26.06.2024 the 4 seeds have been set to soak in distilled water for 16 hour 27.06.2024 the 4 seeds have been put in scott towel in a dark tupperware 28.06.2024 after 24 hour the seeds shows taps roots, as im leaving for the weekend they have been set in presoaked with distilled water rockwool with few drop of Cyco cyclone rooting gel in germination tray. special thank to Barry the camping keeper for is help on this grow.

Start of week 6 Day 42: lots of white pistils appearing now. with this being an experiment to see if i could sprout a seed as i have never grown a plant before it is going really well! tried a light LST to try and salvage the harvest a tad. the Dwarf is also stretching alot more now due to flowering. after applying LST im hoping for between 2-4g of buds :). Day 46: 23/10/19 Posted a video showing the flowers and trichomes :) did the same for my other two diaries and im really excited for the rest of the flowering phase. Still need to invest in an oscillating fan to blow fresh air around the leaves, A 1m2 runoff tray (currently have 2 small ones and they irritate me) more rope rachets for adjustable height as i found out my light can go as low as 60cm ( i used 100cm). using a box to raise height as a temporary solution and an intake fan to bring the cold air in easier :) plants still dont have a strong smell so i really didnt need to purchase a carbon filter until now. still it makes sense to be prepared! :) This week ive been spraying a layer of Rhizotonic/water (1ml/1L)on the top of the coco twice a day to keep it from drying out, reduce plant stress and help the roots continue to grow :) the stems are huge! Ive also been feeding on monday, wednesday and trying to flush on fridays. i think Canna A+B will be enough for this grow, il probably get some bud boosters next grow if they arent necessary :) Keep on growing folks and check out my other diaries if you get a chance!

this is my winter stash. Two days in and i got sprouts.

New week. 55-65 DLi. Been smoking some Pakistani Landrace this week, must say, its exceptional. The plant shifts its energy entirely from vegetative growth to flower production. Small blemishes are creeping in, but expected, holding up remarkably well given the circumstances. A high CEC acts as a nutrient "storehouse", preventing essential cations from being washed away by water (leaching) and making them available for gradual plant uptake. Soils with high CEC can store larger quantities of nutrients, allowing for less frequent, potentially larger, fertilizer applications compared to low-CEC (sandy) soils which require smaller, more frequent doses. By providing a steady and dependable supply of nutrients, high-CEC soils support healthier plant growth and potentially higher crop yields. High CEC is typically associated with soils rich in clay and organic matter, which also generally have a greater water-holding capacity, benefiting crops during dry periods. While high-buffer soils require larger amounts of amendments (like lime) to change their pH initially, they need to be limed or amended less frequently, simplifying long-term management. High CEC and buffering capacity work together to create a stable, nutrient-rich, and resilient soil environment that is highly conducive to healthy plant growth.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Good start to flower

Starting week 5 now. Still just watering with rain water. Girls still doing exceptionally well. Still no deficiencies and 2 of outer plants now trying to out grow center plant. Trichromes starting to form. Good leaf colors and room really starting to fill up with bud sites.

