no aparezcan pero por si a caso intentaré hacer otra fumigación. Con la nueva maceta están muy cerca del foco, es un LED y no produce mucho calor pero me da miedo las quemaduras de hojas, veré qué puedo hacer con eso. All doing well added a bigger dehumidifier on day 68. Fed them day 68 will be last feeding for Banana #1 her trichomes are clear nearing cloudy.

Added a scrogg net and flowering started to improve

Perfect strain to grow, easy, fast and sweet as sugar totally covered in trichomes. The plants showed a very equaled and stable genetics and are very generous with a little care, this strain is almost like walking directly into a dutch candy shop with all kind of winegum smells, simply perfect.

IT is my preference, hence why the trait is bred into BudXs2. You will get a kick out of how potent this flower is.