8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. I DONT SEE ADULT THRIPS BUT I SEE THE EGGS AND SHIT IN THE CREVICE AND SOMETHING IS COMING AND EARING SMALL LOWER FOLIAGE. I RIPPED TWO INTERIOR BRANCHES OFF THE PLANTS I TREATED BEFORE WITH CITRIC ACID BECAUSE I FOUND A COUPLE STOPS OF MOLD ON THE STEM. AFTER RESEARCHING THRIPS WITH A.I. UNTIL IT LITERALLY CHANGED PROTOVAL AND STOPPED HELPING ME SAYING IT DANT HELP CULT8VATE CANNABIS AFTER GIVING ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS AND OPTIONS. I SCREENSHOTTED THEM THOUGH. I USED THE SAME MIXTURE OF CITRIC ACID AMD DAWN ONLY HALF STRENGTH AND HIT THE 10TH PLANET AND PINK KUSH THAT ARE PATIENT ZERO. THEN I TOOK A SPONGE AND EITHER DEFOLIATED OR WIPED THE LEAVES WITH A SPONGE AND SAME CONCOTION ON THE SPECIAL KUSH IN THE TEN. I DEFOLIATED MORE AND THEN "SPOT TREATED" A FEW LEAVES ON A BOTTOM BRANCH OF THE 10TH PLANET WITH MITE X. I'M WAITING UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE THE RESULTS AND BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE ORGANOCIDE BEE SAFE AND I KNOW IT WORKS GOOD BUT IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT. IM HOPING ILL FIGURE THIS OUT. 8/24 Didn't have time to do a video or take any pictures. I pit a lot of work in the garden yesterday. I removed a couple small branches that had mold on the stem. If I had listened to my intuition and moved that plant (instead of listening to my dad) I probably could've negated this mess. Windy as hell yesterday. Maybe that's why I don't see mich damage from the thrips. The runt in the 50 has some silver ingredients on it. I'm considering using spinosad. Those are way earlier in flower and that shit WORKS. WATERED TODAY;BIG MK ULTRA 1.5, THREE IN THE BACK ROW, CHEMDOG AND TENTH PLANET ALL GOT 1 GALLON. THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. I THEN FED EVERYTHING WITH A QUART OF FOOD. I'll keep an eye out on the dosage and see what the can handle. I left out plant doctor as I'm dealing with thrips. Took a leaf that looked like sep off the pink kush in the 50 with half used soil. I didn't have much time to look around but I will when I get back and I'll put some vids/pics up. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. EDIT: WENT OVER AFTER SUN DOWN AND MIXED UP THE DIY GREEN CLEANER/LCPT. I USED RUBBER GLOVES AND TREATED THE HUGE MK ULTRA, THE TWO TENS AND THE REVEG 10TH PLANET. I ONLY TREATED FOUR PLANTS. I HAD A PRETTY GOOD METHOD BUT IT WAS SLOW. I PUT THE LEAF BETWEEN MY GLOVED HAND AND SPRAYED THAN RAN THE LEAF THROUGH MY FINGERS TO AVOID FLOWER. ON PLANTS WITH SMALLER FLOWERS I WAS ABLE TO JUST FOLD THE LEAVES UPWARD AND GET THE BOTTOMS. ILL CHECK AND SEE HOW IT WORKED IN THE MORNING AND GO FROM THERE. WE GOT SOME GOOD RAIN TODAY. IM WORRIED ABOUT MOLD THOUGH. THATS WHY IM HESITANT TO SPRAY BUT SOME FLOWER IS BETTER THAN NONE. 8/26 IT POURED last night. Sheet rain. The storm had passed and it was like a 14% chance of rain at night. Oh well. The girls seemed to have loved it! The looked great this morning. I shook everything off and got soaked in the process. Inspected for damage and luckily didn't find any. I'm feeling optimistic about my diy green cleaner lcpt. I'm seriously considering spunosad on the pink kush as it's earlier in flower and I think it could handle it. I might just use this spray first and see how it goes. Buds are swelling and seem bigger everyday. I looked at some old diaries and I can see ive had thrips before. I also have some insect (ear wigs or pillars) that target lower branches and kinda lollipop them. I hope it's not earwigs because I've had bas luck dealing with them. I'll have to check at night. EDIT: WENT OVER AROUND THREE TO CHECK THINGS OUT. PLANTS LOVED THAT RAIN AND SEEMED TO LOVE THE TREATMENT AS WELL. THAT RAIN AND WIND DEFINATELY DISRUPTED THE THRIPS. THE SPRAY I USED SHOULD KILL ON CONTACT AND SUFFOCATE EGGS AND LARVAE. PLANTS LOOK THE HAPPIEST IVE SEEN THEM IN A WHILE. I CANT TREAT THE OTHER PLANTS TONIGHT BUT I SHOULD HAVE TIME TOMORROW NIGHT TO GET WHAT I MISSED. IF ITS NECESSARY. ILL KEEP AN EYE OUT. 8/27 Rained some last night. I had to shake everything off this morning. Looking back through previous diaries I've HAD thrips before and couldn't identify it and made it to harvest so I think I'll be OK. BUDS arecrcploding in growth and the smell is turning into tjat pungent aroma we all love. The early special kush smells amazing. I think the rain and wind helped with the thrips. I'll do another application and get the plants I missed. That pink kush in the ten looks pretty rough. I probably would've been better off to ditch it earlier it's been treated now so I'll keep an eye on it amd I may just cut it. If I put in the work they would be fine. At least I hope so. We'll see. I'll update as I go. 8/28 Had to shake the plants off this morning. Must've rained last night. I'm not used to that since we've been in such a drought. I'll check later but I'll probably hold off as most are still heavy. I probably should selectively water the thirsty ones but I think tjey can make it. The rain (or the treatment) has greatly helped cut down on thrip population. Nights are in the 40's so it's not the most hospitable environment for them. I'm still keeping an eye out and will be applying another treatment at some point. I didn't do a video this morning as it was kinda dark. I'll check them again when I get back. It's supposed to rain tomorrow all day. I think I might bring the furthest special kush in the barn under lights for the day. That way those huge buds don't get soaked. I'll play it by ear. 8/29 Everything was dry this morning. I could see the soil pulling together away from the bags. My late flowering special kush was good though. It was good to let things dry out from all that rain. We are supposed to get an inch of rain with rain tonight. I didn't want to leave the girls high and dry so I WATERED THE GARDEN STRATEGICALLY WITH 5.5 GALS. USING IT WHERE IT WAS NEEDED MOST. That way if we don't get as much rain as we are supposed to the girls will still be OK. Didn't do a video today. I decided to leave everything out and let it get the natural rain. I'm sure it will be fine. I'm going to need to stake those buds as they swell. They are getting pretty big. EVERYTHING is getting substantially bigger.

Gestern haben wir unser Pflanze entlaubt, damit sie Luft bekommt und weniger Ungeziefer mit ins Zelt bringt. Dann wurde sie gestretcht damit sie durch die Türen passt. Im Zelt angekommen haben wir die Folie entfernt und haben die hohen Nebentriebe mit Strick unter Low-Stress Verfahren befestigt. Somit bekommen jetzt auch die unteren Triebe/ Blüten ausreichend und mehr Licht. Da sie jetzt sicherlich wieder ausreichend gestresst ist, sehen wir erstmal in den nächsten Tagen keine Entlaubung vor. Dies werden wir dann ca. Ende der Woche vornehmen. Bisher wenig Ungeziefer, zusätzlich haben wir 3 Gelbtafeln reingehangen. Die Lampe war gestern zur Eingewöhnung auf 400/600 Watt eingestellt, ab heute sind wir auf volle Leistung gegangen mit 720 Watt inkl. Deep Red Mode. Wir freuen uns auf die folgende Woche und wünschen allen Growern eine schöne Restwoche und viel Erfolg beim Growen!

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Two low branch broke off due to wind and stem wasnt stong enough for weight of the buds....other than that just a handful or two of defoliation every two day or so....makes trimming ez lol

Sie hat die sehr gemischte Woche mit viel Regen, Wind und etwas Sonne überstanden. Ihre Federn an den Triebspitzen beginnen sich rotbraun zu verfärben. Sie hat die Hauptblütezeit überstanden und reift nun weiter. Ich konnte keinen weiteren Schimmel entdecken, das behandeln mit Isopropanol hat sehr gut gewirkt , dank für den Tip @Comfrey. Leider ist es gerade sehr windig, so dass Makro-Aufnahmen nicht möglich sind. Es vertrocknen bereits mehr Stempelhaare als neue nachwachsen. Vielleicht wird sie gleichzeitig mit der Durban Poison fertig, was mich vor logistische Platzprobleme bei der Trocknung stellt. Wieviel Wasser wird benötigt um einen 72l. Topf zu flushen oder erledigt das das Wetter von selbst outdoor? Its feathers at the tips of the shoots are beginning to turn reddish brown. It has survived the main flowering period and is now continuing to ripen. I couldn't find any more mould; treating it with isopropanol worked very well, thanks for the tip @Comfrey. Unfortunately, it's very windy at the moment, so macro shots are not possible. More pistil hairs are drying up than new ones are growing back. Perhaps it will be ready at the same time as the Durban Poison, which presents me with logistical space problems when it comes to drying. Well The stretch has begun, I got one Lady boy in the mix not sure how it happened. see the week 6 time-lapse plants look good lollopped the bottom 3rd of all of them and gave them their early flower feeding week 2 per the Emerald Harvest booklet. So will this Hermie produce Feminized pollen ? looking for some feedback from ya all. or should I pull it from the garden before it shoots its wad? let me know.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1/4 gallons from the water hose for each pot. Day 2 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. The rain provided the water today. Day 3 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. I noticed a few spots of powdery mildew on the leaves. I removed the leaves. Day 4 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about a half gallon out of the water hose. Day 5 we had thunderstorms, rain, and drizzle early morning and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the lower 80's. Day 6 we had thunderstorms and rain in the morning, then rain and drizzle intermittently throughout the day. High temperature for the day was 71°. It was raining so much I brought them inside. They've proven very resistant to boytritis, but this close to finish, I'm not testing them further. Four hours of rain in below 70°F temps at night is tuff enough. Day 7 we had lots of sunshine and high temperature around 84°. The #2 plant had a very mild outbreak of powdery mildew on the lower leaves this week. The #1 plant has proven immune. These girls are nearly finished. They've gotten loud smelling. The #2 plant smells like straight cat piss and very loud. The #1 plant smells like fruit roll ups berry and loud. I'll harvest these sometime next week. Over a very hardy strain that's taken a beating in the Ozarks Spring.

at the moment i only use tap water , my tap water is not so good ec and ph are not good but it seems to work 12.8.2024 i put the lights now on a 12/12 light cycle total power consumption at this point 300kWh
